Brian Watts, Owner of Plum Crazy, is very professional, personable, and fair. He correctly diagnosed the issue with my shower. He tried to replace the correct cartridge, which there was no replacement for and resolve the issue with a new valve. It was quick and painless. The pricing for service was fair. There was minimal mess. He is an exceptional plumber. -

I had a mystery leak at my house, making my water bill high every month. Others tried to solve it & couldnβt, but Brian Watts solved it right away on his very first try. Bryan is hard-working and very professional. I am so appreciative of his work, thus saving me about $100 of wasted water monthly. His fees are also very reasonable!
