Mike from Orange Coast came out today September 23, 2024 and installed a brand new water heater. Looks like it was a great install (I hope) nice and clean and Mike advised me of all the issues and also told me my previous water heater was not up to code and was missing a couple parts. So now we feel better knowing it is all up to code and safe.

We had Nolan Rodriguez today from OCP. To take care of a minor leak at our pressure control valve for the entire house. Nolan showed up on time for his appointment was very knowledgeable and described to us what was going on what had to be done and how long it would take. He was very courteous he did not leave us any mess to clean up after him and he was very quick with his work, took him less than an hour to service our house and get us back up and running. we thank him for all of his time effort he took to explain what was going on We will definitely be requesting Nolan again at OCP.

Suffered and unfortunate and catastrophic leak from upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen. Called Orange Coast Plumbing and they sent technician Henry out. Henry did an analysis and a thorough job of diagnosis the issue and he and his partner Issac make all the necessary repairs. They were, again, efficient, thorough, and speedy. Very glad they are the ones that came out to help! Issue was diagnosed and resolved 100%. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

Contacted OCP with concerns around noises from the water heater. OCP was quick and flexible with setting up time to work with my schedule, they sent a text with the name and a picture of who was showing up and when they were on the way.Nolan arrived at the time we discussed, he was professional, courteous and organized. Overall, a nice guy. We did a walk through together, he explained things clearly and took time to make sure I knew what was happening and why. Nolan got to work right away, did a great job and didnt leave a mess.The entire process was easy and beyond expectations.

Orange Coast Plumbing was very responsive when I called them to unclog my main sewer line. The tech arrived within 1.5 hours of when I called. He was great to work with on my issue. Of course the problem occurred on a Sunday afternoon but Orange Coast had a repair person in the area. He listened as I explained the problem and suggested how to proceed. He answered all of my questions was very professional and proficient at his job. He was able to remove the clog and cleaned up the area when he was finished. I won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them if you need plumbing repairs.

He cleared the drain, was friendly, professional and thorough. A few months earlier I called Orange Coast to repair another plumbers poor work in replacing most of the pipes and drains in the rear part of my house. Steven, Chris and Henry did an awesome job not only repairing the unsatisfactory work but found other issues as well. Whether you have a big job or a smaller job, Orange Coast can handle it all. Nate is super friendly and knowledgeable. He came out December 2021 to cap a leaky line, test a knocking toilet, replaced our water heater, added a water pressure regulator. The knocking came back October 2022 so we had him come back to check our water pressure which was all good- turns out our pipes are loose. He also helped us out with replacing an old pool fill valve and removed a useless hose bib under a bench. Would definitely recommend Nate!!

My kitchen faucet completely failed on Memorial Day. I grew up in Mission Viejo and remembered seeing the Orange Coast Plumbing trucks back in the 70s, so I did a quick search and gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were manning the phone lines on a holiday. We scheduled to have the plumber, Kevin, come out the next day. Kevin was very friendly, honest, explained everything in detail, and performed a great installation.
