    Everyone was great at their jobs. The contractors and the repair companies they hired performed their tasks with efficiency and respect.Only one thing that could have been improved on was the length of time it took. 90days, was I believe too long.Otherwise Great job!

    The team at ATI Restoration were very quick to assess and start working on my house after a big pine tree fell on it after a storm. They were obviously very knowledgeable about water and mold damage. I was very impressed with the equipment they brought in to remediate any water issues in the walls and attic, and how thorough they were with follow up activities to assure there was no moisture in the walls.

    I had a large tree limb fall on my garage. Putting a hole about 5 to 6 inch all the way through to the interior. My insurance Company recommended ATI, they were awesome. On time, very professional and courteous, and finished in record time. You can’t even tell the roof was ever damaged. Matched roofing tiles perfectly. I am very impressed with their job performance and their work ethic. I definitely recommend these folks.

    The ATI Team quickly made me feel like we were family with their caring and understanding of the situation. In the past year I had had several contractors and lots of workers working on the remodeling of my master bathroom. No one could do it right. After a lot of wasted money, poor quality work, and mold ATI came in and did the job right. I actually missed them when the job was complete they had become good friends.

    My hot water heater busted, which caused water to flow from my attic down to my 1st and 2nd floors of my home. This caused damage to my walls, buckled my hard-wood floors, and, as part of the remediation, did damage to my baseboards and other areas to my home. ATI did a phenomenal job repairing everything. They were responsive, friendly, easy to work with, and everything else you want in a restoration company. Rudy and his team are great people that do great work. I highly recommend using them for any jobs youre considering. Ill be using them again when I get the chance.

    ATI did a terrific job responding to flooding damage when a toilet tank fractured in our upstairs bathroom. Very fast, professional dry out and reconstruction of bathroom walls and ceiling of the garage below. Excellent communication throughout the process. Really a pleasure working with everyone on their staff, and couldn’t have been happier with the results.

    ATI is the best restoration company we know. My property had major internal AC leak that affected 3 units. ATI came in immediately to access the damage and started working the next day. Everything went smoothly and my residents are happy to be back in their homes. I would recommend ATI to anyone.

    ATI provided excellent service under the direction of Project Manager Rudy Lopez. Rudy was phenomenal in organizing all the repairs with his contractors and ensuring the work was done to high satisfaction. Rudy is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with - he always wants the customer to be happy. As these repairs were unexpected, it can be overwhelming at times - this is where Rudy would step in and offer advice and ideas! Rudy made this process for my husband and I as painless as possible. We both enjoyed working with him and already miss him!!!

    We had a major break-in, thoroughly ransacked by thieves. Our high end insurance company used ATI to replace and paint a door. We were very pleased with the services provided!

    ATI was professional and responsive when the AC started dripping water through our ceiling. The team communicated with us throughout the process of removing the water damaged sheetrock. Now theyre in the process of fixing the damage which is going equally as well. 5/5 would hire again!

    I can not say enough about this company! We had a small fire at our business. So many restoration companies showed up and harassed me about using them.     Rudy the project manager was very professional the crew he sent out was the best people My wife and I have had the pleasure to work with they were on time covered an took care with are furniture an other furnishings in our home which was very important to us Rudy the project manager kept checking on the project asked if he could help answer any questions we might have told about the timeline the job should be completed which was met in a timely manner we are extremely pleased Rudy is very professional

    Boston and Bryant went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. There was a small glitch with a power cord and they jumped on it to get it right. I will use them again if the time ever comes.

    Late July/ early August, ATI did a fantastic job with water mitigation at my brother-in-law’s condo. Jeff and Jose worked fast and efficiently. They cleaned up all debris and only removed what was damaged. Jeff took time to explain the process to me. He was polite, respectful and punctual. He took ownership of his work, treating the customer’s place as his own.This month, September, I had water leak issue at my own place. I contacted ATI and requested Jeff and his team come. Again, they were thorough throughout the process, working fast and leaving no mess behind. Boston, the project manager, was kind to offer doing some extra work that needed without charge. Boston sent reports and estimates to the insurance the same day the work done. Both Jeff and Boston communicated with me in good timely manner.I am very happy with their work, professionalism and excellent customer service. I would recommend ATI restoration company to my friends and family.

    ATI did a great job coordinating the repair work of several contractors dealing with an insurance claim for interior water damage after a heavy hailstorm. Because our roof was unusual, we had to wait a while for the specific mason, but the different ATI coordinators that came in and out during the monthslong wait kept everything in order and it all turned out well.
