On December 16th I had two excellent professional and informative leaders start my galvanized steel Piers installation. Tim who was the crew leader, was professional attentive and a great listener. He was diligently taking the measurements inside the house when needed as well as informing me of the steps that they were taking from one to five, Im assuming. What I loved most about Tim and Michael was that they were prompt with a smile and a good morning. One other thing that I liked was that they were not territorial of their work area, they allowed me to stand and watch periodically and I could see the actual process of steel pipes being pressed down in the ground; the hydraulic process of lifting wasnt as excitable because that process didnt last long, Im assuming. Nevertheless, I can say since the 18th I have not had any more cracks (a few cracking sounds) but thats expected. I appreciate the staff inside the office as well, Austin, Juan, then Jacob the field inspector great jobs to all of you. As far as the prominent question, yes I would refer a friend to your company.

He kept in contact with us to make arrangements and schedule a date for repairs around our hectic schedule. Angel and Brady came out and completed the job. Concrete looks amazing. Before calling FSS, my plans were going to be a complete tear down and rebuild of the driveway... sure am glad I kept looking into other options and contacted the right people because they saved us alot of money. After initial issues with old sales staff and old management staff, Austin helped me greatly to understand exactly what went wrong with my initial experience with the company. I’m still not a fan of their current lender, Greensky, but the customer service was INFINITELY better than my last interaction. Ownership was taken, and issues sorted out.In regards to Greensky, read the agreement carefully and fully. I don’t think their current sales staff will intentionally misdirect you, but the lender is definitely not to be trusted.I do look forward to working with the company on future projects for my house.

Now here is a novel approach as compared to the old concrete cylinder stacking, which I have tried twice already.. The inspector Edgar Garza, after doing a thorough assessment, explained that this is basically a permanent solution esp. in my area where the soil is mostly clay. They will push the metal piers all the way to the bedrock no matter how deep that is, sometimes up to 30 ft. deep! A stark contrast to the 6 ft deep cylinders and definitely a more solid solution..

My driveway began sinking and when it was bad enough to trip a person making a delivery, I decided it was time to prevent a lawsuit by addressing the problem. Had a Crack in my foundation going thru 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Foundation hadnt really moved so decided to do foam injection instead of piers and Jacks.
