I requested a quote online and they quickly responded to my request for an estimate. Alexander knew his craft and promptly came to my home to give me an estimate. I appreciated how he educated me on the whole process and easily answered my questions. It was super easy to schedule them to level my driveway and walkway. On the date of service, the team showed up on time and quickly had my driveway and walkway leveled. I always love supporting veterans and it was great to know the company is veteran-owned. I highly recommend Safelift and will gladly refer them to anyone else who will need their service.

I live on a corner lot and had 30 sidewalk panels that were severely uneven. SafeLift came out right away for give me an estimate. The estimate and ultimate cost was lower than the 3 other competitors, but I got a better gut feeling from Alexander and probably would have hired chosen SafeLift, even if his estimate was little higher than the competition. We had to postpone a few days due to weather, but the pros at SafeLift kept us updated every step of the way. Despite the unique challenges of my project, the final results exceeded my expectations. The holes drilled in the sidewalk panels are much smaller that the holes I accustomed to seeing in other sidewalks. I really had to look to for them to find them. The appearance and safety of our sidewalk has GREATLY improved. So happy I finally got this done.

Alex came to our house and gave us an honest appraisal of the work he could do to level our sinking custom back patio. He explained that due to the way our patio was designed (built with integrated beams and root barrier), it was not certain that the leveling process would yield the overall desired result. However, he was confident that he could improve our situation and would stop the pumping process immediately if a problem started to develop. He and Noah came and worked diligently and carefully to give us the best possible outcome. We were very pleased with the job they did on our custom patio from start to finish, including cleanup and patching of the holes they drilled. The charge for the work was more than fair. We recommend SafeLift highly if you are looking for a company doing quality work and conducting business in an honest and ethical manner.

Cleaned up and put everything back where it was when they were done. The repair was more economic than breaking out and replacing!! Actually 1/4 of the price!! I would highly recommend these guys. POOL DECK: Safecrete Concrete leveled my concrete pool deck with great results. I thought it couldn’t be saved. They are very reasonable for this service, and transparent in their pricing. They were on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up everything perfectly. I recommend them highly and without any reservations. Use them for your uneven drives, sidewalks and like me, pool decks. They are an ethical business worthy of your consideration. BTW, I am a picky lawyer.

I had a 10ft x 10ft slab in my driveway that has sunk about 3 inches over 15 years. In June Safelift raised it to original position at a very fair and reasonable rate with a veteran discount. Only three small holes about 1/2”.They filled the holes once they were done and you could hardly tell it was drilled.Unfortunately the slab sunk another inch over the summer. Safe lift returned and determined the cavity under the slab was much larger than first estimate and extended out under beyond the original slab.The work is warranted and they lifted it again at NO COST. They also filled the cavity which was extended several feet away.They honored the original estimate even though they could or should have charged much more.Integrity, honesty and making it right are the most important characteristics of a great business.Yes the original estimate was wrong but I imagine it’s a difficult business to try to fix a hole in the ground you can’t see!I strongly recommend SafeLift and would use the again.

I called Alex to get a cost for lifting my sunken sidewalks. I chose SafeLift due to their veteran employees and because they were local in Pearland. Once Alex I arrived I explained to him that I thought my sidewalks sunk after the city excavated around the fire hydrant in my yard. Without hesitation Alex offered to contact the city and make the case that they should do the repair to the sidewalks. The city came out and ultimately lifted the sidewalks. I cant think Alex enough for the help he provided in getting my sidewalks repaired. Thank you Alex!

I had SafeLift Concrete Leveling to my property to adjust a few areas around our property. The work was excellent and held up well for a couple of months. We then received large amounts of rainfall that encouraged our ‘gumbo’ to move. One small section previously worked dropped a slight bit so I called Alexander. He and his crew came back out to tackle it under warranty. This time he bore deeper to ensure the gumbo was stabilized and leveled the small slab again. Im fairly certain it won’t move again. I would certainly use SafeLift Concrete Leveling again on my property.

First of all, I am 63 years old. I’ve been in maintenance all my life. I’m a vet was a motor sergeant in the army and I know expertise when I see it. This company by far is some of the most professional knowledgeable people for contractors that I have hired in the last 15 years at my home. I have hired several different kinds of contractors to work here. Some of them have scared me to death. This company did not from my very first visit. It was evident that these were professionals. They knew what they were talking about. They knew how to inspect the problem how to diagnose it, so if you’re looking for work, I would highly recommend this company. I don’t give reviews. I turned down reviews all of the time. I don’t have the time, but this company really deserved my time for the extraordinary job that they did re-leveling the concrete around my pool .
