Amazing electrical guru Ruben. He is so skillful, knowledgeable , experienced and very top notch. Initial visit, He came to do throughly analysis , very impressive and detailing to my needs. His candid, detailed analysis and is able to communicate with me in a way I can easily understand about electric works. His price quote is affordable and decent.Ruben did fantastic work to help me install an outdoor outlet in the ceiling of back yard patio for my MegnaTrack screen use. He helped me add an outlet in the garage and added junction box and setup google floodlights and best of all he also added whole house surge protector to prevent and mitigate my home in the event of power outage.Ruben explained every details and his works are fabulous and very clean job and super. He is so easy to work with and hard working and he really earn my trust. His team is excellent and do great jobs. Ruben delivers excellent electrical craftsmanship. Ruben is very friendly and knowledgeable electricians. Customer service is excellent, fast responses. Pricing is good. He helped me install a power inlet box, interlock kit, double pull breaker and main breaker. He offered me training on how to generator power. He has instructions on a sticker and YouTube video. Highly recommend, will use him in future. Thanks. -

Need electrical work done Promax is the company with second to none customer service! Ruben and his crew came out and installed a new fuse box with interlock so I can run my solar generator indoors. They also ran a dedicated line for my microwave to work independently. Professional work at a fair price! Thanks guys for a job well done! -

A+ / 5 star – Ruben with Promax.Ruben answered my call for help. Starting at the quoting phase, Ruben answered every question and concern I had. Answering the same questions over and over, he never wavered in his support. He is very patient, with a smile on his face the whole time. During the install, while torrential rainfall, he did not stop with the commitment to finish the job. The world would be better if there was more Rubens helping others. Best customer service hands down. ProMax, don’t sleep on Ruben, he’s a keeper. HE will be my only electrician moving forward. PS, the coworker who was there with Ruben, needs to be commended as well for his work. They make a great team. -

I have to say to anyone who is looking for an electrical company for your home or business look no further.These guys are the REAL DEAL they are honest and very polite and they charge you for what is needed they dont look for a way to overcharge,100% HONESTY is in these people mine. I cant stress enough about how well Ruben and Sol came in my home and helped me straighten out my problems. I Called Promax Sunday night needing a switch fixed and they were at my house Monday morning. Done in less than 10 minutes and could not have been more professional. Ruben, the owner, was extremely flexible and he is the friendliest guy around.I HIGHLY recommend them.Just wanted to add that ProMax recently came out and installed a whole home surge protector to our home. Fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as always. You can’t go wrong with ProMax! -

Ruben came on time, listened carefully as I explained the problem I was having with two outdoor lights, then checked out everything and presented me with the options to fix it. He and his helper, then worked efficiently to complete the job and then made sure everything was working as it should. I really appreciated how he paid attention to what I wanted and needed to be done with my lights. It is very nice to work with such a friendly person. I will be calling them again soon for an installation. -

Fantastic! Ruben and his team helped us reconnect power to our house after a total garage burn down. In 3 days they had a new meter pole set up, buried utilities marked, 100 of new conduits run underground , all new junction boxes, panels and fuses installed tested and coordinated with center point to get everything tested, approved and ready to go. If you need knowledgeable, reliable and fair priced electrical service, I cant recommend these guys enough. -
