    Update:Premier has made a good effort to rectify previous issues, which I really appreciate!After completing a large installation project for me and getting all payments. I have reached out to 3 different people to address multiple issues. I paid $1000 for a remote that won’t charge or turn on, the sound will randomly come on and off in one of the rooms in my house, and the security system isn’t working properly. This company is also supposed to be monitoring my alarm system but not sure if they are even doing that because, again, they won’t call me back or answer texts or emails. On top of all of that… do not expect free warranty service. They will charge you at least $150 per trip.

    Theres guys really know their stuff. I have found their employees to be courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I have had no problem with them solving problems quickly. Their installations are clean and precise. Ive had a very good relationship with them for several years and have always found them to be helpful, expedient and professional. You couldnt ask for more from them.
