When I see this building these days, I can’t believe how much smaller it seems. Formerly known as The Vatican and The Abyss, many famous musicians played here in the 1990’s. It makes me nostalgic to think about it.

The staff that did the installation were also highly professional and technically excellent. Their proposal, contracts, and invoicing are easy to understand in non-technical lingo. I would highly recommend them for your home media system needs.

Quality service with impeccable attention to detail! Donnie and Jaclyn were always available to answer any question I had. I never felt pressured into buying anything I did not want. I purchased two TVs through Media Systems and had them install both TVs as well. Two guys arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time. Derrick was very personable and eased any concern I had. I would refer Media Systems to anyone who is looking to be treated with top notch service.

Historical building formerly known as State Theatre. R.Z. Glass expanded his Houston independent-theater holdings past the Stude with the State Theatre, located in the West End on Washington. It opened on August 1,1941, with the James Cagney feature Strawberry Blonde. The admission prices- five cents and fifteen cents- fit the needs of the surrounding working class neighborhood.
