What started my service request, was the need for an installation. I had removed my kitchen island, And want to replace the wire coming out of my foundation with a floor outlet. They came in, drilled out the floor area, and installed the box. It was not the easiest task, and they did it efficiently, and I love how the install looks.While they were here, we discussed an issue Ive been having with my washer and dryer. He took a look, we tested some things out and he ended up replacing the breaker and fixing the issue.Prior to the job, we discussed the issue at length, and they came in prepared, and did great work. Extremely knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend for your projects. You will not be disappointed.

Ken did excellent job of replacing my electric power distribution board with circuit breakers. He also installed Tesla wall charger at the same time. The workmanship is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Ken did a really great job. He provided an estimate for my original request which was very reasonable. He is very flexible and willing to help and fixed two additional electrical projects the same day. When I had an issue with the ceiling fan wire, he even met me at Home Depot to make sure I was buying the right thing. He is very calm and professional and I would definitely hire him again for additional work.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and have had many different experiences. But I’ve never had a contractor whose work, professionalism, and regard for a customer exceeded the experience I had with this electrician. Although the cost of installing the outside light fixtures was very competitive with other quotes I received to say the least, the quality of work that he did for me far exceeded the cost he charged me. He really left an indelible impression on my mind. What was interesting was although we come from different ethnic backgrounds, Ken made me feel like family. His services are incredible! He’s exceptionally skilled in his craft. You want regret using his company for all your electrical projects!!!

I had Ken out for a quote recently along with another large and prominent local electrical business. The job was originally supposed to be for installation of a high voltage outlet for a speed oven, but in the course of evaluating the installation it was discovered that my breaker panel needed to be replaced. What should have been a moderately complex single outlet installation unexpectedly turned into a major electrical repair. His pricing came in at about half the cost of the larger business for better quality work and the same materials used in the job. Additionally, his plan for the installation was much, much less destructive to my home. His quote also included drywall repair services where the quote from the other business would have left me with extensive patching to do on my own and a lot of holes in my walls and ceilings. He asks thoughtful questions and truly tries to take into consideration your current needs, as well as your future needs, without trying to upsell or add on services you dont need. I felt like he really cared about making sure my home was left in the best condition possible. His work is neat, tidy, and very professionally done. The drywall repair contractor he partners with also did an amazing job and even before repainting you can barely tell any work was done. I feel so comfortable with Ken and most definitely will be using him for all of my future electrical needs. A trustworthy electrician is worth their weight in gold, and Ken is the best of the best. Hes truly a fantastic electrician and Im so grateful that I found him!

A pleasant experience working with Gilhosen, licensed and highly skilled. Gave me a honest estimate, offering me a solution that did not necessarily make the most money for him. Did a great job installing me a new electrical panel with added interlocking switch for my generator. Even with a not so perfect a weather, he creatively made it work to ensure that the job was completed on time. Very courteous and professional.I highly recommend Ken for all your electrical jobs. Had a wonderful experience, would highly recommend! I had several projects and Ken communicated with me through text and email to make sure he had all the details and he was addressing my projects and would have materials needed.His work was done efficiently and he is very tidy- clean everything up and put items he needed to move back in place. Took pictures of all projects and sent with invoice. Showed me additional items of concern he found but did not pressure me to fix. Explained the problems and let me decide how to proceed.Highly satisfied, would highly recommend!

Ken always responded in good time to text messages/emails. Pricing was a bit high, but not out of the ballpark. I could tell he was going to install a high-quality product, which he did, so my decision was based more on quality that low-cost. The team arrived on time to do a full outdoor electrical panel replacement in addition to installing a new circuit run (half in conduit) for a car charger in my garage on the other side of my house. They completed both parts of the job in one day.

I highly recommend Gilhousen, LLC, for all your electrical needs! Ken is knowledgeable about the latest safety upgrades and highly skilled. His professionalism and courtesy are above par. Ken installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room for us when we remodeled about twenty years ago. I contacted Ken again because the lighting in the den was poor and archaic. I was amazed that he was able to install more recessed ceiling lighting since the crawl space in the den was about the size of a rabbit hole, but he did it! The light is brilliant and so is he! I feel safer now, also, because Ken replaced our breaker box with a new electrical panel board surge protector for the whole house. I plan to have him do more upgrades soon.

Replaced meter and breaker box. Ken is very personable and a pleasure to work with. Arrived on time, went to work immediately and finished earlier than expected. Explained everything thoroughly before and after the job was complete. Checked out each circuit and labeled each breaker as to location. He offered several options for work to be done and did not try to persuade me to choose a more expensive option. I highly recommend this company and would most certainly choose them in the future.
