Great company! Gage was great! We had already had someone else from another company out earlier in the day for hours . Gage stuck around here till the job was Completed. At leat 4+hours. He was very friendly, polite and did a great job at cleaning up when he was done. Would highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs! Also not to mention they were here within an hour of calling. Now I call that great service! They will be my go to in the future with any plumbing needs!

Had a sewer/plumbing issue that caused bad odor inside and outside the home, Called Zoom and Alex came out to look at and see what the issue was. Alex was quick to come back and fix the issue, he also fixed the toilet not flushing properly and readjusted the drain line to flow properly to the tank. Ill be calling zoom back for any plumbing issues from now on.

I put in a request late at night, received a text shortly after confirming an appointment the very next morning. The technician diagnosed the issue and fixed it in little time. Had a backup in our sewer line. Called Zoom Drain and they were able to come out quickly. Worked on the line and quickly opened it up. They ran a snake with cutters on the end and cut the roots out, which were the issue. Very courteous and informative. Great job!!

Gage was absolutely great! He showed up promptly and without hesitation knew what we needed fixed so that we could use our plumbing again. He explained everything and answered additional questions that I had without frustration or hesitation. Also discovered another issue we had and instead of trying to force sell me on fixing it right now offered to get me a quote and advised me what could/couldn’t happen with the additional issue found. Would recommend Gage again in a heartbeat.

After not having a kitchen sink drain work for nearly a week and Roto-Rooter sending two different texts to clean my drains, to no effect. I called zoom drain yesterday, they scheduled for today, they came in here and took charge and open ed upthat drain within 30 minutes. Alex was very clean, very respectful and incredibly knowledgeable and capable. I cannot recommend this company more! What a great company! If you have a plumbing issue and hopefully youll be in their area, they will take good care of you and get the job done right.

Probably the best company and plumbers I have ever worked with. This was a large job so Nick and Gage were at my home a long time. These 2 were not only professional but also friendly. My husband and I are older so we naturally had a TON of questions and having had bad plumber experiences in the past we were very skeptical. Nick went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed, never got frustrated with our questions. All that said, the most important piece of this extremely positive experience was the additional patience and attention given to my 4 rescue cats. My fur babies are all inside cats and the basement is not safe for them. Both Nick and Gage went out of their way to ensure my cats didnt get outside or in the basement and even stopped so acknowledge them and pet them a few times which greatly reduced their (my cats) stress levels. I dont know what kind of recognition program has Zoom has, but whatever it is, both Nick and Gage need to be called out as having the Customer Service levels that EVERY plumber should aspire to. Zoom drain is now my Go to plumber for EVERYTHING and anything. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wow wow wow!! Great service and commitment.Nick and his new trainee did a great job installing our new sub pump with a sturdy steel one that will last for years to come. Ihad to work with our warranty company which first refused to replace it even though Nick had notified them on his first visit that the pump just went out and had did his job.After days of going back and forth with the warranty company they gave approval for the sump pump replacement. I Also wanna thank Lanae at Zooms Drain office for the follow-ups with me and the warranty company. I highly recommend and refer their services to others.Oh by the way they cover their shoes so they wont mess up your floors.

Cant say enough good things about this company. I called on a Friday evening about a clog in a sewer line. It wasnt an emergency so I expected service sometime next week. They said they have a flat rate 7 days week so it wouldnt cost anything extra for evening/weekend service.They texted that we would be notified 35-40 minutes before technician arrival. Got a text almost immediately and the truck pulled in 20 minutes later.He put a camera in the line found the clog, gave us a quote, and got to work. It was a more extensive clog than expected but he stayed with it and got it cleared. The price is very reasonable. If we ever have another drain issue, we will definitely call Zoom Drain.

Alex and another gentleman (cant remember his name) was on time very respectful and professional. They explained what they were doing and it took about 2 hours to finish including cleanup. They ran a long camera down the waste line and detected a slight blockage which they believe was causing the sewer back up smell coming in the basement. They used a long pressurized water hose to clear the blockage. I would recommend Zoom Drain.

I just gotta say, top notch service and quality. As someone who is from the field in the past, sometimes you get skeptical about having someone else do these kinds of things but man do I not regret using these fine folks. It had me fooled as maybe being a simple job and turned into more once Alex did some investigating. He found the root of the problem and got it fixed. The job ended up taking about 4 hours but he pursued. He kept a great attitude the whole time even when things got tough. Real stand up fella and good company. I would highly recommend to anyone to go with this location of Zoom Drain if you can. The scheduling of service was fast and easy and I had great communication from them and Lannae. Good flat rate pricing and guarantees. 5/5 stars.
