Another excellent experience with Mr Rooter. Our hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening just before Christmas. Mr Rooter was able to get someone to help us on Saturday for no extra charge. Scottie, our technician, was professional, friendly and skilled. He thoroughly explained our alternatives and replaced our water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently and left his work area (and the area affected by the leaked water) spotless. We’ll be repeat customers.

I am very impressed with the service Parker provided for our business today. He and his associate did a great job hydro jetting multiple drains on our property. He provided detailed updates throughout the process, and had options to help us avoid future flooding. They came as scheduled....they assesses the job that needs to be done and tell you how much it will be the price of the job. If you agree with it then they proceed to do it . Their personnel are very nice n professional. They are very approachable if you have question.... my problem was a clogged pipe which is more than 30 feet deep into the pipe. They did the job in 30 minutes and they give you some advice to definitely call them again for any services...

Chris and Jim arrived earlier than appoint schedule. They texted us to advise.Both men did an assessment. Went truck brought equipment and clean up materials. After some testing they started with the task. The correction was made almost immediately. They then flushed the toilet again, and saw where there was some more issues. They did some more work. Tested 3 times all is good.

This company has our business for life. We have used them three different times for three very different plumbing projects/challenges. We have had three different plumbers from the company. Without a doubt, all three have been the best plumbers we have ever worked with (over many decades). This is one of the very very very few companies we’ve ever worked with that we would recommend without any reservations to anyone who needed a plumber. One of our projects was to diagnose and repair a sagging drain line under our house that had clogged. Another project was to repair a leak on a very old copper pipe, which was more than 21 inches from the access- how the plumber was able to do such a professional job at an affordable rate is still a mystery to us - definitely at the top of his game! Our third project was replace hot water heaters with an instant on system- not only does it perform wonderfully, but the plumber went out of his way to make as neat and tidy as if it was in his own home. We hope we never have to use any other plumbing company ever… because these guys are so incredible!

He went above and beyond, cleaning more than he had to and talking about my situation, telling me exactly what was wrong and why in a clear way and explaining how to avoid issues going forward. Even calling and scheduling was stellar, they did their best to work around my busy schedule and get in as soon as possible, even relaying with any plumbers who might finish their existing jobs early to get in sooner than my appointment. Alex came to my residence and diagnosed the issue rather quickly. Once funding was secured Alex went to work. He worked tirelessly as he pushed his camera into and through the plug. Then he used a variety of tips on his hydro-tool to break through the plug eventually clearing away enough debris to allow him to be able to use the auger cutting tool to remove enough of the roots to allow an unobstructed flow.

Had a wonderful experience. We worked with Richard who helped install our garbage disposal and fix a plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He explained the cause of the plumbing issues we had and how he was going to fix it. Our 50 year old water heater needed replacing. We used a competitor. But the old galvanized pipes were disturbed, and greatly reduced the flow. That company only recommended repiping the entire house. I called Mr Rooter for advice, and requested a service call. The next day, Nicholas arrived when expected. He was open, frank, and informative. After I approved a back flush of the system, he went right to work, and kept me informed of his progress. He answered my questions without talking down to me. His work solved our problem. I would ask for him again if I had another plumbing issue. He represented Mr Rooter excellently!

This week i discovered our water meter box was filled with water. Called the city and they confirmed there was a main line leak on the property side of the meter. Imagining huge water bills I contacted Mr. Rooter who offered same day service. Less than two hours later Chris was onsite. He examined the meter box and accurately assessed the location of the leak. Four hours later the leak was fixed and you could hardly tell he had dug up the area to get to the faulty joint. Chris was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate in his assessment and resolution of the problem. He completed the work within his estimate and left my property spotless. I had a great experience with the Chris-and-Chris team at Mr. Rooter. I called around 7 am this morning for help with a clogged drain. The guys showed up around 8:45 am, diagnosed the problem, came up with a strategy, gave me an estimate and got to work! The clogged drain turned out to be a much bigger deal, since our old pipe needed to be updated in order to access the affected area (Im not sure Im explaining that right.) All that I know is that there was sawing, a displaced sink, and then a perfectly functional, happily draining sink just a couple of hours later. I had another company take a look yesterdat and they just looked at it and then said, nope, cant do this work. Thanks to Chris-and-Chris, I understand now that the job was more complicated than expected... but they got it done! Prices were reasonable, the guys were friendly and professional, and everything looks and works great. Thanks guys!

Alex and a colleague (he was just around in the beginning so Ive unfortunately forgotten his name, Im sorry!) arrived right on time to diagnose an issue where my new washing machines drain hose had been incorrectly installed into the wrong pipe, causing flooding in our laundry room. Once they figured out the issue, they presented me with a quote to accept or reject, and when I accepted they got me set up correctly and quickly. Since we had just purchased our house and are first time homeowners, Alex also took the time before he left to check the condition of our water heater and pressure meter, and offered great tips on how to get the longest lifetime out of our water-related appliances and setup. Thanks for going above and beyond!Additionally, the office was a pleasure to work with for scheduling - they were able to get me an appointment for the next day after I described the issue, and were super communicative that day and also the morning of my appointment about when I could expect a technician to arrive. They had a quick response time and availability (first time was a frozen pipe burst - Rick, second was a water leak/replacement of toilets - James). I did some on-line research to see customer comments of plumbing companies in my area before contacting Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They were rated highly, so I contacted them for my plumbing job. Initially, it was to repair a toilet leak, which turned out to require some major repairs. And the tech left for a bit to get the fixtures he needed. As a regular practice, the company asks if they can look at the existing water heater, so I readily agreed, because mine was about 15 years old and had been taking a long time to refill and heat water. Also, mine did not have the recommended earthquake straps affixed to the heater & wall. Nick, the technician/journeyman plumber, didnt try to pressure me to buy/install a new heater, but gave me several replacement options and prices if I was interested. I decided I didnt want to wait forthe existing heater to fail, and possibly flood my garage, so I asked Nick when a new one could be installed. Luckily, his schedule allowed for him to leave, pick up a replacement, and get it installed the same day (with the earthquake safety straps), and at a very good price. My service professional Alex did an excellent job of unclogging my sink drain. He removed a lot of what he said was ash. I realized after he left, that the ash was pumice from Lava soap. I have been washing my hands for 27 years using Lava soap after working outside.

Great punctual service. The job was exceptionally hard. These guys started at 10am until the job was done at 5pm. Come to find out my sewer termination was over 120ft. They had to break out the trailer but didnt hesitate. They also let me know along the way what the cost was. Granted it was $1,400 for the scope ($400), 100 with the hydrablaster ($600), and then the trailer to reach the whole length. For a total of $1,400.I didnt take the time to shop around but was happy with a quick turnaround time, response, and cleaning the 2 root wads out of my system.

Contractors working on the outside of the house, last Friday evening, drilled through a stud that had a water pipe running through it. I called 16 different people to come out to fix the problem but only Mr Rooter responded and arrived on scene in less than a hour. Cam saw the issue, gave me an estimate and once I signed off, he went to work. He was clean, precise and very professional and we had our water back on in no time. If not for them, we would have been without water for at least the entire weekend since no other plumbers work on the weekend. Cam even pointed out a couple of other issues seen that he could help with and sent me an estimate the next day.

I used to dream of finding a plumber / plumbing service I could love and heartily recommend to friends. My dreams have come true with this crew of courteous, kind, hardworking, on-time, and HONEST professionals. They recently cleaned out a drain for me just an hour or so after I called. They have the clients best interest in mind -- how refreshing!I got a bid from them a while back for an expensive job (recommended by realtors and house inspector) which they determined was unnecessary. They couldve taken on the work and made some money, but instead, they helped us get to the truth of the matter and we didnt have to do the messy, expensive job. How often does that happen? Seriously.This company is great and Ill call them every time Ive got a plumbing, drain, sump pump, sewer line, etc., need. Hooray!

Jason did a great job! He was available the same day I called, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us two options for resolving it, gave us a year warranty on the work just in case it came up again, looked at areas around the problem and gave us a quote to solve two other problems that we didnt realize that we had and should eventually address before a big problem shows up. He is polite, capable, clean, respectful, transparent, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
