    I needed to have my water heater replaced. I called late in the evening and was set up with an appointment the very next morning. The technician was Austin. He was fantastic! Very professional and caring. He was informative and showed great communication skills. A great people person. He let me know everything he was doing before he did it. He also kept me updated throughout the process of the installation. I will definitely be using this company again for all of our plumbing needs and would highly recommend Roto Rooter & Austin to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

    Came out same day we called. Very efficient. Had to make multiple trips out to his truck, but every time he came inside he took the time to put shoe covers on his feet. I really appreciated that he cared about protecting the floors. He also did not leave behind any mess!He communicated the problems we had clearly and explained what needed done and the cost involved. He did not proceed until he had the okay to do so. Very satisfied with the service provided.

    Brenden was very professional and he corrected our gas line leak. He worked in our attic where it was super hot and never complained. He was polite and focus on solving our issues. The gas company had turned off our gas, until it was repaired. The gas company came out and had no issues with his work and there were no further leaks.Thank you, Brenden!! Great job!

    I had basement water drainage issues by with heavy rains flooding the basement from 2am -4 am. Finally the rains stopped and I then scheduled Dayton Rotor Rooter online for an 8 am appointment. Responding with hours our tech Rick was experienced friendly and professional. He laid out all work performed, costs, expectations and conditions of service, in short there were no surprise billing issues. His team will follow up later today to talk about cleanup and or possible long term solutions and insurance claims. All in all a great call was made and great service was delivered. I trusted the reviews I read prior to calling and now I am pleased to add to them to let others know they can be serviced well by this company.     I made an appointment for a Sunday morning, but one of the dispatchers called me to let me know that there was a technician in the area that could be at my house in 15 minutes as opposed to 12+ hours. Will got here and was friendly from hello. He explained everything he was doing before and during the process, then gave us a quick overview of what he was able to complete during the job. Will was more than great the entire time. It was as pleasant as a flooded bathroom could be :)

    Will went above and beyond to make sure our issue was solved and that our sewer line was cleared. We had a particularly difficult problem with our toilet, and he was determined to keep working at it until he was sure it was fixed. He made sure to periodically give us updates on what was happening, and made sure to make the process as easy as possible for us. We would highly recommend his work to anyone, and are completely satisfied with the service.

    I called my local Roto-Rooter after finding a major leak in my water main in my crawl space . The operator was very professional and precise and had a service tech there within 30 min. Dave Chesney and Rodney Barker showed up and had the problem diagnosed quickly . Although it was late in the day they decided to work hard and get the job done within a couple hours . They were extremely professional and great guys to speak with. They made myself, wife and four kids very happy with their prompt professional services.     Austin with plumbing did an amazing job today, and deserves a five star review. However, I’ve had drying equipment at my house for a week with no running water, and getting ahold of the water restoration crew is nearly impossible. Multiple days of no-shows and no calling to discuss a plan. Calling the office leads to leaving voicemails and receiving no call-backs. Austin did great, much to be desired for the rest of the company.

He assessed the broken heater properly, he identified items requiring update to meet current code, and did a by-the-book new heater install in about 2hrs. Excellent problem-identification and solving skills; when the parts supplier could not provide correct-size fittings, Colt soldered the pipes and wasted zero time getting the job done. Totally professional; his transparency was obvious and he even got within expected cost with his estimate.

    It was easy to get an appointment quickly. We had a slow drain and we thought we could unclog it ourselves with a snake. But we ended up breaking the snake and could not retrieve it. Ron did a thorough job of cleaning our drains and spent the time to look for the broken snake. We appreciated his dedication to getting the job done without having to cut the drywall and pipes!

    I routinely use Roto-Rooter to get my plumbing issues resolved since my house is old and has many typical old-house issues. Ive tried getting other companies out but theyre much harder to get out in a timely manner.The last plumber to come out, Max, was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful with making sure we got the right service performed, as I had called out for a drain de-clogging, but he had suggested the pipes get changed simply due to how old and corroded they were. He explained that getting the clog would be fine but the problem would just crop up again.Ultimately, I decided to get the pipes fixed, which didnt take as long or cost as much as I had expected. After the job was done, he gave me more helpful tips on how to keep the drain in better condition, went over all of the changes, and then we just sort of talked about music for a little bit, which was nice lol.Great customer service and services provided, as usual. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

    Rick did an amazing job getting my backed up drains working again. It wasn’t the easiest task since the former home owners had covered the drain with a work bench! I called another place and there was a three day wait but Roto Rooter was able to have someone dispatched in less than 24 hours!

Nick was professional, understood the problem, discussed some solutions with me, and got to work snaking the drain out. All was done within 15 minutes and he cleaned up the mess too. Gave me a deal on the service because of how quick it was and offered some tips for how to prevent it in the future. Overall I would recommend them if you want prompt, great service but their prices are a little high so keep that in mind if you’re on a budget.

    Will came out to help my husband and I after both our front and rear garden hose spigots froze and leaked water into our basement.     Service Technician (#3726) did an excellent job cleaning out my main sewer line all the way to street. Professional workmanship all around. I have an older home with a large main line. It was not an easy job and required a couple hours of non-stop finesse to clear the blockage. Both he and his assistant (Ethan) were personable, respectful, and tidy. Very pleased and will use Ron from Roto-Rooter again.

    I had my main drain to the road clog and had septic water back into my home. This company responded quickly and had someone to my home in three hours.     We have been using Roto Rooter for years due to sewer pipe back-up and have always had good outcomes. Service is usually quick and when we need it (even on weekends and holidays). Their pricing is ballpark with other similar companies, although they tend to be on the higher side. I can say from trying other companies that were a little bit (~50), the small increase in price is worth the superior service.

    I recently bought a house that was built in 1913. When I first moved in at the first part of December I found a clog in the drain in the basement. That was fixed by Collin and he did an amazing job. However this morning I went downstairs and the sewer was backing up. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out to check it because it was still under warranty. He found that the problem was coming from the sewer line and so that one had to be cleared out. I was very happy when I got the same technician that I had had in December because I knew that he was the one that took care of it the first time. He got everything done in a timely manner he got here within an hour and a half of when I originally called on a Sunday. Im staying that I wont have any more issues for quite a while but you can bet I will be calling Roto-Rooter the next time I have an issue.

    Service technician Will did an outstanding job helping solve my drain problems. I had some out from another company 2 months ago and the problem came back. I decided to call roto rooter and to my surprise they said they could have someone out in 2 hrs. He answered all my questions and explained what was causing the problem and got it fixed! Also explained my main drain was heavily scaled and that I could have it repaired in the future to prevent problems down the road. Hope to get someone out to scan it next to see what it may need.
