Needed a replacement AC unit because my system had given up, had 3 different companies come out and give me quotes on the equipment and installation and by far SBS-NC Heating & Cooling had the best value.Not only were their prices reasonable and their equipment backed by a 10 year warranty but the service was top notch. Mike took the time to explain what he was going to do, the difference in equipment choices and he scheduled the instillation to happen ASAP, now Im sitting cool in my house once again.I would recommend Mike, Justin and Brian for anybody that has a AC/Heating unit that needs servicing or replacing because they did an amazing job!

Just a quick note to say your guys did a most AWESOME JOB, were extremely prompt, courteous, and had excellent attention to the details installing our new Comfortmaker heatpump. They are the exception, not the rule for sure, and are to be highly commended for a great job!Very personalized attention, I seldom find service techs with that much passion for doing it right!When I wanted to use my existing Wi-Fi thermostat, they at first thought it wouldnt work, but they got on the web and phone and accommodated the request and made it happen for me! This was most awesome! 😜The install turned out to be a major cosmetic and functionality improvement as well as they were able to move my condensation pump to the side and securing the lines from the outside unit much better and cleaner looking than before, giving me more room for my vehicles! They did this without me even asking them for these improvements and beat me to the request. 🏁😎Whatever youre doing to keep these guys, hold onto them. In todays world of hard to find employees, theyre golden!Thank You Again for getting this done promptly and without a lot of headaches. I certainly hadnt planned on doing this, but I know the turnaround was very good considering its probably peak season.Everything Ive read about any systems really comes down to how properly the system is installed and the company standing behind the install.Your guys knocked it out of the park for details so Im excited to believe it was done beyond right!12/3/19 Had them come back out when my other heatpump upstairs died and my home warranty sent me somebody else who was irresponsible. I called them and they came right out, were more competitive than the other company and I refused to let anyone do the work except them because they did such an amazing job on the last job they were the only guys I trusted to do the work. They caught the fact my system was never right to begin with, reengineered the ducting in my attic and replaced all the plenums with a system that no longer makes any noise at all. I cant even hear it running anymore, it is absolutely amazing. These guys are first rate, I cannot say enough great things about their attention to detail and doing the job like a complete professional team. Courteous, On Time, Excellent work ethic never stopping till they got it done, just an awesome experience all the way around. Do not waste your time on anybody else, these guys are the BEST AROUND!

Our system was up and running but no heat just cold air. Called SBS-NC they are Awesome! They were able to fit us in same day. Joe came to check on the issue he is very knowledgeable and professional, all around great guy. He was able to resolve the heat issue same day which we are grateful and appreciative for.Edit: Sad to say that they are no longer working Residential, they are only on the commercial side now. Hope this helps with anyone looking for residential to find another HVAC vendor.

The SBS-NC technician was friendly, professional and polite. Our AC issue was addressed and corrected quickly. His performance at our home was exemplary.The only issue we had was that we were told to expect the technician to contact us sometime between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm on the day of our appointment. We waited for his call at home all four hours, but never heard anything from anyone over the phone or via text. We called the office shortly past 4:00pm. During that call we were told the technician had been held up and would be with us soon. He arrived at our door about an hour later.

Our experience with SBS was excellent. Megan and Paula in the office were professional and most helpful in getting our appointment scheduled. Hunter, our technician did a great job during the service call. Unfortunately the malfunctioning system needed to be replaced. Jason and Michael were thorough, informative, and helpful when providing a quote to replace both our upstairs and main level heating and cooling systems. They listened to our concerns regarding improvements we wanted to see, especially with certain rooms upstairs, and made appropriate recommendations to remedy hot/cold spots. The installation went very smoothly. The team arrived when promised each day and were extremely careful while working in our home. At the end of each day, they cleaned the work space and made sure they left nothing behind. Brian, Justin, Michael, and Jason were all here at various times working together. All were professional, friendly, and very committed to doing a great job. Providing excellent service and total customer satisfaction is truly a priority with each of these guys. We are very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend SBS for HVAC maintenance or system replacement.

After having American Home Shield for over ten years, you learn that companies must jump through many hoops to service their customers that are assigned to them in the best way possible. Patience is certainly important! SBC-NC finally figured out what was wrong with my AC system. They were the third company to come out in the past month and the first one to diagnose the problem and repair it correctly. Hunter was extremely professional and definitely had the knowledge to get the job done!

I had a leak from my AC, and they came promptly to fix it. After a few days, I noticed there was still a very small leak and they came back hours after I called to look again. They were quick and efficient and knowledgeable. Mason and Andrew answered all my questions and looked all around the house to ensure there were no other causes for the leak and fixed all the issues they found. Very professional company technicians!

Matthew and Drake arrived this morning to look at a list of issues identified during a pre-season HVAC tune-up I had to get from an out-of-network contractor from my warranty. Matthew and Drake came in ready and eager to work. Matthew asked what the issues were and they got to work. They confirmed the issues, fixed what they could on the spot, and made arrangements to get the parts to fix everything else. Matthew also answered some of my general questions and gave me an estimate without trying to pressure me to make a decision right away. They were in and out in a timely manner and replaced everything (attic ladder, turned off light switch, replaced panel, etc.). I appreciate their service and feel confident that they will fix all of the other issues once the parts come in!

Due to a series of rapid-fire unfortunate events outside of our control, Ive had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with a number of SBS-NC representatives both face-to-face and over the phone.When Matt, Drake, and some others have come out to our house to assess and work on our A/C system they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, worked fast, and basically embodied everything youd hope to find from a professional you welcome into your home. They also worked hard to identify and address the root cause(s) of the issue(s), not just apply band-aids.I also want to give a shoutout to the office/phone/dispatch SBS-NC representatives who patiently work with my weird schedule and interact with my brainless/heartless home warranty company.I feel very fortunate to have found this group of pros. Matthew arrived at the house late in the afternoon with shoe booties and eager to find the problem. I advised him we were anxious to get service to the A/C and had been waiting over a week (no fault of his).He went around the house and found a tripped breaker in the electrical panel box and a blown fuse outside. He added 3 pounds of freon to the outside unit and changed one of the air filters upstairs. He then went in the attic to search for a leak. He said it was around the coil and that I need with a new Coil or a new HVAC system since mine was old.Matthew was efficient, quick, did not complain, and was still had another job after mine! I was impressed with his work ethic, his willingness to explain and answer my questions and would highly recommend him and his company (which got me in the day after I called). Great employees like Matthew will keep businesses alive.

SBS-NC replaced one of our two heating and ac units on Nov 25, 2019. The installers, Brian and Mason, were prompt, efficient, neat, polite, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable to the point I felt we received above and beyond quality service. Brian took time to educate me on the new units and what was needed for upkeep. We will be getting SBSs service contract to insure the units performance is optimized year around. The unit is running beautifully. I highly recommend SBS for any current or future heating and ac needs.
