Here recently I had a long drawn out battle with my Home Warranty company & Advanced sent out a veteran appliance technician by the name of Craig who was VERY knowledgeable, kept me informed on the process from diagnostic of my Samsung Refrigerator to the repair. This company both the High Point & Winston-Salem location ALWAYS dispatched very knowledgeable & skilled technicians. I will always prefer & suggest Advance Appliances are on my Home Warranty claim as my contractor company of choice. Iβm very pleased -

We have been a customer of Advanced Appliance for several years, They just recently replaced the motor in our septic tank. Their service technicians were excellent, very polite and professional. I give them a 5 star anytime. Great Company.
