Beco continues to deliver AMAZING service for our electrical issues as well as project planning for changes. We’ve used them now for 10 years across 2 different cities/homes. Never disappointed. We’ve had Alec several times for service calls. He does top notch work. He does a great job at explaining the issues so I understand.

I see so many reviews complaining about cost of service. You need professionals when it comes to your electricity! You are paying for quality and reliability, both of which you will find with this company. Their technicians are well trained and their office staff is stellar. I spoke with Sandra in customer service, she was so kind, caring and helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a conversation with Nick in scheduling when I had an issue with time and he was understanding and courteous. When the technicians came to repair my issue, they were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Lastly, I spoke with Brandy in the billing department at receipt of my invoice. I thought I had gotten an answering machine when she answered the phone-she should be on radio! She was so sweet, pleasant, and easy to talk to. THIS is what you pay for and THIS experience is what will keep me coming back! Take names and post the good things, folks! It isn’t difficult!

Very friendly customer service, great hourly rates. They were able to get out to the property within a few hours of calling and even took care of more than what we asked for. Mark was our electrician that day and he communicated when he would arrive, the work that he did and when he left. He went above and beyond to help save us money on supplies and labor. 5 stars for Beco and 15 stars for Mark!

Beco is a great company. I had 2 kitchen pendant lights installed. Since there was no power in the ceiling they had to fish the electric cable thru the ceiling and down the wall to the other light switches. They added a switch for the pendants. They had to cut a 4” hole in the sheetrock to bend the cable down the wall, which was easily repaired. They protected the island and countertop. The kept the work site tidy. They were friendly, courteous, and very competent. I wish I could remember the electrician’s name as he is a very competent and an impressive young man. The price was fair and I am very pleased with the installation. I had several competitors bid on the job, two were rude, two were greedy, and another just downright disrespectful. I was afraid of what the cost was going to be but it turned out to be just what I was quoted. My wife spoke with the office to arrange payment and she commented how professional the staff were. I am giving Beco 5 stars and a strong recommendation. If you have an electrical project just go to Beco. It will be done correctly, timely and you will be a happy camper. Bill in Mebane.

They came to us in an emergency. Evaluated and diagnosed the problem immediately. They came back the next day to replace the meter. The men that came were very professional. They (Eric and Michael) loaned us an extension cord from their truck while they were working to keep the refrigerator going so our food didnt spoil. It hadnt even crossed my mind to ask if such a thing was possible. My cousin has employed BECO before and will in the future. They will be recommended to anyone for professional and courteous service.

Called Beco because we were told by another company we had to replace both our panels and meter because of a arcing breaker. Jonathan was very quick to come out and look at it after looking though our system he told me we only need the main panel changed. Sadly we would be with out heat that night but he was able to expedite the order and get the panel fixed the next day. The techs were extremely proficient and professional. we will continue to work with Beco.

We only trust BECO for our electrical repairs. Weve been using them since 2015 and they always diagnose the problem correctly, and fix it quickly. From their support staff to all their technicians, everyone is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their rates are fair and they give accurate quotes. Today we had an issue and they were able to respond within 2 hours! Cant say enough good things about this company.

Needed them in the middle of the night for an emergency at my Pharmaceutical manufacturing company. They were there in 20 minutes. We had millions of dollars of product that could have been ruined. Beco came through and impressed us so much I transferred all my business to their company. What they do is amazing. But more than that, its the right thing to do. Friendly and competent service! I had a wire fault running from the breaker box (residential) to the exterior gas pack unit. Tim and Mike quickly found and repaired the issue. Thankfully they were able to splice onto the existing run. Recommend highly.

I called Beco on June 7th and spoke with Katie and then Sherry to schedule. Both were so friendly and I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. When Matt and Mike arrived on time the next morning, they too were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would call Beco again and will for all my electrical needs.

Our stove stopped working overnight and rather than electrocute myself, I called BECO on Saturday morning. A few minutes later Matt Wilson called and said he would be at the house once he finished a job in Winston-Salem. 1 hour later he arrived and within minutes found where a wire had come loose from a poor electrical job a major retailers installer had done using lots of electrical tape and wire nuts. He put in a junction box for safety and insured everything was working properly before he left. Matt was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend these guys!

Beco Electric Service ReviewExcellent Service. We had Beco in for our lighting project and the project just wrapped up last week. Our project consisted of the installation of recessed lights throughout the house where not already installed (20 total). Technicians Mike Carroll and Eric Shore handled the whole project from start to finish. It was clear early that they knew what they were doing and they methodically completed each step room by room. Each person’s residence is different from the next and sometimes a residence can present unanticipated issues and in this aspect our property was no different. When Mike and Eric came to that issue on our project, they brainstormed and came up with the best option that allowed us to still get the desired effect that we were looking for. For us, they presented very little disruption as they did their job, I was still able to work from home. They remained focused and at no point did they have periods of inactivity. Also noteworthy is that at all times while on site, Beco’s technicians observed current protocols for health and safety. They left the area neat and clean and the end result was fantastic. Thank you Beco for a job well done!
