UPdate 11/1/23. Had Summey put in a water cut-off at my City water meter, as some years ago Hendersonville, NCLocked down their meters and made it illegal for persons to open them. Summey Plumbing came on time, were very friendly, and did a great job. The estimate before doing the job was reasonable. Highly recommend.Great friendly service. They recommended a handyman to repair the rotten floor in my bathroom. Then Summey put in a new toliet. The flange was broken so they cut the sewer pipe and replaced the broken piece. Also fixed a leak in the water pipe at the toliet. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Had a leak and I had to cut the water off in the house. Called summey and they sent someone out immediately to get it fixed. Davis (I think) went above and beyond and did some additional repairs to prevent future issues while he was there. Even with the emergency charge, the price was very reasonable and worth every penny.Thanks guys

I called Summy plumbing on a referral from a friend, to get a low-pressure problem in all my water lines, The lady on the phone was just so super nice and helpful. It was a Friday, so I knew that it was probably impossible that I could get service that day, but the lady assured me she would try to get me in that afternoon.. But I was OK with getting there later Appointment. She called me in the afternoon and said she was so sorry., But it would be Monday morning first thing. The two gentlemen showed up. around 8:15 And within a short period of time they had diagnosed Correctly, It was in my Well.. I was so impressed How professional they were. I had to call the well people, And they were also super. Thank you so much, SummyPlumbing 😀

After discovering water damage behind our refrigerator/freezer, a plumber was needed to make repairs to the leak. I called Summey and they arrived that afternoon! The VERY LOUD fans to dry the damage in our small house made it impossible to hear the doorbell. When we didnt answer the door, they called 4 times to get us to the door. To make a longer story short, by 10am the next morning, the plumbing was repaired and work by the restoration company could move forward. Since they are this conscientious about their work, then they will be our go to plumber! THANK YOU SUMMEY PLUMBING

We have used Summey’s previously always for emergencies and they have been terrific. This year we had 2 issues within two weeks. We had a broken valve outside and a break in the house where it entered. Responded on a Sunday and came back on Monday to do the repair.Required lots of jackhammering and these guys were wonderful. They took care to be as clean as possible when working in the house. And they were efficient and thorough during the 2day process!Second problem was a flood in the pump-house which services 5 homes off a spring. Long story - short. Keith came out found the issue to be the spring and overflow - not a line break thanks heavens. All handled with knowledge and care! My Heros Twice in Two weeks! Highly recommend this company. PS- the ladies whoanswer the phone and handle the schedule could not be more pleasant-great customers service!

I highly recommend these guys. The ladies at the office are super nice and understanding. And the guys did good, timely work. Now I didnt need emergency work done so I dont know how their response is for that kinda thing but for just getting a few repairs and a dishwasher in they were able to come within about a month of my initial phone call despite being busy. Which was better then anyone else I called.

I recently had to have some old plumbing in my crawlspace replaced. The job was difficult due to the cramped workspace and prior poor workmanship. The experts at Summey designed proper new plumbing and their finished product is of the highest quality. They showed up when they said they would and the project was done within the estimated time frame and cost. I am so pleased with the work and have no worries as it was done right. I highly recommend their services and will call on them in the future if needed.

Top Notch! Highly recommend. Everyone at Summey Plumbing I dealt with were the most professional, courteous and most of all performed excellent work. They did exactly what I asked for and then some. I am so glad I finally found a REAL plumber. I knew right away I made the right choice. The trucks are well organized, stocked and contained everything required to complete the work without having to run back and forth to a plumbing supply store as other experiences I have had. If you want the best then give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Chris and Houston did an exceptional job on fixing our tankless hot water heater. A different company had done a poor installation and Summey Plumbing corrected everything. It works better than ever. Chris and Houston were very professional and my perfectionist husband was very happy with the job. Also the office staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place. They are very busy and managed to squeeze my time frame in just to help. I was skeptical at first because I work long hours so my wife would be alone dealing with the issues we were having. but she informed me that the two guys that came out were extremely professional. Even took the time to educate on where things were in the house if we were to ever run into any other issues. All of this was over a tube leaking in my kitchen. My wife told me they heard my toilet running and in the blink of an eye they decided to fix that too. The price was very very affordable. I will continue to use this establishment for the long run for any future issues. We have had occasions where other companies would talk down to my wife and be disrespectful so this place changed the whole experience. I couldnt thank them more.

It is intimidating to try and find a plumber. I have had to call on this business three times in the past five years. Every single time, I have been met with professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, and great people. They take time to explain the problem. They give options for the solution that will fit your budget. They do not overcharge. In an emergency, which I have had once, they are at your house ASAP. Every person who works their that I have been contact with is amazing, from the owners, to the technicians, to the receptionists. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

From Meghan in the office, to the two technicians Davis & Evan professional and competent does not give them justice. We had a pipe leading to the outside spigot crack and quickly was filling our basement and outside. We were able to get to the main water line for the house shut off. We called desperate for assistance knowing it was Friday afternoon and no one would be available. That is why we are grateful for our superheroes at Summey Plumbing. A few hours later, at a reasonable cost, with quick/efficient repair the job was completed. Both technicians had a great attitude and also provided some advice. Myself and several of our neighbors rate Summey #1 in Hendersonville.

We bought a house and needed the old polybutylene pipes replaced. Summey did the job on the appointed days and for the agreed upon amount. They even capped off a leaking gas heater and took it away. They had shortened loose piping for our outside hoses shutoff valve which made it difficult for us to access and came back quickly to remedy this at no charge. I AM VERY FAVORABLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY! Also the two men who did the job were polite and pleasant.

During that first call, she scheduled us for 8:30 next morning, in case the guys couldnt get there today.Tim and his associate arrived at exactly 8:30 a.m., installed new heater, and took old one away.They worked 2hours - 15 min.Very friendly and polite.Summey will have our business again!
