    We woke up to no water around 6am. We called All About Plumbing and were pleasantly surprised to talk with a live person. He was very nice and said he would have someone out this morning to our home. The service tech Jimmy promptly showed up and was super nice and very knowledge. We were so thankful to get water back! We highly recommend All About Plumbing.

    We recently purchased a 20+ year old home with several bathrooms. Two of the toilets werent functioning well and continuously running. They were quite short and likely more suited for children. I called All About Plumbing and they were able to send 2 very knowledgeable plumbers out the next day for assessment. They were not only professional but patient with all of my questions. They could have repaired the units but I decided to replace them for a greatly improved model. They are much better looking and proper height. All About Plumbing provided the toilets, seats and all parts so I didnt need to shop for anything or wait for delivery etc. The units also matched the rest of the hardware in the bathrooms. I received a quote the same day and had the work done on the next business day. I feel that the price was very fair especially because it included everything needed. All I had to do was provide access to the bathrooms.They showed up on time and before I knew it, we had 2 new units installed and working perfectly. We plan to replace the other toilets in our home and will definitely use All About Plumbing without hesitation for all of our plumbing needs. The entire experience was positive and they were even super nice to my curious dog. Thank you Brandon and Grant!

    Matt came out and explained what he could do for our leak in the water main coming into our house. He said he could dig down to the water main pipe where the water was coming up through the ground, but cautioned that the leak could be elsewhere along the pipe.He gave us an estimate to dig a 24”x 24” hole to find the leak and repair the pipe. After several hours of digging, he still hadn’t reached the pipe in the 3’ deep hole. It was dark at that point, and I asked him to return at his next available opportunity.When he returned, he was able to dig down another 6” or so which revealed the elbow in the pipe and the location of the leak. He was able to resolve the problem with a few new sections of pipe and some elbow connectors.Matt’s persistence saved the day and avoided a costly replacement of the entire water main, which is routed underneath my concrete driveway.Matt kept me updated throughout the whole job, and always asked if I had any questions. When he needed to come into our home (to turn the main house valve on/off), he made sure he was wearing protective foot coverings to avoid tracking anything into the house.If Matt is an example of the plumbers dispatched by All About Plumbing & Septic, this company gets high marks.

    From the moment I received my first call of the morning after leaving a voice mail requesting pluming services, I was delighted upon the moment of opening this business, a sweet unseen smile and attitude named Joy greeted me. She was eager to assist us, and provided an immediate appointment possibility. A minute later called with plumber’s name Jason and announced we were the second appointment of the day! Jason arrived soon after we spoke. He was punctual, and ready to get the job done! His skill level , and knowledge was above and beyond. He was also professional, with a smile! He had everything done and even taught me how to prevent this event in the future. I could not have asked for such a great team! This company previously installed our new septic as well. I trust them, and recommend them highly! Thank you for always uplifting my spirits when things go wrong!

    All About Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our water heater and well pressure tank. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and showed respect for our property. The owner came out to inspect the job and was very accommodating and approachable. He answered all our questions in detail with integrity and enthusiasm. This company stands behind their work and in this day and age, that is extremely comforting. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

    This is the second time I’ve had all about plumbing come out to my house. The second time was no exception, Andrew did a fantastic job. Very professional and very clean. When they came out a year ago to install a new water heater, they were just as great. No need to go anywhere else! I highly recommend them!

    What an awesome company with awesome employees!!This company is absolutely the best company around.Our water heater had started leaking which was bad enough. But then I found out there were other issues with it as well. It was a huge mess, all around. I was pretty upset as the water heater was only 4 1/2 years old!Other plumbing companies had told us the same thing All About Plumbing did, so I knew we had no choice but to replace the water heater and all that came with it.We chose All About Plumbing because everyone, from the office to the technicians were extremely.nice and understanding about our situation, and were more than accommodating, and the price we were given was very fair.Brandon came and gave us an estimate, which was half of what other places wanted.He helped.calm me down, reassured me things were going to be ok and said to let them know when we were ready to proceed with the repairs.I called them a few weeks later, and within 4 days Brandon and Leo were at our house putting in a new water heater, expansion tank, new pipes, etc.They were super nice, funny and knew exactly what they were doing.They got everything done, turned back on and within 4 hours we had hot water again!!They even cleaned up after themselves and swept my floors!!These guys and this company went far above and beyond what I expected and I cant thank them enough for being so kind and professional.We are All About Plumbing customers for life!!Thank you so much for helping us during our time of need.You are all amazing!

    Our problem was low water pressure. I called in the morning. Matt was at the house that afternoon. He determined the cause of the problem (Pressure reduction valve) and returned a day later to resolve the problem. We have lived fulltime in the house for 10 years. This is the first time we have had good water pressure throughout the house. I appreciate the quick response from All About Plumbing and Matt and Brandons efficient and thorough work to get our issue resolve properly. Highly recommend.

    Great service at a critical time! My regular plumber was booked and I needed my hot water heater replaced right away. The same day two techs showed up to evaluate the leaking heater and the next day they installed a new one. The price was reasonable. I also recommend the great HVAC service they provide every spring and fall.

    Every step of replacing an old electric hot water heater with a Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater went very well.     I can not say enough positive things about All About Plumbing. They answer the phone and then do exactly what they said they would do. I had an emergency and the plumber was at my house in an hour, amazing. Thomas and his assistant Joshua (I think) took care of my problem in a professionally and efficient manner.     All About Plumbing is the only company that will do the repairs to my house HVAC or plumbing. My family will only use All About Plumbing. I would have them do the electric but they do not do electrical. All About Plumbing shows up when they tell they will. Their staff of employees are all trained and certified. We received 2 estimates for this project with a 20% price differential on one of the items. Michael honored the lower estimate, and his team worked quickly and efficiently.     We had an excellent experience with All About Plumbing. They replaced our old polybutylene pipes with PEX. Outstanding team! They worked together and solved all problems they encountered. They were very respectful of our property and treated is as their own.

    Was helping a friend who owned a house with polybutylene piping. I knew this was a time bomb waiting to explode and was expecting a major expense to do a whole-house re-pipe. All About Plumbing was the first company to respond to my Angie request, and scheduled a visit by an estimator. Jimmy arrived on time and went through (and under) the house checking all the fixtures, etc. After about 20 minutes back in his truck, he provided an estimate that was about half what I expected. He said AAP had done about 20 re-pipes in this neighborhood, and they knew exactly what to expect. Their (4-page written) scope included new Uponor PEX (which is much better than the big-box PEX product), and new service lines and shutoffs to all fixtures (including ball valves to the 2 shower fixtures) and a 10-year warranty!. I approved the quote and crew was scheduled for Monday before Thanksgiving to do the work. Jimmy, and his 4-man crew arrived (with 4 trucks!) as scheduled. Their foreman, Justin clearly knew what he was doing as the few surprises that came up didnt bother him. He even offered to install the whole house shut-off (originally planned for in the crawl space) in a much-more accessible utility closet inside the house! I also discovered a 3rd hose bib (their scope included 2 frost-proof bibs) and Justin installed that also for a small additional fee. They were done by about 4PM, and cleaned up everything. I cant say enough about how professional and competent the AAP crew was. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work. And if you have a house with polybutylene pipe, dont wait for the inevitable failures. Be proactive and get a quote from All About Plumbing. Thanks AAP!
