I called on a Tuesday, they had just gotten a Polaris General in but it wasnt assembled. We had a trail riding adventure planned for Saturday and Brian worked his magic and got it up and ready for pick up on Thursday. Out of all the dealerships I went to, Midwest was BY FAR the best! The customer service was phenomenal. I called Brian an hour before I got there and asked about driving a Slingshot off the lot the same night. By the time I got there, they had all of the paperwork ready and the Slingshot serviced and sitting out for me. It was a great deal and they made it super easy. By far the best experience I’ve had.

This was my first motorcycle purchase. There were some issues that were totally unrelated to the dealership (stock issues and shipping issues as 2021 has been for everyone) but the customer service and employees were fantastic! the salesman was understanding of my enthusiasm and answered any and all of my questions! and there were a lot... i talked to them several times regarding when the motorcycle would come in and never once had any issues with helping me as far as they could. I just purchased a new Yamaha TTR 110 for my kids and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Midwest Motor Sports has a very user-friendly website loaded with information and an updated inventory, so I was well-prepared before ever entering the store. The entire staff came together to take care of all of my needs during my visit. I arrived without an appointment, but asked questions, finalized the choice of dirt bike, had paperwork written up, the bike go thru final assembly in the service bay (battery install, etc.), and was loaded up and heading home all within about an hour. I left with a great deal on a dirt bike, a big smile on my kids’ faces, and many fun memories ahead. We look forward to doing much more business with John and the staff at Midwest Motor Sports in the years to come!

Outstanding service! I worked with Brian on a purchase for a 2021 Kawasaki Mule 4010 Trans 4x4. I appreciated the no preasure sales approach while working with Brian. Ended up taking less than 15 minutes from start to finish including fiancing with Wendy all of which was conducted over the phone. Icing on the cake, I showed up an hour before they opened on a Saturday. 3 different employees checked with me just to make sure I knew they didnt open for a while. I knew it was my own fault and was ready to happily wait until they opened. 2 minutes later here comes Brian and says lets go get your paperwork completed and get you loaded up! Total class act all the way around from every employee! P.S. Their price was $2k less than competition in and around metro St. Louis.

Ordered 2 tires for my Victory Jackpot, took 2 months to get them in (due to being back ordered) and wasnt given any alternative tire choices or updates. Had a issue and spoke to the general manager and he quickly resolved my problem. They stepped up in a big way and got me up and rolling in less than a week. They also did a complementary brake job as well. Now thats the way its suppose to be. Customer service is not dead in America, not here anyway. Thanks MMS, Chris

Even though I had a recent experience that left me very angry, the owner called me to personally apologize and explain what took place. He was not making excuses but simply offering an explanation. He then offered to have someone come to my home and install a part that was not available when my UTV was in for servicing, thus saving me from an extra trip back to the store. I recently purchased a used motorcycle from Midwest, the owner and sales person met me at the door and treated me like a king. We sat and they heard my story of my motorcycle history to help me choose the best motorcycle for me. Purchasing the bike was extremely easy. Because of the winter I picked the bike up 2 weeks later, when I did pick it up it was clean and full of gas. It was inspected and had an oil change. I feel so good about my purchase I bought a 2011 Kawasaki 1700 nomad but it felt brand new. I received an owners manual, 3 sets of keys, and everything was wiped down and looked new. Highly recommend Midwest Motor Sports to anyone.

This is hands down the best buying experience Ive EVER had with a dealership. I had a very rare bike that I wanted specifically, and they got it shipped to me from Arkansas in a VERY timely fashion. Salesman Bryan is super cool and definitely makes your buying experience a memorable one , because they want your repeat business. I went to 2 other dealerships in Missouri first ( where I live)...The first Big St. Charles was the worst by far. That place has Many hidden fees that add 1500 to the sticker price. So then I tried Jim Trenary. They were nicer, but the inexperienced sales team gave me a lot of false information and made my life a hassle. These guys at Midwest made it effortless and they will have my business for years to come I absolutely love my 2018 Ninja.

We dealt with numerous rude and unhelpful sales people from other dealerships, were lied to by one in particular (stay far away from Jim Trenary motorsports in Union if you wanna be headache free), and couldn’t get anyone to even return a simple phone call. I took my Slingshot in for service had a emergency break problem and to get it fixed when I went to get it back today I took it over yesterday Tuesday and got it back today they the extreme emergency break they took care of the caliper which was caused by the heat from the emergency brake they have a full checklist to check over things that surprise me I had a squeak coming from the rear tire that Ive had since I own the bike And they got it fixed in no longer squeaks I got it back and it was washed front clip on it needed a little adjustment they did that they went above and beyond what I would have expected to be done. I will be going there for all my severice there from now on

I just bought a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 from Midwest Motor Sports. What an amazing experience! First, you walk in and you are greeted by an overwhelming display of available inventory. Next, you are able to freely navigate around without being pressured by a sales guy. Lastly, and this is a big one, they actually let you sit on the bike if youre interested. Ive done my fair share of shopping around and have noticed that several places would rather have you Look, dont touch. I introduced myself to Brian (who I thought was their salesman, but come to find out hes the general manager) and told him the story of why I chose to drive 40 miles to visit them rather than continue to nag my local dealer to get their one available unit on display. I already knew I wanted a Ninja 400, but was wanting to see both the base model and the SE colors in person. Midwest Motor Sports had both colors of the bike in stock! After a few minutes, I told Brian I was sold on the black one. Then I told him I had to go get a cashiers check and truck to take it home. He offered free delivery, but wouldnt be able to accommodate til next week. No biggie I told him. So after a quick negotiation, I left to go get the check and truck. I came back later that afternoon and was introduced to Wendy. She and I completed the paperwork. Another tip of my hat goes to Wendy as she never pressured me into any extended warranty or add-ons. Once finished, Brian and the tech, Scott, helped me load the bike up. One other honorable mention goes to Scott as he let me borrow some cool handlebar straps to properly ratchet the bike down as not to scratch the paint. I reassured them Id be returning them the next day and they were chill. Everything about this whole experience was a great testament to how important customer service is and how Midwest Motor Sports excels at it! Thank you guys for a great purchasing experience and hopefully later down the road, a great service experience!

Bought a Polaris RZR XP4 TURBO S from here back in November 2019. About a week ago my power steering went out. I only had about 100hrs or so on the machine.At this point I was already out of factory warranty (by date) and didn’t have the extended warranty. I called the Ryan in the service department and he told me to bring it in since I shouldn’t be having these issues with such low hrs.Long story short the guys in the shop spent a bunch of time trying to diagnose the issue. Once they were able to determine the power steering unit was faulty they went toe to toe with Polaris who did end up replacing the faulty part.Major kudos to Midwest for taking care of their customers and going above and beyond to rectify the issue.Kudos to Polaris for standing behind their product.I would definitely recommend them for sales or service.
