I cant recommend Keno enough! He was prompt in responding to our request and was able to arrive the following business day to resolve the electrical problems behind my moms dishwasher. He also fixed a damaged outlet/circuit and, thankfully, discovered several safety issues that we wouldnt have otherwise known. Keno worked diligently and with great professionalism, making sure everything complied with safety standards. We were thoroughly impressed with his service and knowledge. Will definitely hire him again for any future electrical needs!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Keno Electrical System (KES) to update the electrical panel in my home, and I am beyond impressed with both the quality of work and the level of professionalism he displayed throughout the process. What can I say? This service was wonderful. Keno was kind, professional, friendly, reasonable, neat, and efficient. We were connected through a mutual source, and I am forever thankful. He was able to come in and convert my electrical system to 200 amps so now I can wash all of my laundry at the same time while running my microwave. I found my new electrician for life! I was having issues getting a pretty basic quote for a generator house plug from my previous electrician and decided to give Keno a call based on his stellar reviews. We spoke for a half hour and he couldn’t have been more patient or friendly. He was even able to give me a great, reasonable quote over the phone, sight unseen (which he also stuck to when he wrote it up at my house). He’s so nice that he even encouraged me to give my other electrician a chance to get back to me before making a final decision to go with him. I did wait a couple weeks, decided it was time to move on, and gave Keno a call. He was there within a couple days and was able to install the plug hours before a big rain and wind storm hit. I spent most of the time he was here just chatting with him because he’s quite frankly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Once he was done we tested it out to make sure everything worked and he provided me with a step-by-step instruction print out. He also said I could give him a call whenever I needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Seriously this man is the GOAT of electricians. Do not hesitate to call him for any of your in-home electrical needs. Like me, you’ll have a new electrician for life! Thanks Keno, appreciate you!

Thank you, Keno Electrical Systems, for troubleshooting and fixing my electrical nightmare! All of my smart home light switches stopped working (either will not turn on/off, or there is a delay in response). Unlike other businesses that couldn’t diagnose the problem, or brushed off my service requests, Keno was kind and professional. He arrived on time on the date of service (despite coming from 1.5 hours away) and went above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed. He is a Master Electrician and his expertise certainly shows through his work. A+++ electrician - highly recommend!

Over the years he has offered me simple and understandable explanations of what the issue was, solely base on the minimal explanation he had been given. Therefore I have used him for several jobs, from installing and replacing old light fixtures, thermostats ceiling fans, breakers electrical rewiring, to outlet and switch repairs. MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW:We had utilized Kenos electrical services recently for my newly bought townhouse in CT.Keno possesses great professionalism, high-quality knowledge on electrical work, would show-up on time, and would get the job done.Keno doesnt rush to finish up the work but rather pays attention to the details and certainly keeps your home clean.Keno also has great listening skills and would educate you if youre struggling with any electrical work related questions.Lastly, we had varieties of electrical work needed to be done ($$ amount in four digit!) and one of the most important quality we look for is someone without an attitude. Yes, thats important for us. We all know that we dont like to give hundreds and hundreds of dollar to someone who we dont like and/or shows us a bad attitude. Keno is polite and decent guy to deal with. We highly recommend him to everyone.

Keno is amazing! I had a problem with the outlets in my kitchen which made my fridge inoperable and my thermostat/furnace went out. It was a snowy and cold day so no other electrician could come out to see what the problem was. I was losing hope when I came across Kenos Electrical Service and decided to give him a call. Even though he also couldnt make it out to my house, instead of just brushing me off, he FaceTimed me so we could troubleshoot the problem together! We figured out what the issue was and got my fridge back up and running! Unbelievably kind and he has earned my trust! I highly recommend his service and will be using him for my future electrical needs!
