    Spaces LLC. Not only did a fantastic job of replacing our skylight, but they educate, they explain in detail what they are going to do. They give honest opinions and as a professional, they are exceptional. I also had them complete other work that needed be done, and we are excited to give that work to Spaces LLC. After they finished the fencing and patio, I was amazed at the work and craftmanship. If you want quality work no hassle, as well as great understanding of insurance claims, give them a call.

    Great service, professionalism and support for the rebuild work! I did not get such help from a previous contractor who did not walk through the estimate and did not answer insurance questions which left the job half done. However, when I hired Spaces LLC, Andrew and his crew quickly reworked the estimate, walked through the estimate in detail, answered and coordinated with the insurance questions, town inspections and provided appropriate documentation. Not only we restored the damages, they helped with the entire rebuild and claim process.

    Spaces LLC did a great job on our recent deck project. I selected them even though they were not the lowest estimate I received. They seemed to be a substantial company with a full time crew and good organizational skill. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. Their estimate was complete and held up with no hidden costs. They were always available and transparent in their communications. The scope did increase and their price for the change was reasonable. Doug is an excellent carpenter, managed the crew well and did much of the work himself. It was a great experience working with them

    I have been looking for a company like this for years. Eight years ago, my house was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt by a company who I would never recommend. Now as things start to fall apart, I have been looking for another company to come in and fix their work. Andrew and his company Spaces LLC have been outstanding to work with. Not only are the professional and quick to respond, but theyre also very reasonably priced. These guys can do it all and its nice to have one company to go to who can do exactly what you are looking for and do it right. They also have the customers best interest in mind. If something can be fixed without having to buy something new, they will let you know that or tell you a piece can be returned (if already purchased), so they can save you the money. I will always use this company when needed.

    Joe did a fabulous job repairing and reinstalling my ancient, no longer available shower door. He came within a few days of my plea for help, knew immediately what had to be done, completed the repairs, left no mess and was gone within a few hours. In this day and age it’s no small miracle to find such all around quality..

    On Dec 14th we had a mechanical failure of our furnace resulting in flooding of our finished basement. It was discovered about noon, furnace company was out for repairs by 3:30 and upon completion at 5:30, gave us the name of SpacesLLC for water removal and repairs. We called at 5:30pm and reached the owner Andrew Stoddard, he called us back within 15minutes to say he had a crew on their way over. They worked for 4-5 hours and set up to dry out the basement which took 3/4 days. Each day the owner called us to update what was to be done and answered any questions we had. Ended up needing to replace the flooring and trim, remove damaged dry wall and replacing it, and painting . The on site manager ,JB, was also terrific and the different crews worked so well together. They treated us with the utmost respect and made the whole process go smoothly. We would highly recommend SPACES LLC for othersBob and Caryl Donovan

    Extremely happy with the service and outcome of the project performed by Spaces, LLC. Andrew was very responsive and was able to accommodate my project within the same week. The on site team was professional, punctual, thorough and did an immaculate job repairing my wall. They even went out of their way to correctly repair an exposed pipe prior to sealing the wall, that the plumber i hired previously did not repair correctly. Total professionals and will absolutely hire again for upcoming projects.

    I hired Spaces LLC to help mount my security camera related solar connectivity. The team is extremely experienced, patient, and friendly. They provided their expertise while helping me determine the best placement for the cameras.     Andrew and his crew were not only professional but were also extremely friendly, communicative, and punctual. Spaces, LLC completed 2 bathroom remodels from floor to ceiling, which included tile installation, painting, shower installation, bathtub installation, vanity installation (cabinet, sink, counter, and faucets), and replaced the mirrors. Additionally they also painted the stairwell, hallway, and master bedroom, and replaced all closet doors within the home. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, I was the most impressed with this company. Some never called back, refused to provide a quote via email or phone, you had to visit the shop, or the company did not have someone who represented them well. Andrew was quick to respond and book an initial meeting, provided an itemized list of everything I mentioned, and had a quote ready by the next day. Andrew and his property manager Todd were always one phone call away with any questions I had, and were prompt to getting back to me. They provided numerous options throughout the project recommending certain products that were always within the budget and yet to the desired esthetic I wanted. Mike and Eric were also great. As always any remodeling comes with its own surprises, for my home it was odd vanity sizes, rusted toilets, broken valves, horrible walls, etc. All staff members were successful in ensuring it would all be handled properly, which it was. They also provided a cleaning service at the end, which I thought was the icing on the cake for all the incredible work they already provided. I will definitely be using them again for my kitchen and any other projects along the way.

    This is my second time using this company for my home repairs. I had a leak in the upstairs shower which leaked on to the downstairs ceiling above my dining room table. This was a real mess. I called Spaces and they were there the next day to check the damage and quote me a price, the job was booked and they were there the next day on time, the workers are very clean and I have never come home to a mess. This companys work is always impeccable. Also, the owner checks in with you daily with updates on their progress. This company is truly amazing.Thanks again for a job well done

    Overall Spaces did a good job with my basement finishing project. The quality of materials and workmanship is the best I have seen, they used kiln dried douglas fir for all framing so all the walls will stay straight over time. Further, Mark has definitely gone above and beyond with the work that he did on the framing, he was able to build square walls when the floor and concrete were not square. Further he was able to accommodate some minor changes during the building process to ensure that the end product looked the best. He is very punctual and kept the job site clean while doing his work. I cant speak highly enough about the work that Mark has done and look forward to working with him in the future.My only issue was with the quoting system, I seemed to have a disconnect between what I said I wanted during the initial visit and what ended up getting quoted. Spaces was very good at updating the paperwork once I alerted them to the issues. As long as you are clear on the scope of work it should be fine.

    I cannot say enough about the work completed by Spaces LLC. As such, I have decided to leave several reviews to let people know what you can expect from this very competent company. We hired Spaces LLC because of water damage that was seeping into our den causing severe drywall damage to the walls.The baseboard heaters had rusted out, and the rug had mold! The owner, Andrew Stoddard, immediately was in contact with us and came over to see the damage on the first day we spoke. He assessed the problem right away and explained to me what had to be done. Overnight Andrew and his office personnel prepared a quote of the work that was required to fix the area.Our insurance company initially denied our claim for the water damage repairs. Andrew dealt with the adjuster to fight for what he believed was a legitimate claim. After he had several discussions with that adjuster our claim was rightfully approved. His team did all aspects of the clean-up from removing the wet material, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They then rebuilt our entire room beginning with some plumbing repairs, sheet rock installation, painting and installing a beautiful new pergo floor. The crew was very professional, on-time in every case and cleaned up for everything each day. They always addressed any questions or comments I had during the process. All the work was done very quickly, more than any contracting work was ever done.Andrew was constantly in contact with me for as many times as I needed to speak to him as well as coordinating all the work and times when his crew would be working at our home. We were in contact everyday about the job! We are so happy with everything that Spaces LLC did for us that we are planning to have them return for other projects.

    Had some Strip and wax done on one of my apartments VCT flooring as well as carpet shampooing. They got some really heavy stains out of the carpets and they look like new again. But what I really love about this company is how professional and easy to work with they are. Andrew knows how to run a business. He even responded immediately to my emails after hours. I Didn’t have to waste time bringing him out to look at the job, just sent him some photos, and told him what I needed done and his crew was out there on time and on schedule. Attention to detail and Friendly crew. By far the most Convenient contractor I have ever used, ever. He gets the job done. Will be using him again in future for apartment turnovers, for sure. So easy and simple. If there was an Amazon for construction contracting services, this guy would be it.

    Gus and Andrew were very responsive from the beginning-very helpful given the extensive job to be done. They kept me informed throughout the process. The work performed by their staff was amazing. Doug/Mike/Edwin/Andre/Billy- great work! There were a few accidents with some belongings, but Gus handled it swiftly. One comment I would make is to only have one point person (Gus) for communication. I would speak to Andrew and he would say something was getting done and then when I asked Gus about it, he didn’t know anything about it. I’m sure it’s because they were so busy. Overall, I would hire them again! Thank you for making my house whole again!

    From the moment we requested a quote to replace our kitchen floor, to the completion of the entire installation, the Spaces team demonstrated a professional attitude, in the best way possible.The representative who came to our home for the quote noted our request for all to wear masks. He completely understood and made sure to show up, his mask in place, to greet us appropriately. His friendly manner, and extreme knowledge about the flooring products, both aesthetically and usefulness in a kitchen, made the decision on which flooring to go with easy.Once we accepted their very competitive quote, the appointment to do the work was made promptly. Spaces respected our time and made their work fit our schedule.The work team was respectful of our home, keeping their entries into our home limited to the door adjacent to the kitchen therefore tracking nothing through any other room in the house. The room was isolated to keep all work activity residue within the kitchen, and counters and appliances were also covered to retain cleanliness.In addition, all were extremely forthcoming and detail oriented. When it was evident we needed to change the trim, we were informed as to the reason for the suggestion and it was also completed promptly.We do not often encounter work teams who demonstrate appreciation and respect for our home and our time. Every member of this team was easy to talk with, work with, and professional.

    Drew is the ideal owner/operator of a home services company. He answered my call early in the morning, came out on a Sunday to take measurements, and was transparent about pricing. Not many general contractors are a) reliable and communicative and b) transparent with pricing.The day that services were rendered, his crew came as promised, completed an entire flooring job in three days, and used a sandless dust system to ensure that the home was not contaminated like some wood floor sanders can do. The floors came out looking wonderful.Overall, I cant say enough good things about Spaces, LLC. Since my floors were done exceptionally well, I hired Drews company to execute other carpentry, painting, and other miscellaneous tasks as I renovate an old home in CT.We plan to work on the exterior appearance of the house and Drews company will be the first called due to his communication, transparency, friendliness, project management skills, and fair pricing.He also does post-construction cleaning, by the way. That crew is excellent as well.

    Spaces came to perform a deep cleaning after we completed the buildout of my Pilates studio. Andrew, the owner, was able to fit me in immediately and was able to accommodate my required time frame. The crew was Bella and Brian and I cant say enough wonderful things about them! They were very professional, hardworking, and even took extra time to explain to me how to keep my floors in good shape. I should also mention that Spaces also uses top of the line cleaning products.     Spaces’ manager, Drew, is emotionally intelligent, an excellent listener, very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, very prompt, ethical and reliable. When his employee made one minor mistake, Drew followed up immediately and had the matter corrected within a couple of hours, ensuring my satisfaction. Spaces’ pricing was reasonable and flexible. Even when I changed the original scope of my job to one much smaller, I received just as much attention, respect and good service. Spaces did refer me to one other service provider to address an area outside its area of focus, and I did not find them as high quality as Spaces, but in fairness, they are an independent company, not under Spaces’ control.

    We hired Spaces to polish and wax our newly installed floor at our restaurant. I wasnt expecting the owner to answer the phone on a Sunday morning at 7:30a! Drew was very helpful and answered my questions with patience when I called. He put me at ease when he said he could definitely come clean and polish our floors on our tight deadline. I do appreciate customer service, and Spaces has it 100%. We recommend Spaces for professional floor cleaning/buffing/waxing.

    I highly recommend Spaces! They did a superb job fixing a contractors mistakes that we had previously hired. They fully remodeled a small bathroom, including installing tile, vanity, new toilet and fixtures. We had hired a contractor that completely left the bathroom a mess and Drew and his staff came out and fixed everything the previous contractor had done incorrectly (and believe me, there was plenty of issues that Drew uncovered). The former contractor had left us without a bathroom for over 5 weeks. I called Drew on a Thursday and he was out there on Monday and completed the job in 7 days. I had only wished that I knew of Spaces LLC before I had hired someone else. Im so happy with their work, their professionalism, efficiency and we love our new bathroom

    We chose Spaces LLC for our renovation project based on the high rate of reviews and that was the best decision. Andrew and his crew are a team of professionals who know their job very well and can get your project done right. We were going to update the kitchen and bathrooms, fix some structural issues, do lots of electrical works, and paint the whole interior. Andrew was excellent at listening to our needs, explaining different options, and letting us choose the services we wanted. He was very prompt in communications, very flexible, easy to work with, and made this a smooth process for us. There were some difficulties, of course, but the crew was always there to give useful recommendations and solutions. If something was not done to our satisfaction, they were open to rework and ensure that we are happy with the result. They also did a good job cleaning up at the end.     Spaces LLC is, most definitely, a five star operation. The principal of the company worked with me to accommodate my schedule; and JB, the gentleman who came to remove some kitchen floor tile (to provide for the removal of an old dishwasher) was able to extract the old machine without having to remove any floor tile. JB took the initiative, and was able to accomplish my goal as a homeowner, without any removal of tiles or damage to the floor. I recommend this company without hesitation!

    I couldnt be more pleased with the work done my the Spaces team, including Andrew, Eric, Rick and Mike. They completed a major renovation of our home that included removing a supporting wall, installing a column from the basement to the second floor, weaving in flooring where the wall was, so there is not sign that a wall was once there.     We had a water leak in our dishwasher that went unnoticed for a long time. Finally the laminate flooring started to blister. Drew came out right away, and gave us a quote and we scheduled a repair. The next day Todd and his crew arrived, laid down tarps, moved out the kitchen appliances, removed all of the laminate and set up dehumidifiers to remove residual water from the kitchen. Once the moisture was removed, the crew came in and installed porcelain tile over two days. Cannot say how happy we were with the entire process from start to finish.

    An organized and efficient company! After a kitchen fire over the weekend, I needed a remediation company fast to deal with the smoke odor and soot. I called Andrew on a Saturday evening and he spent time with me over the phone explaining what the process would entail. We continued our correspondence through email and despite Andrew being on vacation, he still replied to each and every question I had, and provided me with estimates of the work. The service was timely and efficient, completing the process within 2 days, and they worked with my schedule to make this as convenient as possible for me.     Drew the owner was great to work with including his team at their office. They were very flexible with us as things changed or new things came up during our project. This was all alongside us doing a lot of work ourselves on the house which made a lot of dust and overall just mess.     I was doing a kitchen remodel and when an old cabinet was removed we found mold and water damage coming in from my roof. Spaces helped find the source of the problem and fix my wall and celling.     I was very pleased with the quote. It was just about the same as the other company. I chose Spaces because I have seen their work on a large project at my Church , First Congregational Church of East Hartford. I also was able to talk to the person in charge of the churchs project. She gave Spaces a great review. I liked the all the different men who came in to do the different jobs. I had sheet rock skimmed, walls and ceilings painted. Furniture had to be moved . They treated my furniture like it was theirs. A crew came in to move all the furniture back and clean up all of the dust , remove all the plastic and floor covering that was used to protect my property. I will hire them for several more projects I have in mind.

    Spaces re-did our bathroom and put down new tile flooring in our mudroom. Overall, they were very communicative during the entire process. We ended up asking for some changes and additional tweaks during the renovation and they were happy to oblige. They were super friendly and eager to make sure we were happy.The only thing to watch out for is the quality of the work. Overall the work was good, but some of the tile in the mudroom wasnt level. However, when we pointed this out to them, they removed the tile and fixed it. There still were some that were a bit uneven, but overall it was much better and acceptable.

    This is a definite 5 star company. It was probably a week or so from quoting and repairing my deck. I am also having them sand and stain my deck. This way it will look brand new with the repairs and stain.     We were nervous about keeping our medical offices cleaned during the health emergency. Our building managers have had their own team who come in and clean at night, but we were worried it wasnt enough since we are essential workers and cant work from home.
