    This was my second time using Storm Electric LLC, and they’ve definitely become my go-to electricians. Their service is outstanding, with skilled, friendly crews and a responsive office team. They show up on time and make sure the job is done right before they leave. Recently, they installed a Level 2 car charger for me. Though it arrived with an 18ft cord instead of the 25ft one I needed, they’re already planning to swap it out once the correct part arrives. I highly recommend Storm Electric for reliable, professional service!

    Storm Electric LLC. Had a Generac Standby generator installed a few months ago . First there was no pressure sale. Joe came by and talked to and answered all questions I had.. Install completed in two days. If I had any questions during this all were answered. The crews were friendly and knowledgeable.     I had the opportunity to meet Mackenzie and Caleb from Storm Electric as they were subcontracted to complete the electrical work for a larger project at my house.I was very impressed by their workmanship, knowledge of their trade and the respect they had for my home. They took extra time and care in completing their work resulting in a neat, professional appearance, when a quicker, but more unsightly option was available. They also took the time to correct an electrical deficiency (from a different company) they discovered in the course of their work.There are many companies around that you can hire for electrical work, but the main reason I would hire Storm Electric again was the interaction I noticed between Mackenzie (Lead Electrician) and his apprentice. Any time I passed through their work area, I would overhear Mackenzie explaining to his apprentice why things were done a certain way and how to ensure the job was completed correctly. I never heard either of these guys use foul language (rare nowadays!) and they seemed to have a very positive working relationship.I would welcome Storm Electric, specifically Mackenzie and Caleb back into my home anytime.

    This company and Joe specifically are a life saver and provide OUTSTANDING service. My interaction began with me using the chat feature on the website pretty late at night. There was a popping sound coming from my bathroom light switch that made me very uneasy. Joe responded really fast and was extremely attentive in hearing my concern and walking me through a few steps to ensure things was safe until his morning arrival that we agreed on.My appointment was from 9-11. He arrived early and was able to diagnose my issue and fix some additional electrical issues really fast. He explained what he was doing every step of the way.     Just got my shed wired and circuits in my 1986 kitchen separated so I dont trip the breakers when I use the microwave and also use supplemental heating/cooling in my sunroom. Patrick did a great job and planned out how he was going to do it before the work started. I have had Storm Electric be my electricians for about four jobs now that includes this job, installation of whole house generator, updating my breaker box to 200 amp, and putting in dedicated lines to specific areas inside/outside of my home. They are friendly and answer questions and even work with me if I start my own projects and I get to a difficult or uncertain area; they helped finish the job where I couldnt. They are a great, small company and I appreciate that I see the same team nearly each time. They are punctual and work well together as a team and get the job done.     This is a review almost 3 months late, but it is well-deserved. Storm Electric LLC is most professional company that Ive worked with that my home warranty company has referred me to. They actually reached out to me instead of me having to reach out to them to get an appointment setup and then accelerated the time table quickly when it was discovered that the panel issues we were having were dangerous for the house. An issue that was originally going to take at least a week or two to fix ended up getting down in 3 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants both good quality and good customer service.

    Outstanding work. Was able to install 9 puck lights in less than 4 hours. I was extremely happy that they did not cut the drywall where other electricians wanted to cut before even attempting to perform the work.     I’m so grateful for Storm Electric. They were originally contracted to connect my generator. During this process they found that the breaker box was old and a rats nest of wiring with some things not to code. I decided to take their advice and replace the box with a larger model. They arranged to do this work Immediately. Now everything is to code and organized. And so much safer. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

    We were replacing a light fixture on our bathroom when we lost power in our home. After a day of trying to fix it ourselves, we called Storm electric. It was a Sunday evening, and they were still able to come within the hour. Joe was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was quick to find the issue, and although he’d have to come back the next day to fix it, he still made sure to find an alternative solution so we wouldn’t be without electricity for the night. The next day he came right on time and within two hours upgraded our electrical panel. They also offer financing, which takes maybe a minute to get approved. Definitely our go to from here on out, and would recommend for anyone.

    They are absolutely amazing. Had meter base blown out and they handled everything... getting in touch with the inspector, getting permits, contacting Dominion, they even coordinated a secondary work that Dominion needed to do. Also very fast and responsible pricing. Lastly Katelyn is probably one of the most professional managers I have ever dealt with. If I had a business I would hire her to train my staff and managers on customer service. Just wonderful experience.

    We are very satisfied with every aspect of parts and service provided. They were on time and came with the materials. They were efficient, and while they made a mess, They cleaned it up as they went along and left our dock, our yard and our shed cleaner than when they arrived. Their bills were forecasted and fair.     The representative Katelan Neyer, from the Storm Electric office was friendly and professional! She went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. Patrick Faircloth, the technician was courteous, respectful and went above and beyond to complete the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.     Great service! Came to an emergency call. We kept smelling an odd fishy smell. When googling it, found it could be an electrical issue. Since the smell was near our breaker panel, we checked it out and found our breaker to be warm. When they came out they found some of the breaker was burnt/burning. The plastic burning must of been the reasoning for the odd smell. While further investigating the panel, they found a nail had somehow punched through. Unfortunately due to that our whole panel had to be replaced. They went and got the parts needed immediately and started the work asap. The tech was very informative. We asked a lot of questions to figure out the cause and learned some new things. Great costumer service! The tech Pat was awesome!

    Yesterday Storm Electric installed a Hunter fan/light/remote in our great room--with 18-foot ceilings! They even custom built a downrod to meet my (picky) requirements.     I was referred by AHS. I had no heat in my home for two weeks total. An HVAC tech came out and determined that the problem was electrical and we needed an electrician. I called and spoke to Kate. After explaining my situation I asked how soon I could get someone out. She asked if she could call me back in 5 minutes to which I said yes. She called back and said Ben will be there in 15 minutes! I said really? She said yup he is on his way. Ben arrived just like she said in a Storm Electric wrapped van. He checked everything and the problem was no more very quickly. It turned out that a wire was loose within the breaker panel that was causing no heat and also causing the panel to be hot, which was a fire hazzard. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed and will certainly call only them for our future work.
