    From the 1st day trouble started on a Saturday to the large repair on the following Monday, MBI Plus and Felipe were helpful, responsive and expedient. We lost a leg in our electrical panel and to be fair, the breaker box was over 20 yrs old. The lines needed to be replaced as well as the panel box. How many times have you ever, had a call placed and responded to and repaired completely, within like 48 hours?? For myself...I have to say, never. Until this past Monday. The men were friendly, informative and certainly no slackers. They hustled and got it all done, in one day. In this day and time...thats pretty much unheard of. Felipe kept in contact with texts letting me know when I could expect them to arrive and then an estimate of associated costs was provided right after the supply house opened on Mon a.m. This, is what I mean by hustle. Felipe made sure we were back in action as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough kind things about MBI Plus. Such a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt, professional and reassuring knowing that youre getting their very best...because they know, they have that edge, because they offer so much more than others out here. So grateful for this experience. It made a difficult time not so scary knowing it would be taken care of properly and I still cant get over how quickly everything got done. 👏👏👏👏👏

    Their work is excellent, but I had written a critical review because they had not responded to my calls to return to label the electrical panel as they had said they would. Once the review was public, to their credit, they called me right away to resolve the issue. They said it was essentially a misunderstanding, and Im giving them the chance to rectify the issue. I hope they do! (Still not yet labeled).

    Needed a new 220V outlet for a new stove and a couple of 115V outlets for a microwave and other devices. Took a little effort to get them to the house for an estimate (I guess with all the people out there now they are getting slammed). They showed up when scheduled (exactly) and worked very clean and professional. They also helped me move the stove into place! Their guys are very nice/friendly and the women that answered the phone at the office is very nice -- so sorry, I forgot your name :( --- I do have more work and I would use them again. I do recommend them to others.

    We hired MBI Plus Electric to wire all the electric for our newly built pool.MBI Plus run underground pipes for 100+ feet, to the far end where the pool equipment was hiding. Pump, heater, filter, remote controller (jandy) for all the equipment and the pool lights.MBI Plus also wired internet access to the pool equipment to control it all from an App on our phone.MBI Plus also installed sockets in the pool equipment shed and the patio.Additionally MBI Plus installed a new control panel in the house with all the switches and surge protectors.Im a detailed oriented customer and I check everything thoroughly.     This is one of many projects I had this great electrician to do in my home and my outdoor landscaping. These jobs were involved but done well and within time and cost quoted. There has never been a job too difficult for them to do for me and I have needed special and unique electric wiring to be done. Very reliable and trustworthy!
