I had met the technician (Greg)earlier in the yr (2021) when installing new fiber optics electrical box. He explained & showed me details of the box: purpose, & additional options included. I set an appt for N H Electric to install an electric dryer just after Xmas not realizing it was the same Co. The tech was Greg who came. As I was telling him how helpful the man was that worked outside, thinking he had been a fiber optics tech, he reminded me that it was he who Id met earlier in the yr. Then I remembered. I say this because Inside or outside, Gregs expertise, professional & personal demeanor is above board. My dryer was in a small area, needed vent hole cut in & installed, 220 electrical outlet, and rearrangement of breakers. Going the extra mile, he explained difference of 3 or 4 prong outlet & cord. I think future usage so I wanted not only code but updated to future appliance possibilities. So he went back to his shop to get a new dryer cord & installed it. He never made me feel it was a hassle. His workmanship is just as impressive as his concern to clients need is.In addition, calling to make the appt was just as impressive (sadly name escapes me.) I was communicating several possible difficulties because of the age of home. She put my mind right at ease sharing additional knowledge of her expertise. Her Professional, pleasant, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable demeanor was the 1st step to completing my dryer work. If that had not occurred, I would have chosen to go elsewhere; therefore the tech would have lost praise. Havent received the billing yet, but you get what you pay for. I am reassured of future safety with no fear of having to have another correct the work. I will be a return client & would recommend others without concern.P Brown -
