    I highly recommend East Hampton Energy to anyone who needs a generator. Some months ago, we had a Kohler installed, and I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.Michael and his team are super friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. Their service is impressive, too. We’ve had several power outages, and the generator performs perfectly, powering most of the house. Thank you, East Hampton Energy, for a job well done!

    I found East Hampton Energy Solutions online. I called them because they are an authorized Koehler dealer and are located in East Hampton. They returned my initial call promptly and gave me a 2-day-later appointment to service our stand-by generator on Shelter Island. The woman with whom I spoke was very nice and quite helpful. This morning 2 service technicians arrived just when promised. They, also, were very nice and professional. They accomplished the service call, cleaned the unit, and explained to me exactly what they did. Then I received a call from the office to report to me what had been done and to set up a return service call in 6 months. When I checked my email I found pictures the technicians had taken of our generator.I am totally pleased with my experience with East Hampton Energy Solutions. We do have an annual service contract, so I shall be seeing them again. Id give 10 stars if I could!

    Really pleased with East Hampton Energy Solutions. They just completed the install of my generator AHEAD of schedule. They and their subcontractors were professional, organized, efficient and very neat. Standards are clearly important to this company. Communication was outstanding before, during and after the sale/install and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure everything was going right every step of the way and followed up to make sure I understood all of the features of the unit. The entire process took two weeks from initial site Visit to completion. If you’re looking for a whole-house home generator you can’t go wrong with Kohler (This unit makes half the noise of my neighbors Generac - We can hear theirs from their yard OVER ours which is right next to our house) or East Hampton Energy Solutions.
