I was connected with U.S. Energy Solutions after having Duke Energy do a home review when we first purchased our home last fall. In the end, we had 14 companies quote a generator install and some electrical work on our horse barn behind the house.U.S. Energy Solutions was extremely professional, had well documented estimates, worked with our timeline (we needed to install a larger propane tank since natural gas is not in our area), and helped solve some other issues we were not aware of in our home electrical setup.In addition to the 2 projects we knew we wanted worked on, our AC unit failed at the beginning of summer. U.S. Energy Solutions had a great estimate with the most efficient unit and the only quote the qualified for federal tax incentives. Don also helped with documentation to get our home warranty to help cover some of the cost.Everyone that came to the house was also super nice to our crazy terriers that had to come say hello every chance they could while people were trying to work!Thank you Don, Pat, Johnny, Brian, Kevin, and Ivan! I wanted to share my positive experience with U.S Energy Solutions. After experiencing several power outages in recent monthly, I started to investigate getting a backup generator for my house. After researching online, I received a call from Johnny Andrews from U.S. Energy Solutions. I explained to him what I was looking for and he made the suggestion to get a Tesla Powerwall 3 Battery instead of a generator. The battery would enhance my current solar panel production as well as give me a 30% federal rebate on my taxes. We had multiple calls so I could get all the questions I had answered to my satisfaction. When I was ready to sign the agreement, he even drove up to my house outside of Charlotte to thank me personally. The install process went just as flawless. Brian Davis, senior electrician did a great job on the install which took around 8 hours to complete. He did a phenomenal job explaining the Telsa Powerwall 3 and even helped me get the app set up on my phone. Thanks again to U.S. Energy and especially to Johnny and Brian for the excellent customer service! The Redman’s who own this company were more than willing to communicate with me during the aftermath of hurricane Helene . Together with little to no connectivity they helped me make a plan for my generator and took me on as a client . I would definitely recommend these people to do your electric in your house. My husband and I are new homeowners and the house we bought is very old. The breaker box wiring was all corroded and we simply thought we didnt have power for half the house over a blown fuse! We called many electricians and this place was able to come by as fast as possible and were VERY reasonable with their price to fix the breaker box. We absolutely LOVE Bert. Keep him! Hes funny, sweet, and gets the job done. We plan on getting our outside electric fixed and we hope to have Bert again!

I contacted U.S. Energy Solutions to install a solar fan in our attic. Don and his team were very responsive. I had a job estimate within a week and work scheduled to begin a few days later. When the workers showed up, they were courteous and professional and worked non-stop until the job was done. Oscar, the lead tech, thoroughly explained the steps involved which gave me confidence in the quality of their work. While Oscar and his helper installed the radiant barrier, a roofer mounted the solar fan. This whole project took only a few hours to complete. Now, we have a well-ventilated attic; no more extreme temperatures! U.S. Energy Solutions was timely and dependable. The solar fan is state-of-the-art. I’m very happy with the service.

I called US Energy Solutions for an electrical problem on July 12 because of an electrical problem. I thought the breaker needed replacement. I was given a appointment, and on July 14 Kevin Conte and Josh came. Kevin first checked the breakers and told me that all were active. He then proceeded to check my electrical system and immediately found that I had an outlet which had burned out, and that all the other outlets were out of service because of it. Kevin and Josh repaired the outlet and had my system back on line in record time. I am so thankful for these two workers. They were not only very capable, but they were also extremely nice and helpful. Thank you Kevin and Josh for a good job.

A very good company to work with. After all the permits and paperwork was complete, they went to work very quickly. I was very pleased with the professional installation of their products. I received new ductwork throughout my home. No more hot and cool spots in my home. I also received new lighting throughout my home. Now everything is low cost led lighting. The net metering is a plus to the solar and the bills are more of an extreme discount than I could have ever imagined. My power bills use to be anywhere from $320 to $189 a month depending on peak A/c or heat season. Now they range from $100 to $9.18 a month. U S Energy Solutions is a very reputable company in my book. They deliver results that exceed expectations. They install quality equipment and take NO shortcuts. Their aim is to make customers feel like family and not just another figure in their checkbook. Even they have to overcome hurdles to get everything to go through, permits and net metering. They deal with the county and power company which most customers can not comprehend the hours needed to get in line and wait for decisions. Nothing is immediate in this world that does not want to wait for noting but they kept me in the loop to let me know of the process and how long it would take. The end result is very rewarding. I am very pleased to have done my business with this company and even to this day they keep in contact with me to make sure the system is working to my satisfaction and that I am pleased with their service.

I got several estimates for a new gas furnace and duct work and their price was the best by far. When I told the owner I would have to do the two jobs separately for financial reasons he was able to arrange 18 month same as cash financing for me so I could have the work done all at the same time.
