We had Tristate come out and do some light fixtures and plumbing at our business in Greenville. Ricky came out and gave a quote with different options and Chris was out a couple days later to get the job done. He was here right on time and was super nice, even with all of the people around the office he just plugged away at the project and got it done. We had a last minute request for a plumbing fix and he took care of it like it was nothing and didnt charge for it (that I know of anyway, haha!). We will be calling them again and again for anything we need, this is our go-to team for any of our electrical and plumbing jobs.

The team was kind, professional, and helpful - taking the time to make sure every electrical issue was addressed to satisfaction. They were able to diagnose and fix some difficult issues that other electrical companies were not able to. They worked until all problems were resolved - never once did we have to haggle over a bill or argue about an issue. They have a can do, customer first attitude that permeates their company culture through and through. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Mike came out on CHRISTMAS DAY & was here in 40 minutes. He immediately fixed our toilet that was running upstairs and dripping into the kitchen downstairs. We had a family dinner scheduled at 5. We are so grateful for Tri State Plumbing being open on Christmas to save the day and for the excellent and fast service we received. We will refer everyone we know to this company!

Yesterday evening I posted on my Next Door app that I needed an electrician to re-install a light fixture that had fallen from the ceiling. I received a call first thing this morning from Ricky Lee with Tri-State offering to come out today to do the repair. They were here by 10 a.m.!! Ricky and his 2 coworkers were very professional, courteous and took the time to clean up after they completed the job. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs you may have. I will not be using any other company from now on! Thanks for a great job guys.

Update: Mike, the owner of the company called my MIL personally to attempt to rectify the situation. I spoke with him to discuss the red flags and concerns of presenting the first option as replacing an entire panel to someone. Mike assured me that further training would be done to improve customer service and consider presenting all safe options versus first trying to sell a full new panel first. He also assured me that the concerns would be addressed in the morning with all technicians to improve their presentation. Because of Mikes personal customer service and attempts to rectify the situation, as well as his word that he would work to improve service for future customers so that they do not feel taken advantage of, I am changing to a 5 star rating. Mikes personal attention is an indication of his service.My mother-in-law suddenly lost power in her bedroom. A breaker had tripped, but she couldnt get it back. She called Tri State. She was told she needed to replace the entire panel for over $2k. We happened to be in visiting and I spoke with the technician who told me the panel had been struck by lightning. I knew that absolutely could not have been the case based on several factors. My MIL agreed to replace the digital breaker, but thankfully listened to us when we told her the panel did not need to be replaced (I grew up with a general contractor as a father and spent lots of time learning). The tech left and got a new digital breaker and replaced it. It didnt work, but he told her once he replaced it, she would have to pay for it either way. He then suddenly found that it simply had a loose wire. Once reconnected, everything worked perfectly. My MIL still had to pay the $239, but thankfully did not agree to replace the panel, which she likely would have, had we not been visiting at the moment from out of state. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat your customers, especially the elderly.

We had a break in the main water feed to our house on Christmas Eve. I called our plumbers and they were unable to respond due to Covid quarantine, but they referred us to Tristate Plumbing. Ricky, from Tristate called me within a few minutes. He was not available until the next morning (Christmas), and he was at our house at 9:30 am. He was very courteous and professional. He took his time and fixed our problem. He then referred us back to our original plumbers for any further work, indicating to me that he was quite ethical. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

So, having confidence from using Ricky several times since 2017, I called him again. He promptly dispatched an electrician who quickly diagnosed a significant electrical problem. As a result, we had full power within hours at a very reasonable cost. I would never call any other electrician for an electrical problem at my business, home or church.

First I cant thank tri-state enough, I had a little bit of an emergency a while back, I has some electrical issues that turned into a dangerous situation. I called a electrical company off of google and they came out and spent two days trying to figure out the problem and charged me $2600!!! And never found the problem. The next day I talked to my neighbor and he told me to call tri-state, I did and that same day they sent a tech to my home and he found the problem withen 5 minutes, he had everything on the truck to fix it, showed me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced and was 1/3 the price of the other company that didnt even replace or fix anything.AAAAAA+ in my book.

It only took him about 10 minutes and after the work was done he did not even charge me due to not spending a lot of time on the job.
