Chad was fantastic! He came out quickly and fixed an electrical emergency in a very efficient manner. He explained everything in layman’s terms and presented repair options at various cost levels. We will absolutely call him and Roby Services for our future electrical needs.

Chad made great suggestions for places to get new light fixtures and for specific quality LED fixtures that improved our kitchen, bathroom, and garage. He quickly noted a missing ground wire and problems with the main indoor breaker panel. Luke came out with Chad to do the work, arriving on time on the date he had promised. Luke handled the breaker replacements very professionally, along with the new ground wire and placing all grounding wire together. We appreciated how Luke let us know first before he turned off the main power for the breaker project. He and Chad made sure to keep us up on the status of the work, and to check with us on questions about LED color issues. We were very pleased with their work. They did great with clean-up and haul away.
