Just had my routine system check. All the Putnam Mechanical technicians are so polite & never seem to be in a hurry. They will take the time to answer any questions that I might have but also ask questions to make sure my system is running properly.

Came back in town Sunday night to find my downstairs AC out. Called several HVAC companies including my regular, no one answered the phone on a Sunday EXCEPT Putnam Mechanical. Of 4 companies I called they were the first to show up on Monday (all others could not commit to any time). They diagnosed the problem (leaking coil) and tuned my upstairs unit to help cool the house. They ordered the coil Tues, and it came in Wednesday, they installed it first thing Thursday. I am very satisfied with their service.

My furnace stopped heating the house! The storm was due in a couple of days. Putnam came out and diagnosed the problem and luckily the part arrived and Putnam came through with fixing it the next day and I am all set for snow, sleet or whatever as Ill be watching out the window in my cozy house!!
