Wonderful!Mr. Ford returned my call within an hour and quickly came to my house on a Sunday. He detected the problem within minutes (utilities) and contacted our utility provider. He then called later that day to make sure the problem had been fix. So important to have someone who knows what they’re doing when your air conditioning is out in 90 plus degree heat.

Great customer service! Responded promptly and provided a quote after reviewing a couple photos I texted him. Was even able to do the work the next day (time sensitive job). Quality if work was excellent too. Highly recommend and I will continue to use in the future.

During the early morning hours last Saturday, our smoke detector started beeping. Typically, that is an easy fix, however, this one is slightly over 15 ft. high - well beyond what we were capable of reaching. I started searching for help and found Night Owl. I called Mr. Ford and by Saturday afternoon he had solved our problem. We were so grateful for his prompt attention and really enjoyed meeting this nice man.

So glad i called!!On Monday, i phoned this company and not even an hour later, Mr. Ford showed up, introduced himself and went right about his work. When it was discovered that there was a problem that needed the attention of Greenville Utilities, he phoned and they immediately showed and did something and left. Actually, they came, did nothing and left. Today he returned and got them to return also, and stayed on them til things were back working right and he didnt even charge me a second time even though he stayed longer today than yesterday AND stayed to let me check that things were back working right and THEN letting Greenville Utilities know that everything was fine, and NOW they can leave.He was very knowledgeable, kind, fast, professional and id gladly recommend him and his company to anyone experiencing issues with their electric.Thank you Mr. Ford for not only taking care of, but for looking out for my family, and family home.Katina Dawn Patterson

Would highly recommend. Called a few other 24 hour services who couldnt be bothered to even pick up the phone. Night owl was better than those Googles push. Same day as I called, had the electric issue fixed on time and on budget. My first and only recommendation for electric work.
