I waited until I had my system for a year before I gave a review. This is worth every penny. I didn’t know cleaning up my water I would get outstanding results. My skin is so soft and no more carrying that heavy bottled water. This is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. If you get a chance let Moon come give you a free water test.

My husband and I are first time homeowners, and we moved into our house only three weeks ago. Our water heater started slowly to malfunction after move in, getting only luke warm, and then suddenly early last week—it stopped heating all once. When the shower went ice cold, we started calling around in a panic. Duane, the owner was incredibly kind, and was the only local person to give us an ACTUAL price up front on the phone. They helped us in less than a DAY and now we have a brand new water heater. The techs they sent out were super kind, knowledgeable, and tidy in their area. Our WELL needed a UV filter installed before we could feel comfortable with the water safety after a recent test performed by another inspection company revealed the presence of choliform bacteria. Wow, Moon came out to tell us about and quote our possible water filter installation. First, he removed his shoes without asking if he needed to. A+. Then he asked where he could set up convenient for our home and unobtrusive. He was so thorough, thoughtful and even brought paper towels for the minimal cleanup. He was thoughtful, thorough, smart and not pushy. So appreciated. My husband rarely sits thru a sales meeting but Moon was able to engage both of us completely. We had no hot water and had atleast 3 plumbers and handymen out to our home. No one could fix it. We decided to give it one more shot before replacing our hot water heater all together. I reached out on Thumbtack and Calvin arrived the very next day. Within 5 minutes he discovered the issue. Not only did he figure out what was wrong he determined that our previous instillation was a fire hazard and could have caused a major fire or carbon monoxide poisoning. We scheduled the repair for a few days later and he arrived on time and completed the repair which required more than he initially saw. Even with the additional repairs needed we paid way less than we were expecting! Calvin even waited to make sure we had working hot water before leaving. We have a steaming hot shower now!! Thank you again!!! I’d give 10 stars if u could.

It has been approximately 2 weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase. I believe if you are a conscious investor and care what environmental particulates could be harmful to you and your loved ones, you will find this product to be no slouch in your endeavors to protect what matters most.Overall my experience with the company was very good. The staff was quite knowledgeable and considerate to my needs while still very patient of my work schedule. Always do your own research, but I recommend this product.
