After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

This aligns with the other great reviews. We had a drain back up from the outside and started getting water inside the house. We called on a Sunday and Tyler was here within an hour. He had everything done in 40 minutes, took the time to explain everything, answer questions, provide advice, and even called the city for us so they could do their part! Tyler really went above and beyond! Were happy to have yall as our number 1 for any future work! Pricing was beyond competitive, especially for a Sunday emergency call! Dont sweat it, give Able S & D a call if youre in need!

We hardly use the disposer, as we compost everything vegetable, and throw meat scraps and coffee grounds in the garbage.Brandon was on time, and ran the snake to 75 ft., all it had. Very thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Able Sewer and Drain! We found ourselves with a plumbing emergency over the weekend. We suspected a main sewer drain clog. Having never dealt with this before, we were very nervous about what we were facing and what it would cost. We called around and received several “after hours” quotes that weren’t pleasant, but we felt we didn’t have a choice. Thankfully the company we agreed to have come never showed up. We were forced to leave our home for the weekend and thankfully someone recommended Able. I have never been so impressed with a service company - friendly, honest, prompt, with pricing that blew the others away. Say what?!Within one hour of my call (on a Sunday!), Christy dispatched Tyler to my house. He was very friendly and was clearly a hard worker. He was there to the minute of when he said he would be, quickly found the problem, and was done within an hour! 🙌🏼 The pricing was very, very fair. We have a very old house and have had several plumbers try to scare us into unnecessary repairs. Able Sewer & Drain has been great to work with, providing solid advice on the condition of our water and drain pipes and only recommending work when it is actually needed. Tyler and Brandon are two people that we will trust with all our needs - they do great work, they are trustworthy and they are very professional. Their rates are reasonable and we have always felt like we got more than our moneys worth! We cant recommend them enough.

This is a company that truly puts the customer first! I had a backed up kitchen sink and the owner, Christy, not only returned my call within ten minutes but she made sure that someone came out to the house within just a few hours of my call. Since we needed more than just a snake to fix the problem, Able did not even charge us for the service call! We have our regular plumber coming out tomorrow, but what a relief that we don’t have an additional bill on top of that. Their employees are super nice people, and they do excellent work. I can’t say enough about the caring and professionalism of Able!

They are very responsive and really helpful. If you don’t need something they won’t try to oversell you. They took the time to call the city and make sure we were hooked up to city sewer and actually called back. That’s rare these days. There was some improper plumbing where our house tied into the city sewer and they corrected it for us. I will say we called them out to take a look at doing some work and they went ahead and did the work without asking for approval. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very kind and responsive so we didn’t mind, but it would’ve been best to have a call before having the work done. Again, great value and great quality work.

I cannot say enough good things about Sean and Christy. We had just moved in to a new house and within 5 days were experiencing septic backups. Long story short, we had several different plumbing and septic specialists come out and point the finger at each other without fixing the problem over the course of a week. We called Able, and by the end of the day it was discovered that the true problem was a broken septic line under my garage floor. The next day, Sean and Ben worked tirelessly to dig up the floor and fix the line. Throughout the entire process, Sean and Ben were the utmost professionals and kept up abreast of what was going on and what they needed to do. After all was said and done, Sean was even nice enough to come back out a week later to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain what he found and what was needed. Able is a top shelf company that employs the best of the best. Not only was the problem fixed and fixed properly, but we have made new friends in the process. I recommend Able 100% without hesitation for any plumbing needs.

From the moment my phone call was answered until the knowledgeable technician left, I received excellent service.My questions were answered and I was given an estimate over the phone based on an hourly rate. I had previously called other companies and they would only tell me the cost for a service call, but would not give me a ballpark figure for what I needed done, even though I knew what the problem was. Ables prices are not only fair, theyre competitive.The technician who responded was extremely helpful, friendly, and skilled. He informed me of what was going on step-by-step and made recommendations for things I could do to prevent future issues.I will be using their annual maintenance program, and will call them right away should any other issues arise. Had a sewer line block up from house to roadway this past Friday Night.I called several plumbers and drain cleaners, but no return calls. Then I called Able Sewer and Drain Cleaning. They answered the phone right away, told me that their man, Michael, was on a job but should be there in less than an hour and would call when he was on his way. Gave the hourly rate and when I explained what was going on, they said it should be less than an hour to fix.Everything happened just as they said. Michael called 20 minutes later, showed up in about 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Price was just as quoted.If only every service company could perform like this.Great job, great price and fast service.Highly recommended.

Called to set up an appointment expecting something next week. Alex was at my house in 20 minutes. We explained the issue we were having with our washer flooding and backing up into the sink. Several months ago another company tried to fix it with no noticeable difference, so at this point I assumed we were going to end up replacing the pipe. Imagine how happy I was when Alex climbed onto the roof, worked some amazing magic, and had everything draining properly in 30 minutes. The drain has always been slow and always backed up, so I just assumed it was the product of old pipes in an old house. If I could give Able more stars I would! Thank you to Christy and Alex for prompt, effective, and affordable service!

Over the years we have used many plumbing contractors. They were easy to contact and had a very congenial person that handled my phone questions. The gentleman that came was right on time. Yesterday I had Able Sewer & Drain come out to clear a clog in the pipes in my bathroom. I just cant say enough about how amazing they were. Same day service,friendly,experienced crew. Extremely reasonable with their pricing. Actually saved me hundred of dollars if I had called other companies. They stand behind their service. Been in business over 60 years. I called Christy at 7:30am, she was wonderful, asked me a bunch of questions, while she was talking to me she was communicating with Alex. She set up a time. While Alex was doing his thing, Christy was texting me letting me know when he would be here, telling me how great Alex is and so on. I am extremely satisfied with their service all the way around. I called Able Sewer and Drain on a Wednesday afternoon and explained that I had two bathroom sinks and two tubs that were draining slowly. I was advised that waiting until Thursday morning for dispatch would save a little money but they could send someone out that afternoon if the issue was urgent. Alex came out the following morning, called before arrival, and was on time. He had all four drains cleaned out within an hour and they are now draining faster than we have ever seen them drain. Great company to do business with and wed recommend them to anyone in the Burlington area needing plumbing work!
