I had an issue with my sewer pipe, and water was coming into the basement.After calling them, the service guy (Garrett) showed up an hour later.He quickly evaluated what the problem was and where he needed to start.After a little while, the pipe was cleared and free.I initially called Top Notch Plumbing since I couldnt get a hold of RoyalT at first. They told me that it would be at least $340. After getting a hold of RoyalT, I was told what the price was (if my problem wouldnt result in more work), and it was more than $200 less!!It was only a smaller problem, and Garrett took care of it efficiently and fast! Thankfully, I ended up with the price I was told on the phone.That is what I call transparency!I can not express how thankful I am!I will make sure to continue using their service in the future and to recommend RoyalT to anyone who needs professional help!

Royal T Rooter Service is the best! My mom had them come out to fix a leak on Friday and then had an emergency this morning (sunday) and called them. They came right away and found the problem right away. Fixed it and made sure it wasnt still a problem. And then didnt charge her for a Sunday call since they were just out on Friday. Great service, very polite, and professional! This is just one of the reasons we call Royal T Rooter Service for all our plumbing needs!

My family owns a restaurant, we called Mr. rooter, they told us they couldn’t unclog our drain and that we needed to pull up the floor. We called Royal t, they sent their owner out. Our drain was unclogged in 10 minutes thank you very much!

We called late, LATE at night for a plumbing emergency, and got a call back almost immediately. We were given an estimated time of 9 to 11 the next morning, and Johnny showed up RIGHT at 9am. He was very friendly and professional, and didnt stop working until the problem had been fixed, even though the clog ended up being 100 feet deep!We had been burned by another plumber a few days prior, who charged us $200 for basically nothing. Johnny charged as little as he possibly could because he understood our situation and genuinely wanted to help us. He was so sweet and really made me feel like the job was in good hands.I highly recommend Royal T Rooter. I feel like a lot of people would have thought the problem was hopeless for how deep and thick it was, but Royal T didnt let us down! Thank you!!

Another company had told us we had a collapsed pipe and tried to tell us we needed a total replacement, for $4,000. This company was my second opinion, they came out and after 2 hours told us that there was just a bad clog in the pipe, but they were able to get it cleared and completely resolved. Cost? $95.I sincerely appreciated the techs honesty and hard work to clear the clog. Will use them again and I do highly recommend their services!

Weve delt with a few plumbers over the last 2 years, weve got an older house that needs some TLC. They came out today, and cleaned up the tree roots from the sewer line. OK -- having to call a plumber is stressful - mostly because you dont know how much its going to cost, or what theyll find wrong with your plumbing. Royal-T is up front about the price, so youre not shocked at the end. We just had them come to fix a floor drain that was backing up in the basement. Two days after the visit, it started backing up again, and we called them on a Sunday. Within an hour, Jeremiah and Jose were there and they were able to completely solve the problem (it couldnt be fixed by going through the floor drain). What I really appreciate is that there was NO charge for the second visit. Yes, they guarantee their work, but you always hear about other companies who say well, this is a different problem so well have to charge you. Royal-T stood by their word, and we really appreciate that. Were back to doing laundry and washing dishes with no issues. Thanks for the excellent work!

Jose from Royal T came out to our store yesterday to work on an issue we have had ongoing for nearly two-weeks. While I dont know what the service ended up costing us (the person we spoke with on the phone to arrange for service out here said it shouldnt exceed $150.00) and am writing this on my own rather than on behalf of my company, I now know who I will reach out to for my personal issues, as well. Jose was professional and friendly and quickly completed a job that seemed extensive and tedious. Once all was said and done, Jose guessed that the issue had been building up for MANY years, but was able to remedy the situation thoroughly and promptly. He did an awesome job, and I would trust hiring him and Royal T for any plumbing issues moving forward. Thanks, Royal T and Jose!
