We are so thankful for Roto Rooter! They have come through for us multiple times when our old sewer system has backed up. This last time we worked with Raul who was so great to work with! He was very professional, informative, helpful but his demeanor is so relaxing we appreciated the vibe be brought to our house. Their services are very well priced and much lower than another plumber we tried. I would recommend Roto Rooter again and again! And will only call them going forward.

I am SO glad I called Roto-Rooter to come out for a second opinion. I got an appointment same-day and the employee who came out, Frankie, was incredibly professional and transparent about his entire process. I was only charged $100 for the second opinion and given a full report and video of the scoping. The previous company I was using gave me a $9,800 estimate for a very invasive solution to a problem that didnt even exist! I will only trust Roto-Rooter, and Frankie specifically, for all of our future plumbing needs.

I want to thank Brian for doing such a great job today on my sewer line. We had two toy trucks lodged in the line and he got them through and unclogged our drain. He was very professional and I will definitely be using Roto Rooter for all of our properties from now on. The price was very reasonable and he also used a camera to see what was going on. I have had other companies in the past and this company was by far the best.

Our kitchen sink was backing up later on a Sunday. Left a message and was called back very quickly. John was friendly and informative about the costs and time frame to come out that day, and what other options would look like. He arrived within the time window he mentioned and quickly looked at the problem and got to work. Was very friendly and patient toward our 2 year old daughter who loved interacting with him. He fixed the issue and let me know about another issue with the sink. He gave me options to have them come out, and also gave me the needed information if I wanted to take the job on. Very happy with the service. The cost of the after hours visit and the work itself cost less than the trip charge for another company. Thank you John!! :)

We have been struggling to get a sewer line repaired for 2 weeks, and have had a rocky relationship with the original company that agree to take the job. Its a complicated job with a super deep pipe (>15). We called Roto-Rooter, Keith came out the same day, gave us a number of options, recommended excavators that he trusted that he knew would do the job, and was super honest with us. He freely gave us his time and a camera scope, and treated us kindly.We contacted Roto-Rooter, and Keith specifically, on the recommendation of our Realtor (who had reached out to some other realtor friends). 4 of our realtors friends independently recommended Keith to us. This company (including the front-desk personnel that originally took our call) treated us with respect every step of the way, and Keith in particular just kicked butt. Were extremely grateful.

I am a real estate broker and have used Keith and his team for many properties over the years. They are always courteous, prompt and professional. They have never recommended work done that wasnt absolutely necessary and their prices are reasonable. I have had experience with at least two other companies that recommended very expensive replacements that were not necessary only to have Roto-rooter come in with honest assessments. I wouldnt use anyone else.

I was told that the cost would be $120 for the visit plus time. In fact, Peter arrived exactly on tme,fixed the shower valve plus replaced my shower head with one I had purchased and even replaced my toilet paper holder that had fallen off the wall.. He worked for the full hour and charged me $120 total - nothing extra for the time spent.I need to warn you to not be fooled by others who steal this name - especially the one that advertises on phone books and calls itelf Mr. Rooter. I accidently called them last year but luckily realized my mistake before they charged me.They cannot be trusted to do the work well and charge exorbitan fees.I discovered roto rooter plumbing some years ago and have never been disappointed.

The Roto Rooter techs are super knowledgeable, and resourceful about figuring out what is going on, solving any issues and giving me options. The office staff is friendly & helpful with scheduling & billing. I couldnt recommend any company more highly for sewer line maintenance and repairs!

They showed up before the scheduled time, cleaned out the drain professionally, cleaned up better then they found it, and charged the agreed upon price of $119. I always like to try the small guys and do whenever possible...and when it makes sense. However, no company I have found is more reliable and does more complete work to solve the problems. On top of that these guys are almost always cheaper. Charge me less to do a better job....I will be a loyal customer from now on.

Multiple Positive Experiences. So pleased with the local Roto-rooter service on drain cleaning, root removal and maintenance, and most recently on replacing a cracked line. Show up on time and are reasonable in cost. Ive given up on the numerous other plumbers in town, who are more costly and often dont get the job done right the first time.

He explained his impression of the work needed in advance and concluded with a debrief of condition of line, also providing video of the scoping. Entire procedure was about 1.5 hours.Highly recommended.

We dont trust our plumbing with anyone else! Shane is awesome. We have him come out and check our main every May due to having a slight belly with the PVC in our yard. He is honest and straight up. Its really nice to have a company that understands routine maintenance needs and doesnt try to sell you on anything but what you need. I believe, that with his annual inspection, well never have to deal with sewer water in our basement like we did before working with Shane and Roto-Rooter. Dont bother with other companies, these are the people you want to talk to!
