We had a drain clog that was backing up into our basement every time we ran water more than a few minutes. Called in the morning and was able to get someone here in less than two hours. Ramon was our tech and was so friendly, professional, and also took the time to explain the issue and what he was doing every step of the way to remedy it. He was great!Overall a wonderful and easy experience for a notoriously not so wonderful issue. Thank you guys so much!

This was the first time we have had septic pumped since moving to this property 2.5 years ago. I called multiple septic companies and Lion is the only company that answered (the others have yet to call back nearly a week later.) Lion was out three days later, pumped and inspected our fifty year old tank. they were prompt, polite, and answered some questions I had since we are new to septic systems. Can’t comment on price since I never spoke with any other septic companies. The only thing Lion could do better is when I asked for a “ballpark” quote before hand to see if we were looking at 500 or 1500 dollars, they wouldn’t even give Any number without being to the house. While I understand they can’t give an exact quote without knowing what they are getting into, I feel that they could say “a straight forward tank pump between 1000 and 1500 gallons runs approximately $$$” This would feel more honest than scheduling and waiting for them to come out before having ANY idea how much you will be charged. Overall, good experience with Lion and the tech that came out (Josh.)

Unfortunately, he couldnt get his first truck up my driveway so he took the time to drive back to their shop and get the smaller 4x4 truck the same day. He was thorough and explained everything. Gabe and Thomas came out we had found out we had a broken pipe, I explained what I thought was the issue, Gabe and Thomas took their time to establish the CORRECT location of the break and there is also a blockage (vital information the last plumbers didn’t tell me). Not only do I feel confident financing through them for such a major fix but I’m also grateful that I’ve found my home plumbers from here out. They were transparent, upfront and had excellent customer service. 110% recommend these guys out of any other plumbers in the Greeley/Evans area. (Because I can safely say I’ve called them all in the last 4 days)

We had an emergency where the toilet was so plugged up that it was not draining at all. This was a big problem as this toilet is in our one bathroom rental, so it was imperative that the problem was fixed right away. We called a plumbing company that dispatched a technician who worked on the problem for three hours and finally gave up and left. This was after 5 pm. We called Lion Home Service, they in turn dispatched Richard Ruby. He came right away and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job. The service and professionalism by Richard and the Lions team is impeccable. I highly recommend them!

I honestly cant say enough good things about Lion and Scott the plumber who was our technician. It was a tricky problem he pushed through it to get it solved. They were quick to arrive (probably within about 30-40 minutes of our initial call), extremely professional, did a great job, and the price was more than fair based on everything that had to be done to fix our backup problem. We will NOT HESITATE to call Lion on ALL future plumbing related issues.

I have been very impressed with this company and it all started with the first person who accessed my home and who performed a water leakage test: Mr. Taylor. Taylors prompt action ( confirmed by his project manager, Gabe) may have prevented a disaster. He picked up on the smell of gas in the crawl space and switched the valve off. This is what I call a good impression from the start. His professionalism led me to believe that this was the company that I should be using. His project manager Gabe was also very professional and made some sewage plumming suggestions ( which I agreed on). There where 4 important issues to resolve:1. main water pipeline from my home to the citys requiring it to be excavated and then upgraded to copper tubing and that was leaking into my crawl space and contributing to an increase of water gallon usage per day.2. Busted sewage line under tub3. Upgrading the entire sewage piping in the crawl space as it was found to be deficient, outdated and prone to causing more havoc.4. A new furnace as mine was very old and not functioning.5. Frozen outdoor water spicket or fawcett.Every issue was resolved minus piping under tub because the company in charge of mitigation has not completed their process and this in itself takes more time to complete.In any event every single person working on my projects did so dilingly, on time and in a very professional manner. They answered my questions and I know that I may have repeated myself as this experience was new to me. I mean we hear about cases on tv, from friends and relatives but not until it happens to us do we realize that there is a learning process and that we have to act quickly and trust our senses and the people who will help us contain and fix the damage.Very sattisfied with Lion Home Service and will continue using them..Thank you, RLC

Their equipment is modern and worked well. The service man (Lynn) was friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. He even volunteered to help me put the grass back on top of the vault lids. I will definitely use this company the next time I have my vault pumped.
