Nick was very professional, and respectful the entire time he repaired our leaking toilets. Did not have the part with him to do the repairs originally, but went back to the office to get the parts needed, and after returning, completed the job quickly. 5 stars for Nick!

Had Origin come fix an outdoor faucet and received excellent service. Less than 24 hours from calling to having the faucet fixed. Joe was the technician who did the work and was super friendly and willing to show me how everything worked as he was fixing it.

Nick arrived early for a plumbing check up on our home. He was thorough and explained everything that would be done. I asked for a few specific items to be checked and he did this for me and followed up with a report. We had an item replaced and it was done the same day. I would highly recommend Nick and Origin. They were thorough and not pushy and trying to sell me work not needed. A bonus was that he wore shoe covers! Great service all around!

Nick showed up on time as promised, inspected our backed up basement floor drain, then explained what he thought the problem was and went to work clearing it. Within a few minutes he had it clear and draining like new. He also inspected and adjusted a toilet tank that was refilling periodically on its own. Nick was very professional and easy to work with. Afterwards I signed up for Origins yearly maintenance/membership plan. Seemed like a pretty good deal given that this house and I arent getting any younger. Nice to be able to rely on a reputable local company. I highly recommend Origin and Nick.

Chuck was amazing and thorough. I love that you send a bio of the employee who is coming so I get an idea of who will be at my home. He was respectful and friendly and we share a love for antiques and French Bulldogs! He did a fantastic job and was very informative about how I should care for my water heater and about the drains in the bathrooms that I don’t use much. Thank you for a great experience!

Nando was very friendly and did great work. I had some concerns about what I was quoted vs. the actual price. I received a call from VP. Anthony after I detailed the discrepancy here. He was very kind and helped clarify and resolve the miscommunication. I am very satisfied with the work and the effort put in to resolve the miscommunication. They want people to be satisfied. I have not seen service of that nature in a long time. Thank you!

Everyone that I have used through Fort Colins Heating and Air, I know they have changed their name sone, have been wonderful. Aside from figuring out what I owe for certain things and a mix up with getting outdoor lights installed for scheduling it has been super. We call called Fort Collins heating and air for a emergency water leak during after hours, the office called us back in a timely manner stating a technician would be getting in touch with us, shortly after talking with the office we had the technician Nick reach out and communication of when he would be showing up.Nick was able to get our water leak fixed with great workmanship.

Origin (aka Ft Collins Heating & Air) did an AWESOME job today. They came out to do a quote... and made the needed repair instead. The other companys quote was over $13,500... and Origin/FCHA saw the real issue and saved us a HUGE mistake. This is the reason we selected FCHA over 10 years ago to install our Furnace and A/C. We also have a maintenance contract with them... and this is the reason we trust them. GREAT work Chuck. You represented Origin/FCHA with Top Notch service.

I had Nando come out for plumbing. My faucet was loose from normal wear and tear. He tightened the nut for me and then offered to do a home inspection. He then presented with some minor plumbing issues that needed resolved. While I didnt move forward with them Nando was pleasant to deal with helpful for some minor fixes that need attention, when Im wanting to move forward I will definitely request Nando.
