Wish I could give Lee 10 stars! Best rates in town and the best service Ive ever had from a plumber, hands down. Lee and his crew were on the job with a diligence I havent seen lately. They did a great job in a very timely fashion in spite of the fact that he had other work as well and Im sure he didnt let any of them slide. Thanx Lee for a great job. Next time I need a plumber I do not need to think about who I will call, it will be PipeDown Plumbing!

These guys are great. I have had a couple of issues to deal with after moving into my newly purchased mobile home and Lee, Sean and Grady came out right away and fixed everything each time. Lee and his crew helped turn our dream into reality. We have a 1959 home with original primary bath. We hoped to move the toilet across the room, move the shower down 2.5 feet (new water supply & drain location), and add a dual vanity in place of the single before. This crew promptly assessed the job & provided an estimate. Upon execution, they got done in about 1/2 the anticipated time. They were professional and friendly. My husband and I are doing most of this reno ourselves, and Lee + his crew were glad to help us through the process. We will definitely be using them again! I will post before & after pics when the bath is entirely finished.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had great experience when we had our tub/shower taken out and put in a walk in shower. Since my husband is handicapped we have 4 bars that he can hold onto plus a built in seat. The shower has two shower heads one fixed and the other flexible. We were very pleased with the two young men who did the work. Covering was put on the carpet in the living room and also the bedroom. When they left everything was put away and left clean. Thank you guys for the great job!

Always there when we need them! Lee is willing to go out of his way to get our plumbing disasters taken care of fast. Sean tore out our old leaky galvanized pipes and installed new pipes. It was a big job that took alot of time and effort. He showed an enthusiasm and passion for his work that was obvious in the high quality job that was done. We couldnt be more pleased!

Lee and the team are amazing plumbers. They do a quality job and they are very responsive. My basement flooded and Lee found a way to get plumbers to my house to start working on the issue. Tyson and Lee were great to work with and so kind. I cannot recall the other guy they had with him but he was very kind and helpful. They came to repair a leak and poor plumbing (by another company) in our house even though they were very busy and slammed with other customers, they made us feel like a priority. They did a thorough job and we are so happy the leak has been fixed!

First of all, the owner Lee, answered the phone and he was knowledgeable, polite and not condescending. I explained my situation and after much discussion, I decided to take a chance on him, his business and his word. By the next morning, a Master Plumber named Brock arrived. Within an hour and a half all situations were resolved. He also took the time to educate us on how to correct the problems if the ever occurred again. This was a huge difference in the quality of service and response from a big name in town. They spent 2.5 hours on the problem and never resolved it. This was at a cost of $300 plus a condensing attitude all with a side of rude. Thank you Lee Brock and Pipe Down Plumbing! Job well done.

I can not recommend PipeDown enough, and will be using them for the foreseeable future, professionally and personally!

When I first called Pipe Down Plumbing, I was ready to shovel out money just for someone to come out. Lee didnt take advantage of that. He had me check my septic tank and pointed me in the right direction based on what I told him, taking nothing in return. When I found out that I was incorrect and did have a plumbing issue, he sent out Tyson the same day to evaluate it, again working on the honor system. They gave me honest up-front cost expectations, and Tyson fixed my plumbing two days after first contacting them with my issue. Tyson was very respectful and knowledgeable and Lee is clearly a good business manager. Pipe Down Plumbing is the type of honest business that you wish you found more often and I highly recommend them.

We are new homeowners and this was our first plumbing “emergency”. I called a couple places and they were booked weeks out. I didn’t know where to call and I called Pipe Down because they had a 5 star rating. Lee was so helpful he let me know he was running a couple weeks out too but asked me to send a picture of the problem. After I showed him the spraying pipe, he immediately came over to take a look. He was able to get the parts and fix it in a jiffy. Without being pushy or too sales-ey he pointed out a couple of issues he noticed in the pipes just so we would know incase of future complications. The price was more than fair for the amazing quality of work and timeliness of the repair. I’m very thankful to have had a skilled tradesman come and fix this pipe, so we know it was done right. We will definitely be using PipeDown in the future for any plumbing needs!

He was extremely fast getting there, very fairly priced, knowledgeable, he recommended things I hadnt thought of, very fast, and the work was perfect.
