    Ive had frozen pipes for more than 8 days. Spencer put a heater underneath my house for $175. The water just started running on Saturday morning. Im so thankful for his patience. The wind never blew out the pilot light. Im very pleased.However, I have not received a receipt of any kind for my records.Someone needs to take your heater back. It belongs to you. You can take it anytime. I dont need to be home. Thank you.

    I had a main line blockage, and after making calls to all of the area plumbers, to be told the earliest a technician could see me was Tuesday, with some companies having no availability for two weeks. Not only did they squeeze me in on Monday, their technician called to see if he could come three hours early.Technicians were very polite, professionalknowledgeable and up front on their pricing. Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone.

    911 Plumbing and Heating was super quick to schedule me in even though it wasnt an emergency. Wes arrived promptly and was very easy to work with. He was very open about what he was working on, which I appreciated very much.The price was right and he did a great job.

    I called all over Great Falls to get help with a major plumbing issue in my new home many didn’t even respond and others had more than a two week wait. But 911 not only answered but were able to give me a quick appointment and came a day earlier than scheduled when they fit me in after a cancellation. The plumber quickly assessed the situation and fixed the issue professionally and with care. He also gave me advice for a future remodel. I consider 911 “my” plumber now and will use them in the future.

    I just wanted to take a moment and thank you guys for getting us in so promptly. My dad just passed away and we needed to winterize their house to prevent frozen pipes etc. The guys who went out to my parents house were nice, did a good job and got the job done before the weather gets really cold. They were freezing in the cold to get the job done. Again, thank you guys for making our lives less stressful during a hard time for our family. Have a Merry Christmas!

    Long story short I messed up my shower arm and disconnected it from the water sorce within the wall trying to replace a head. They came over and gave me a free estimate and a very reasonable quote for parts and labor. They had the job done quickly and was very considerate of my home. Im very satisfied!

    Professional bunch of guys who took in a small project and ended up with the job from hell. We had to replace the sewer line from one end of the house to the other and then to the alley. They were wonderful and rolled with the punches with every setback.

    I really appreciate the work these guys did they have been very honest with us regarding our sewer line and came back twice to try to fix our janky mess the 2nd time being from 6 pm to 8:30 pm on a Friday. Quickly got our sewer line fixed and de-rooted the best they could along with a diagnosis on why we are having the issues we are having. We will definitely come back when we are ready to replace/repair our mildly wacky sewer line and appreciate all the hard work put forth by Dallas and Richard. Thank you so much guys.

    In looking for a plumber for an emergency they were the first to come out. The service tech was polite and keen on explaining what he felt needed to be done. He came back on a check up call and made sure everything was working as we needed. Pricing was great considering it was the weekend.

    Hands down best HVAC repairman I’ve ever spoken with: my tenants lost heat at midnight on New Years Eve, and Dereck not only answered his phone when everyone else was closed, he actually called my tenant immediately and got the furnace going again within 10 minutes! This man is incredibly busy, but he genuinely cares for his customers and went so far above and beyond that I will NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE AGAIN!!!!!

    Couldnt be more happy with this company, I called them do do servicing and to replace a few malfunctioning parts on my boiler, they were at my house within the hour. The diagnosed what the problems were, gave me a quote and were back the next morning with parts in hand. Derek was amazing, he was an expert in his field and very professional. All other companies around town wanted $200-$300 just to look at my boiler. 911 plumbing were extremely attentive and caring. 100% recommend this company for all your service needs!
