Both Dakota and Garrett came to my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Dakota did a great job getting the faucet installed. He was also mentoring Garrett. Our only problem was the old faucet was difficult to get out. Dakota had all the tools he needed to cut the old faucet fitting and take it out.I highly recommend Dakota and will definitely call Grizzly again. I might add that the job was done in very good time!

Grizzly Plumbing’s owner/operator, Jason, sets the standard, by operating an outstanding business. His professionalism and hard work was not only demonstrated by him, but demonstrated by all of his employees. We had a major renovation on our home that included completely changing the plumbing in our home. Over the course of the job we had the pleasure of dealing with a number of Jason’s staff. All of them were respectful and willing to answer our questions and address changes as they arose. I seldom right reviews; but I’m happy to give Grizzly Plumbing the highest marks and a great review. I would not hesitate to contact Jason for all our plumbing needs.

Incredible service from Grizzly Plumbing!!! I called Grizzly Plumbing at 9:22am with a broken water heater. Grizzly Plumbing arrived at 11:00am, and had the new water heater installed by 11:50am!!! I was expecting a weekend of cold water, showers, etc.--cant explain how happy we are with this service!!! Thanks Jason & Dakota!!!

Every step of this process was great. The lady that helped me schedule the appt was super nice and even called back asking if I wanted an earlier appt that came up. They allowed my landlord to work with them while he was out of town. The gentleman that came to the house was also super nice. Got in found the issues and got me all fixed up within a timely manner. He was great with my nosey elderly dog which is awesome! Highly recommend and will call again for future needs!

Highly recommended! Dan and Skylar were professional and very efficient. They were able to solve an issue that was not a common one. Dan really took the time to explain things to me even though it was the Friday before the 4th of July!Super caring person. My 4 yr old granddaughter called them the pumper guys, Dan fist bumped her on his way to the basement. She loved the pumper guys! Sabrina in the office was amazing too. I was just so touched by the kindness and excellent customer service shown by this company. It is something you do not see often these days. These guys are complete gems, and good at what they do.

Our water pump for our cistern went out over Memorial Day weekend. We were not in emergency situation, but needed replacement pump, asap, during their work week. Contacted through their site and left a phone message. Tuesday morning 8:15, they contacted and scheduled to be here at 11 am, same day. The contact person was caring, professional, I felt she cared about our issue and was informed. When plumbers contacted us, to confirm issue and told me they were stopping to get new pump and then be out, I was so appreciative that they were so efficient and keeping us in the loop. While plumbers were here they went right to work and were very knowledgeable. They completed job in timely manner.We have used Grizzly for our rentals and home for years. It is great to see, that as they grow, their service remains centered on the customer and very professionally done.
