Today I had an unexpected water leak coming into my basement. It was covered in water and I called Langley water company. Mr. Bill and his son Mr. Cody WERE OUTSTANDING!!!! Their work ethic and willingness to come to my house in last minute notice was a true BLESSING!! They worked fast and was able to identify the problem within a matter of minutes. I am truly blessed to have these gentlemen come to our home and take care of the problem right away! Words can’t describe their professionalism, their amazing character, and drive to help people in need.

We had a major water leak and Langley was very quick to respond. They showed us exactly where the crack was located and explained in detail what the issues causing the crack were. We have older pipes and there were a lot of rocks in the ground that had shifted and were pushing on the pipes. They were extremely compassionate and understanding of our financial situation and the need to get this pipe fixed. They were also very honest in letting us know that because the pipes are old it may be necessary to put all new piping in eventually. They explained that the water company only allows a one time courtesy adjustment on our bill and therefore should wait before requesting ours be adjusted at least another pay cycle. This would insure if another leak happened it would be added to the adjustment. They went above and beyond to help us. We have recommended them to our neighbors in the past as well. You cant go wrong with this company. They are honest and care about their clients and their workmanship. I would give 30 stars if I could! They saved us with being able to get our water back on quickly so that my medical treatments could continue without interruption. I wouldnt hesitate to use them! Thank you to all who are a part of this outstanding company.

Langley Water and Leak detection resolved two separate issues (several months apart) at my property. They responded quickly and professionally. Once they were contacted by Home Serve insurance, they contracted me promptly to understand my issue, scheduled when they will be here at the house, arrived on time of slightly before the appointment, quickly located the leak, fixed the leak, and left the areas as they were before. They asked me to verify the leak was fixed by asking me to look at the water meter. I strongly recommend them as they are very professional.

We had a broken water main. The Langley crew answered right away, showed up on time, gave a good estimate and ultimately came in just under it. They were all so good to work with! They explained what needed to be done after showing me the problem. I really cannot say enough good things about them. If the need arises again Ill be calling them.

We received notice from our City Water Dept that we likely had a water leak. We contacted Langley Water Company and want to thank Cody Langley for responding to our call. It turned out that the meter was not moving, meaning there was not a leak. He told us the high water bills were due to increased consumption. We have 2 greenhouses and other garden spaces that require more water during growing season. We appreciate your honesty, ethics and will definitely contact you if we ever suspect a leak in the future.

I cant say enough praise for the Langley Water team. I received a letter from the city that I had a possible water leak. I just happened to come across a post on a local FB page of someone having the same issue and asking who to contact. A person replied to contact Langley Water. They said they fix 2 water leaks on a commercial property and was even able to fix both leaks under a driveway. They were responsive, quick, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I had this same experience today. They showed up with 2 trucks on time and a crew of 3. We discussed the letter, they asked a lot of questions , answered all my questions, and did a half hour of troubleshooting. They told me I didnt have a leak based on my water bill and the meter checks they did. They said they would even write a letter to the city stating the same if I had any issues. I was beyond relieved. The best part...they didnt charge me. I felt they should have charged me something but they wouldnt do it. I highly recommend them to anyone with a possible water issue. A great experience today and an awesome company. They have my business if I ever need them.

I called Bill on Tuesday evening to ask for help detecting a leak that Summit Water had alerted me to, Bill said he could be here Wednesday morning. 90 minutes after they arrived they were heading out the another job. The leak had been located, excavated, patched, and the excavation cleaned up. Bill was so generous and offered for my son to sit on the backhoe as well. While I hope I wont need to again the in future, I would absolutely call Langley again in a heartbeat. Stellar performance from Bill and his crew!

We noticed water on our driveway early evening on a Friday and within a few hours, it was obvious there was a leak somewhere under the driveway. We contacted our appropriate insurance and they recommended Langley Water Leak Detection. Bill spoke to me originally and asked could it wait until Tuesday? I said I didnt think so, there was visible water running from a crack. He agreed to come out and was there the next day on a Saturday - he and a few others (including his broker) showed up exactly when he said hed be there. Bill used an acoustic microphone to locate the leak in about 10 minutes - he was spot on where it was. They dug a small hole right down to it, fixed the broken pipe and removed a large leftover tree root that was nearby in case it caused a future issue. I found them very professional and down to Earth. When the job was over, they filled the hole, patched over with asphalt, took time to wash down the driveway - and even left behind an orange safety cone to leave on the patch so we wouldnt drive on it too soon. They even took time to explain to me how the water meter shows a leak - they didnt have to do that. I appreciated the fast, professional service and fast response time. Good people!

First, I would give Langley 10 stars if able.We were knee deep in water and the 4 bids were ranging from $22,000 to $40,000. Our main water line had broke, again,and we didnt know where to turn. Asking our neighbors and friends, we started getting bids, as there was no way that I could fix this mess. We had multiple breaks and 233 of water line to fix. Crossing two yards and two driveways as well as potentially ripping up hundreds of feet of asphalt, etc. Nightmare City.Finally, we called Langley, and they saved our bacon. They were PROFESSIONAL from the start. Blue Collar, straight forward and no fluff, plus they were $10,000 below the lowest bid and they detailed their game plan with me. I asked a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them. SOLD!!! They talked with my neighbors, as the line would go through their yards and under driveways.They were on time, early one morning, and though they told me it would probably be a day and 1/2 to finish the project, they had it done in a day. Honestly, when I left at noon for work, the yards were dug up and the Langley crew were working all over the place, and I thought, Boy Howdy, my neighbors are never going to talk to me again. But, when I came home that evening, Langley was packing up the last truck and waiting to talk with me. I could not tell that they had even been there. The yards and project were IMMACULATE, it was unbelievable what they had accomplished. What had been a nightmare for over a 10-day period was finished. I wish I had called them first and saved all that time. And they fixed a plumbing problem under our house that had been causing a hassle for years that other plumbers, nor myself had ever found. I cannot say enough about Langley Water, they were our Guardian Angels. Our neighbor recently used Langley when they had a similar problem because they had remembered how great Langley had done with our issue. Langley goes up and beyond the call of duty. They were willing to come all the way to Sammamish on short notice to help us repair a major leak. They found the leak and improved on the connection so it is unlikely to happen again. We had a water leak and were getting huge water bills. We called one plumber and had to leave a message but never received a call back. I called Langly Water and Cody answered immediately. It was Friday and Cody said he was busy but would call back on Monday...and he did! Then he set up an appointment for Thursday to find our leak but then on Tuesday called back and said he could get to us on Wednesday between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Cody called at 8:00 to let us know he was enroute and was onsite by 8:20. Leak found within 15 minutes and repaired in a couple hours.Good customer service is so rare these days. Cody went above and beyond, staying in touch and letting us know he was on his way.For us the leak was a very stressful issue as we couldnt imagine what it might cost and how long it might take to resolve. It really couldnt have ended any better Thanks to Langley Water, Cody and his team!

Gave Langley a call today around 1 PM and Bill was able to make it out around 3. Had an issue with a leak and water pressure. Bill came out, told us what was wrong, what we needed to do to fix it, and even gave us instruction on how to check it ourselves the next time around (our first time both owning a home and working with private well water, so this was immensely appreciated). Cant recommend these guys enough, Ill definitely be giving them a call next time anything happens.
