Fantastic experience! Tony is straight-forward, patient and kind. He explained options, and gave me some much-needed advice to help me avoid future outdoor faucet pipe problems. I was very comfortable having him in my home. I am very confident in the work he did for me today. I will always call Tony for any future plumbing needs.

Tony is a true professional. He is honest and fair and takes great pride in his work. Tony came to our rescue when we had a major leak in our hot water heater. Late on Mar 29, we noticed a wet area on our carpet in the living room. We traced it to the water heater in a nearby closet. What a mess!! Too late in the P.M. to call anyone! So, we soaked up as much as we could.The next morning I called Tony who was already out on the road heading to another customer for a plumbing job. He initially said he could come later in the afternoon, but after talking a bit, Tony rearranged his schedule so that he could come and check out the problem immediately. After inspecting the 14 year old water heater, he said it needed to be replaced. We were concerned about whether or not we would get mold on the floor and walls. Tony cleaned/scrubbed all the area with bleach. He also noticed that the water tray pipe that should have drained the water to flow under the floor was not sealed and that the pipe it was supposedly attached to was not the right size. So, Tony was able to find correct fittings for the exit pipe and glued them together like they should have been years ago.We are so thankful that Tony was proactive and went out of his way to help us. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and careful not to make any mess in our house from draining and removing the old water heater and installing the new one. As an added touch, Tony called us the next day to ensure we were satisfied with his work and that everything was working properly. We highly recommend him without any reservation as he really thinks things through before acting and will do an excellent job.

We had a sink shut off valve explode in the middle of the night, so we shut the house supply off until morning. Called next morning (which was a Saturday) he came out within the hour swapped out both valves out in no time at all.

TONY is all you can ask for in a professional plumber. Honest, straight forward, quick to respond. His years of experience in a multitude of settings brings you the RIGHT FIX, THE FIRST TIME. Our final bill was even less than quote because he believes in honesty. We had an upstairs shower leaking through our ceiling. This is the second time weve had this problem. He didnt patch the problem, and charge us out the wazoo. He replaced the drain and troubleshooted the odd fit. Highly recommend Mr Vallone!
