    Im super delayed in writing this review by about a year.I have plans to build a garage on my property and I was being forced by the county to connect to sewer due to drain field issues. I will say that connecting to sewer has been one of the most stressful situations Ive ever had to deal with as a home owner. During the quoting process, Sean took the time to walk me along my property and describe in detail how they would connect me to sewer and he demystified a lot of the process. As he did this, I knew ASSI would be the company Id chose to do the work before even seeing the quote. Throughout the entire job, Sean was super responsive and communicative.The work entailed connecting to the sewer main which was 10 down in the middle of the street and then digging through my yard and in-ground irrigation system to connect to the back of my house. I knew were the in-ground irrigation was and was able to mark it for his team and the quote included restoring it to previous state (except of course for the final head height considering I needed additional landscaping).I think our job was more than the expected due to the rockiness of the soil. Fortunately, ASSI kept to their promise and still delivered. Samuel from Seans crew was great and super professional.In the middle of the job, they cut through a water main for the neighbor who lives behind me. I was not aware of this water main so this was a surprise to everyone. They quickly stopped the water and fixed the hose. There was also some remediation of sediment in the line that they took care of quickly as well.They left the site as planned and quoted (level, but no landscaping) along with leaks in the irrigation line being fixed. I did have to call them up about a month later to fill in some settling near the street and they promptly did that.All in all, while the prospect of connecting to sewer was super stressful for me, ASSI did an amazing job of handling it for me and I would 100% recommend them to anyone else.

    Recently had Advanced Sewer Solutions, Inc. build a new design septic system which included a pump and septic alarm. Sean Philips and his assistants were on schedule with all aspects of the job. This was a huge construction site in a narrow yard, but the crew left the yard in as good a shape as possible.Sean was always responsive to questions and always got back to us when we called or texted. At this point everything works well.We highly recommend this company for comprehensive septic repair.

    Advance is always a pleasure to work with. They did our addition, remodel and most recently replaced our underground water line. They are great at what they do and all great people. Thanks Rich and crew, Sean and crew and Brian for all the great work.

    We have been working with Advanced Sewer Solutions on a sewer installation and connection project, which they just finished. It was a huge project which the county was of course heavily involved in. The sewer stub was 17 feet below ground, and the trench was over 100 feet long. They also decommissioned three old septic tanks on the property. Huge project! Sean and his team knew exactly what to do every step of the way. They had a plan, adjusted as needed, and anticipated the next steps throughout the project. They showed up every day, despite the terrible weather this time of year. Rain, mud, sustained freezing temperatures... They toughed it out every day. Brian, the owner of Advanced, came out to the job site multiple times for planning, strategy, and to meet with the County inspectors. The whole process was completed with professionalism, great communication, and consideration. Even the county inspectors were impressed. I cant recommend Advanced Sewer Solutions highly enough!

    We had a long overdue positive experience with a septic company with Sean and his team. Ours was a big job with multiple complexities. Its not a small matter that they showed up on time and remembered every detail discussed weeks earlier. They completed all of the work in 2 days and within the quote. They communicated throughout the process and were professional and helpful with my many questions. I highly recommend Advanced Sewer Solutions! They out performed the larger companies that we had dealt with unsuccessfully.

    Had an older home complete removal and new install. Hands down the best experience I have had dealing with any contracted work. From the quote to completion Brian and his crew delivered in all aspects and have been back out for some other upgrades as well and will use again for any other issues...Top notch and highly recommended

    These guys are awesome! I had 4 bids to do the same job. One company wanted $4500 and another wanted $2000. Advanced Sewer charged $805. I appreciate the fact they did great work and charged a honest price which a lot of other places are price gouging.

    We had a complicated septic rebuild, and Sean, along with Jake, took the time to clearly explain every step and every cost. Hes honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, on time, and communicative. We were out of town so he texted lots of photos of the work in progress. You wont go wrong by hiring Sean Phillips at ASSI.

    Called these guys to come out and troubleshoot backed up septic system/drainage. They came right out even though there wasnt a truck in the area. Found the problem to be a clogged filter in the septic tank that would be easily maintained by us and showed my wife how to do it. Also took the time to analyze the septic system and inform us that we should not need service for a few more years at the rate they saw. To cap it all off, technician had offered his services gratis since there was no professional repair required but we insisted on compensating them for their time. Highly recommended!

    Great friendly, efficient service. Brians suggestions on placement of tankless water heater, and redesign of laundry/half bath and new master bath were much appreciated and were better than our initial layouts. Also installed new piping for future kitchen and main bath remodels. Would highly recommend their services!

    Had a new septic system put in April and it went extremely well. They completed the project in only 3 days. In July I hit one of the pipes by accident and they were out in an hour to fix my mistake. Sean has always been very responsive to my emails and calls.     I couldnt be happier with this company. Brian, the owner is amazing. He is fair and through. I have a home that was built in 1958 so whether it be repair or an upgrade he and his men have handled it professionally and completely. I was lucky enough to walk into a plumbing supplier looking for a good plumber. The owner pointed at Brian and said,Theres your guyand boy was he right. I have had them in 2017, 2018 and now.
