Extra Mile did exactly what the name entails! Within 1 hour of speaking to them on the phone they diagnosed the problem, offered a quote and arrived at the house. One hour after that my new water heater was installed and I was informed on the steps I needed to take to optimize performance and prevent any other issues. 10/10 recommend!

I truly wish 6 stars were available. In a pinch I needed a plumber to restore water to my home. A quick google search lead me to these awesome guys! Mark and his brother sorry I am bad with names came out and looked over my system. I have to note that they were very polite and included my son with ADHD as he was very involved.They were able to quickly get the water back on. I am not sure what I am looking at but it looks nice.Thank you guys for coming out so quickly and making this go away for us. No one ever wants to call a plumber out but if you must call these guys first!

The Cline brothers have rewritten the definition of customer service! On time, extremely patient and educational. Having just moved back into town I wasnt sure who to contact for plumbing concerns. We recently bought a nice house in Burlington. A 1950 constructed house, we knew there were repairs waiting and upgrades we wanted to consider. We searched for the right plumbing company to support us and, after a review of many of the local plumbing providers, we selected Extra Mile Home Services. The company is led by a two-brother team based in Graham, NC. We could not have done any better than this technically qualified company. What is best about them though is their absolute dedication to their clients. They focus on finding root causes to the plumbing issues needing repairs and listening to the customer’s desired upgrade end-state to deliver the best results.Extra Mile’s Mark and Chris worked with us to fix visible plumbing problems and replumb some “ticking time bombs” (slipshod plumbing done in “creative” ways) that were done to the house years ago. They also replaced our 21+ year old hot water heater – walking us through the options of electric/gas and tank/tankless – and supported our desire to move it to a totally different area of the house. They even took out an old cast iron tub and installed a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms.Mark and Chris are honest and hard-working. They do not try to up-sell, nor pad invoices and they communicate clearly on all work issues. They love challenges and are effective plumbing “detectives. We strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing and other home services such as bathroom conversions.

After going through months of paying out my ass for a sewer smell , plumbing, and even being taken advantage of , I finally found a plumbing company who was professional, and who ASSESSED the problem first instead of ASSUMING what the issue was . Thank god for plumbing Angels.. My son Alj is on dialysis now and the smell was making him more nauseous on top of what he was going through from the effects of the dialysis. WOW! What can I say? I learned of this company through a friend that also learned through a friend! Referrals are the best. When someone is able to give a great feedback, it makes it so easy to trust and believe. My first experience was a day before Thanksgiving, and my powder bath desperately needed help as my facet would not turn off. Having dinner with family could have been a disaster. They were able to come diagnose the problem, had me order the part I needed and came back to install. What could have been a huge mess turned out to be a joyous occasion.The second incident my hot water heater (gas) started to leak. I called and immediately was told they’d be over to check on things. Even though later in the evening, they came and again knew exactly what was going on and what was needed to fix. After repairing the hot water heater I was told there was bad news as they needed to enter my crawl space checking my water lines/pipes…my HVAC is right beside the entrance. I was told there was a smell of gas a they entered the crawl space. Even though not HVAC people they were able to show me where the gas leak was coming from. I immediately texted HVAC people and because it’s only 4 yrs old I thought for sure it’s still under warranty…it was not. Extra Mile was able to re pipe my gas lines and send me on my way. Talking about going the extra mile is an understatement. The name definitely fits the business and type of treatment you will receive. I really appreciate Chris and his business partner for going over and beyond. Definitely will call/text/use them again as needed. If you’re looking for a plumber, look no further! Extra Mile will go that extra mile for you!
