    I had a water leak in the Kitchen. Robins was able to get me on the schedule quickly, even with the holidays. Austin came out and did a thorough job diagnosing the leak as a slab-leak. He spent the time to walk me through the process, provide me options and help me get a remediation company. He was very professional, caring, had a great sense of humor, and I felt that he was invested in getting this taken care of. We ended up doing a whole home re-pipe for the water lines, which was the right call because during the process we found another pipe that had started to show signs of leaking too. Another plumber, Damon also did a great job helping me through the process, explaining the steps, answering questions, and providing professional input. He was able to accommodate some additional changes and requests from myself and the insurance company during the work. I am very pleased in the job that Robins completed and feel professionally taken care of. Both Austin and Damon did a great job from start to finish and I am reassured to know that if any additional plumbing problems arise in the future, Robins will be able to handle it in an efficient, professional, and quality manner.

    We cannot recommend Robins plumbing highly enough! We had used them before to install new, chair-height toilets, and when we needed a new garbage disposal, called them again since we were so pleased with their work. Our favorite plumber, Autumn, came out for the disposal and we asked her to conduct an assessment of fixtures and connections so we could be proactive in addressing any potential plumbing issues. We now have new angle stops, valves and pop-ups for all sinks and replacement of valves for the washing machine, and we are fully confident that we wont need to be calling for emergency plumbing repairs. We are once again very impressed with the quality of work, the care taken, the time spent to explain what we were seeing in the photos she provided, and the timeliness of the response and completing the work. From our initial contact with requesting service and scheduling, through project completing and billing, this company fully understands and comes through with exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.

    Ive had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past so Im always skeptical about reaching out to any company or individual. Ive got to say though, Robins Plumbing took good care of me. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and Jon (the plumber) was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field . I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.     I called Robbin’s Plumbing on a Sunday after having an emergency water heater issue. They came out right away and were able to replace my water heater and get water back on that same day. I’m so thankful for being able to receive emergency service on a Sunday. They were professional and honest and upfront with their costs and I will definitely use them again.

    I want to thank Robins Plumbing and Justin for the prompt and wonderful service they provided us. We have a rental property that had water line problems affecting 3 rentals. We do not live in the area, and they handled it for us.They were prompt in getting Blue Stake out to the property so they could analyze the problem.     One of the best experiences I have had when it comes to an unexpected home repair. We had a water leak in the wall, and this needed immediate attention. after calling the office and receiving prompt attention Tech Austin came out and reassured me everything was going to work out and this eased my mind. From there Austin with help from Vince did extensive work inside and outside including attic work which was completed with expertise and professionalism. Robins pluming also made arrangements for the restoration team to come out which was so much help!     We have used Robin’s plumbing for several years now. Between our adult children and small business, they have fixed a variety of minor and major plumbing issues. They are professional, consistent, available 24/7, honest, and will usually give you options. I trust their work (which they do warranty). Damon was especially helpful swapping out a dead garbage disposal last week. While it was a little more then if I did it myself, it was worth not crawling under the sink and getting water everywhere. Plus, I know it was done right.

    We have had Robins Plumbing do a bit of work around the house. On the first visit Damon and Nate replaced both toilets, my shower valve, and my kitchen faucet, which I LOVE! The built in sprayer is fantastic! On the second visit Damon came out and installed new safety valves and brand new faucets in our bathroom! Would recommend Damon, Nate, and Robins Plumbing a hundred times over! Thank you so much!Updating my review 10/2020. I was having problems with the kitchen area, where no water was coming out of the spout, and no water was going into the dishwasher. A very knowledgeable plumber named Josh, cleared the lines and it was necessary to pull out the dishwasher make sure water was coming in, and re-installed the dishwasher and got it working beautifully. BTW, Damon had come in earlier in October and fixed my sprayer at the sink. No charge, and that was amazing. Anyway, I mentioned to Josh, that I was wondering if the fact that my water meter leak to the front of the house had just been repaired (another company) and could the origin of the sink problem (note, no other problems with showers, toilets were having water pressure issues) be the possible problem. He acknowledged, that normally that would not be the problem, but for his peace of mind, he checked the meter. He came in and advised that the PSI water pressure was very high for our home, and warned that such high pressures coming into the house could potentially cause catastrophic issues with our pipes and damage to any water usage appliances such as water heater, washing machine and dishwasher. Within a short time, he was able to install a psi water regulator valve to the water line out front and fixed the problem. I consider that Josh was sent specifically to our residence to save us financially. High accolades to Robins Plumbing for having such accomplished plumbers on their staff! I GIVE this company and exceptional star rating. Thank you Robins Plumbing, btw, I explained the need for expediency and they came the same day... amazing. ************ THANK YOU AGAIN!!!2024 Again, exceptional customer service!     Our kitchen sink backed up 8/1/23, so early in the morning I contacted Robins Plumbing, who we had used previously. They scheduled a plumber to come that afternoon. Then a few hours later I got a call and they were able to come earlier. I was grateful for that. In the meantime, I did a load of laundry and my laundry room drain backed up and flooded the laundry room.Matthew arrived. He was professional and explained the process. He answered all my questions. After snaking and using a camera, the realization that it was a bigger issue arose. Our 59 year old home had cast iron sewer pipes that had deteriorated and were collapsing.After my husband and I had several conversations with Matthew and Robins Plumbing, our questions were all answered and we opted to move forward with replacing the deteriorated cast iron piping. It was a big decision and an even bigger job. We felt like we were in good hands.Matthew was not only skillful as a plumber but very patient with us throughout the process. He kept us updated and his communication skills are excellent. He did not rush us as things moved along and would ask us if we had any questions.We found that his fellow team members were very helpful as well. They certainly work well together. I called the office several times and found the office staff attentive, professional and patient. Matthew explained the invoice in detail and was very thorough.This overwhelming homeowner experience was made less stressful by the supportive staff at Robins Plumbing.     Timely, responsive, knowledgable, dedicated and HONEST. Its so hard in todays world to find a company that lives up to those values. We recently had several instances of plumbing backups resulting in flooding in two of our bathrooms. Austin came out and spent there time to properly diagnose the issue. It wasnt what we wanted to hear, but he was spot on with his diagnosis. Turns out we had multiple cracked sewer pipes under our garage floor which required cutting out an 8 x 10 ft. section and digging down four ft. in our rock hard soil to reach the pipes. Joining Austin in this adventure were Matthew, Vince and Nate. They all worked tireless all day and into the night to locate all the cracked pipes, run a camera to see if there was an additional issue past where they had cut and dug out, and yep, there were more cracked pipes approximately 18 past the cut out section. They meticulously tunneled into the dirt to reach those pipes to repair. At the end of the night, they filled in all the dirt removed the debris, and spotlessly cleaned up. Austin, Matthew, Vince and Nate couldnt have been more polite and explained every silly question I had during the process. This project was very strenuous and in this heat, they were determined to stay as long as it took to do the repair. We feel like weve discovered a true rare gem in the trades world. Cant say enough wonderful things about this company. Super responsive from the owner, Stephanie, to Christina in the office, and their attitude definitely shows in their employees. This is our go to plumbing company, no question, from here on out.

    Very happy with this company. My dumba$$ was working in the front yard and hit a branch off pipe from the main line, goes under our driveway to the backyard sprinklers. My wife called around and Robin could be out same day which is great as I had to shut the water off at the meter. Eddy came out and got the pipe repaired in no time, was very nice and had a great attitude. I thought it was plenty affordable for being an emergency call at the end of the day and repair was done same day. We were only without water for a couple hours. Give these folks a try, they are well worth it!

    I noticed some signs of leaking around the control valves for an abandoned sprinkler system on my property, I contacted Robins and they were able to send Autumn out the same day.     This is Stephen Smith. Autumn arrived at our home on Feb. 1st promptly at the appointed time. She completed her diagnosis and we sat down to discuss options. Autumn was very thorough in explaining all options to me. We had her proceed to replace our leaking garbage disposal and basket strainer. After she was done Autumn wiped down the counter under the sink. She gave our water heater a courtesy look over. Overall, the service was exceptional. Autumn was polite and professional.

    Requested a plumber for a kitchen sink shutoff valve and line replacement at 3am on a monday. Received a call first thing in the morning stating a tech can be here between 3 and 5. Autumn called at 3 sharp and said she was on her way. She arrived on time and had a lot of information. Gave me several options in her estimate, all reasonably priced. Autumn replaced both shutoff valves and an R/O tap with quality parts. She did recomend getting the cabinet and drywall inspected for water damage and set it all up with a company they work with. All in all, they made a pleasant experience out of a minor disaster. I am very pleased with Robins Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

    Robins just installed a new hybrid water heater for us and we love it! We can already see a drop in our electricity usage in the few days since we got it.     Let me start with the beginnong. I called Robins Plumbing on a saturday night when I got home from vacation and found my house flooded. The night dispatcher was friendly and quickly got Damon there within the hour. Damon quickly got to work and identified that my toilet supply had busted and allowed water to flood my kitchen. Damon also got me in touch with Rocky Mountain Restoration and stayed to assist them with the process and tp explain things to me. Damon and team were very nice on time thorough and clean.     Amazing guys! Our water heater burst open and our plumbing was old and rusted! My house has not had the best maintenance since it was build and not everything was up to code.     I booked an appointment with Robins Plumbing and they were actually able to arrive a day early, which was nice. Nathan did an awesome job. I had a hose bib that needed to be replaced. He also asked if there was anything else that I needed to have looked at. That jogged my memory and I remembered that my drip irrigation system was leaking and not working properly at the valve area, and also, my tub drain was broken and needed to be replaced. He was able to quickly add all that to the list of items with a thorough explanation of everything and a quote. Nathan is very professional, completed the work in a timely manner, did awesome work, and explained all the work he was doing in detail. He also went around to each item that was fixed and had me check everything with him. I would highly recommend Robins Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

    Matthew and Justin came out twice to service our Nuvo H2O system. We just moved in and noticed the system was leaking at the top. A new cartridge an o ring was installed, but it still leaked, hence the second call. Responded quickly, and suggested I call Nuvo. I did so, and they are sending out a new system. I will use Robins Plumbing to install the new system.

Their office people are always kind and seem extremely happy to be working there. Their technicians have always been great, especially Alex. I just had a pretty big repair done by him and I must say I’m impressed with his work ethic and knowledge of the whole plumbing industry.     Great Company! I was tackling a stuck cartridge in my shower diverted with the removal tool when it completely split. I called them because they had great reviews and a good plumber with 4.7 stars is hard to find. They did not disappoint! Jeremy was understanding and didn’t waste any time identifying someone to repair my issue. They had Cody out there within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly, quickly assessed my issue, promptly took care of the situation and left the area cleaner than the way he found it, including wiping his feet before tracking over my floors. The price for an emergency repair was reasonable for anyone who would have fixed my problem, but the fact that they were polite and prompt made my day! Thanks again Cody!     Yesterday, Labor Day, we realized no hot water. I called Robins and they were at the house in about an hour! We first thought it was a simple fix with the pilot light.     WOW! What an amazing team they have at Robins Pluming. Who do you call when your bath and toilets are flooding, them of course.From the first call with Janet who was sympathetic and understanding.     Having found a water leak seeping water under my floorboards, I called Robins plumbing and spoke with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and sent Damon out that day. Extremely quick response for which I am very grateful. Damon gave me several options to repair the leak. Long story short, they referred me to National First Response to tear out the drywall and pull up the damaged flooring and they came out the next day. The leak was found immediately and I was informed that the repair was much less serious than was originally thought to be. They were honest with me and I was saved the cost of a pipe reroute. Because of their honesty, I contracted Damon to do several plumbing jobs that I had been putting off. Damon was honest, informative and professional on every level and Robins Plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on.

    Eddy was my technician and he was very good at keeping me updated on arrival times. I am very happy with his work and his professionalism. I was also very happy with the customer service I received over the phone when I first contacted Robins Plumbing to schedule a visit. However, I am not happy with the company charging me $225 for a flange that would cost me $30 or less at Home Depot/Lowes. We did go to Home Depot to buy one in order to save $50 off their price and returned with one that two employees had said was the correct one but apparently it wasn’t exactly like the one that came out (keep in mind the toilet is at least 15 years old) so I expect there should be differences that would have been workable with the new toilet. However, to alleviate any doubt we went with Robins Plumbing’s flange. Obviously I wasn’t unaware of the charge but I just have to say that it is ridiculous how much they charged for it. I will definitely ask another plumbing company how much they charge for a flange when we replace our other two toilets.

    Wow! Late in the evening on a Saturday night in the summer, I went into my kitchen and found water pouring onto the stone floor. I immediately call Robins Plumbing, Ryan came and did a great job.. I was so greatful!He was gone within the hour.Jeremy and Josh did a great job. Jeremy took the call which was for a recall on a job which was originally an emergency last summer. There was a small issue with the putt which was used . Josh called ahead and was here promptly at 10:00. The repair looks fabulous and my sink is pretty once more.     LIFESAVERS!! We had our main line clog, of course at 3pm on Saturday. Called Robins Plumbing and they saved the day! They did ALL.THE.THINGS.RIGHT!! They answered the phone, they had someone (Ben, can’t say enough good things about Ben), here within the hour, although it was the weekend and getting close to the end of the day, they didn’t charge emergency service fee when they definitely could have, they send you an email with the technicians photo, let you know what their vehicle looks like and what the uniform looks like. They quote you the price over the phone, and it was actually that price.Ben was courteous, professional, explained what he was doing and checked to make sure everything was working correct THREE times before he left.     Ron from Robins is awesome. I can tell he has a lot of experience because he left no stone unturned trying to find our leak--literally! He was 4 feet underground covered with mud before he was satisfied he fixed it. Robinss fee was very fair for all the work they did, and Ron is very professional and honest, and a nice guy. Ive used them for two separate issues, and will call them next time I need something.

    We hardly ever write reviews, but, we had such a great experience with Robins Plumbing and Eddie the repair person, that we had to write one. It was a hot (105) Saturday around noon, We had a leak in the back of the house. We were unsure who to call, after getting Robins Plumbing info we Called and was told someone would be out between 2-4. Eddie arrived around 1:45. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He wasappreciative of the wildlife in our yard, even tolerated the humming birds buzzing around his head. Eddie was able to find the leak quickly and repair it. Should we ever need plumbing services, we will most defintley use Robins Plumbing. Thank you Eddie!!!

    Ben was very professional an took time to explain the repair. He also asked if he could check anything else for me so I had him look at the water heater. It was in pretty good shape but I Will probably need to replace in the next couple years. He went through the options with me.     Cody was fantastic! He was very professional right from the start and started the job on-time. I needed a new shower valve installed and the drain pipe relocated in a master shower remodel and his work is very precise.     I’m really glad I found Robins Plumbing, I went into my garage this afternoon and discovered a puddle of water that looked to be coming from a wall, I called Robins Plumbing after one other company didn’t even answer and another told me they couldn’t come out until Monday (today is Wednesday), not willing to wait 5 days I called Robins and Janet was super friendly on the phone and told me she could have a plumber at my house between 3 & 5 that evening, about 20 minutes later she called back and said she had an opening and they were on they way now. I got a call a few minutes later from Chris and he advised me he would be there in 20 minutes, Chris showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained why it happened and how he could fix it, he also explained some other things about the plumbing in my house that was very helpful, he quickly fixed the leak and even recommended a restoration company to repair the water damage to my drywall and other things. Everything about my experience with Robins Plumbing was great from beginning to end, couldn’t be more happy!

    Our home is 27 years old, and our bathroom fixtures have never been changed. We wanted to replace the commodes with high efficiency Toto commodes, replace our bathroom faucets, and replace our shower faucet cartridge. We also wanted to put in a NUVO H2O soft water system. After checking on google for a local plumber that was licensed and bonded, we checked the state registrar of contractors, and the Better Business Bureau. We took bids, and felt that Robins Plumbing offered the best price, along with an A+ rating with the BBB, and also no unresolved issues with the state registrar of contractors. Chris did the installation work, and did a very professional job. It took a little over 7 hours to complete the work, and then Chris checked it twice for proper completion and function. Chris then reviewed the work with us to make sure it met our satisfaction, and it definitely did. He made sure we understood how all of the new fixtures and water softener functioned, and demonstrated all of the new work. Finally he did his clean up, and left everything in good shape. I will use Robins Plumbing for my next plumbing job, and will be referring them to my friends.

    Ben was fantastic- just as good as Damon was last time! This business has consistently gone above and beyond to serve us and our plumbing needs. My partner and I run a dog sitting business so there is often times a lot of coordination to be done with regard to isolating dogs, and excusing noise when folks come to the house.
