Eric Garcia came out and diagnosed my heating problem from different angles. Seems like a new air filter is all that was needed at that moment, but a motor replacement may be necessary in the future. Appreciate his quick diagnosis and friendly service, and the fact that he wasn’t trying to do a hard upsell on the spot. Will probably have to buy that new motor, though. I’ve dealt with numerous HVAC technicians over the years, and Eric stood apart from the rest. Highly recommended!!

And he is comfortable with my cats.

Gilmore Heating and Air was recommended to us 29 years ago when we moved into our neighborhood. They kept our aging HVAC unit running and installed a new one two years ago when that finally broke down. Schedulers are thoughtful, courteous of time and notifications of arrival. Technicians and installers explain things clearly, provide costs upfront, and are also very helpful and courteous. Saul was lead on our HVAC install, and was very knowledgable. Our tiny old houses attic was a challenge to install insulation, but they were up to the task. Michael Pineda did our recent maintenance and was also very positive, cordial, and professional. Reliability isnt easy to come by these days, and we do have that with this service provider.

I had been with Gilmore Heating, specifically Eric, for many years, when they joined with Moe Plumbing & Heating. Eric has always been awesome, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining our HVAC system and when he was here in early December for maintenance, he quietly mentioned that our water heater is almost 20 years old! I knew this, but had been putting it off to replace. He said, they could take care of it and gave me immediately a very fair estimate.A few days later, Eric & Alex showed up at the exact time I was given. It took them a bit to get all the work done, since the heater is in the basement. However, not only did they do an amazing job, they also added a much needed pan under the water heater, as well as a much needed pressure-relief valve.Once they were finished, they explained in detail the new water heater and all its buttons.We moved into our home almost 6 years ago and have had warm water at best. Now, on the lowest setting it is steaming hot and it is actually fun, washing pots & dishes, that dont belong in the dishwasher, by hand or taking hot showers, again at the lowest setting.Thank you again so much Eric & Alex for your impeccable, quick, excellent & clean work and always being courteous & respectful!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Moe’s Plumbing for 20+ years. After the recent storms, I had a problem with an outdoor drain that impacted my basement. The standing water also put my furnace at risk. While Julio Zamora was here to assess the problem, he noticed I had a cracked sewer pipe under my home. I had no idea. Julio and another plumber did a beautiful job implementing his recommendations and doing all the repairs. Very thorough. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased. 5 stars to Julio, his assistant, and Moe Plumbing.

We had a sudden gas leak & needed a plumber fast! My husband remembered Moe from his business days so we took a chance & called them. Dan came within 1 hr & diagnosed our problem. The next day he returned with a helper ( right on time) & found the sources & made the repairs. We also had 2 outdoor hose bibs that leaked & they fixed those. Here at 8:30, done by 3:00. Great customer service, very professional, kept us informed every step of the way. Dan G was so friendly & informative & we felt we were getting a good value for his services. I had a gas wall heater that was super-overheating and turning itself off (within a couple of minutes of starting) so that it did not start the building on fire. I had a different furnace repair person come out and charged me for NOT fixing the problem because he could not figure out what was wrong. I called Moe and they sent Dimas Martinez out later that very afternoon. Dimas was on time, was courteous and a bit puzzled by the problem himself but figured it out and professionally repaired the heater at a reasonable cost. I was seriously impressed and will definitely use this company again.
