We called Instant Plumbing and rooter when on a Friday before we were headed out of town, we noticed our solar water heater was leaking and water was seeping out. Within a few hours of calling Instant plumbing and rooter they were at my house providing me options to replace my 6 year old Solar water heater. We chose to go with a Rude heat pump style heater as it seemed very high tech and safe to use with water leakage sensors (we have had our 2 previous water heater leak with one causing a flood in the home) When our water heater is located inside the home in the laundry room, safety of water detectage is a huge factor. The new water heater looks great and seems to be very efficient, we can even control the settings from our phone. I would always recommend Instant Plumbing and rooter for all of you plumbing needs.7/8/21- Once again we called Instant plumbing and Rooter LLC as my under sink shut off in the kitchen needed replaced.. William replaced the hot & cold valves and ran all new plumbing. While he was here, I asked him to install our new kitchen Sink & Faucet as I had been waiting to get it installed so this was the opportune time... William did a beautiful job I would highly reccomend them for all of your plumbing needs

When the replacement arrived a week later, Instant Plumbing came back and quickly installed it. I noticed a leak coming from our kitchen faucet in the morning. I called Instant Plumbing within the hour. They scheduled me for a next day appt. Thankfully, I got a call a couple hours later saying that they could come out that day. Patrick came by and checked out the leak and to diagnose where it was coming from. Although the leak was somewhat a mystery, he figured out what may have been the probable cause and fixed it within the hour or two. Once he repaired the faucet and sink, he cleaned up and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any one else.Update 06/28/24My wife and I had been experiencing an on again off again smell from both our bathrooms for awhile. So I called Instant Plumbing again and they were able to send out a technician by the next morning. Brandon arrived on time. I explained what we had been experiencing and he proceeded to diagnose both bathroom issues within a matter of 15 minutes or so. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure I understood the causes and working to resolve those issues. I appreciated his listening ear, thoughtful diagnosis, and professional demeanor. They were able to come in and quickly assess the situation and devise a solution that made my plumbing situation safe and functional. They were able to get all the necessary transitions in place to make the most of my irregular plumbing setup without creating extra unnecessary work or expense. The work they did looks fantastic. We started with an install of a new water filtration system. Instant Plumbing was VERY competitive in pricing and provided a comprehensive quote and answered all of my questions. Then, our 18 year old water heater died. They took great care of us and acted quickly. So much so that I chose them over my Home Warranty. I trusted them and would rather pay them to get the job done then to be put through the ringer with the warranty company. We also had them replace our guest bath tub plumbing. We are so thankful for the excellent service from William, along with Angel, & communication from Nicole & Crystal as well. Two yrs ago William installed a new water heater and fixed a couple drippy faucets.2020 called for whole house upgrade to PEX pipes and we confidently relied on his high standard of work. We also decided on improving the water quality for the new pipes to enjoy :) so William installed a water conditioner. At no additional charge, he replaced the kitchen sink drain assembly to eliminate issues of accordion tubing. He also returned as promised when it was time to install new tub trim over the new stone installation on master tub. He took the time to check all the water pressure again and make sure everything was in great shape. New emergency shut off valves throughout, new piping, all the work they did adds peace of mind and we highly recommend William & his great team for that.

Slab leak. Family of 9 no water x4wks. 3 other plumbing companies promised the world & no showed. Leak detection company located wrong pipe..This company is top notch! Showed up for bid within hours of calling Wed & work completed 48hrs later. Panicked that night (Fri night) thinking something was wrong as we lost hot water. Emailed company late Friday night & plumber was here 1st thing Saturday morning. Checked everything! Was a timer on water heater that caused the issue. Their response to everything was incredible! From Nicholle the office manager/scheduler, to the owner Krystal personally stopping by to give me a filled out form to submit to city so my water rates dont increase, to Jesse the plumber who took on an incredible job, could have wrapped it up & we would have been pushed out another 2wks without water as leak detection company located wrong pipe but he cared enough to try to figure it out & that he did! He was amazing with my pets, I didnt have to lock them outside & hear them cry & scratch at the door all day. He simply opened his arms up & said cmon lets meet & get this over with. Lots of making them feel comfortable & within minutes they were back asleep on couch. Felt comfortable leaving Jesse alone in our home. William showed up Saturday morning & took this very seriously that we had a problem. Or thought we did..Their response to thinking something went wrong, after theyd been paid, on a Saturday morning speaks volumes for this companies character & integrity. They did the job right the first time, Nicholle communicated constantly, plumbers were true tradesmen with character, honesty, & personality to boot. Welcome to the family! I needed to replace a wash machine weve had for over 25 years and the hoses were rusted to the faucets. I contacted Instant Plumbing and they were able to stop by very quickly, same day. He sized up the situation, quickly ran to their warehouse to get needed parts, cut out the old gate valve faucets, and installed new ball valve faucets, all within an hour or so. Seemed very easy for him (and I didnt have to buy/try new tools or rip apart my knuckles!!!).I was/am very pleased. I referred a neighbor to them for some work they needed. The plumber that the home warranty company sent out said our sewer line had collapsed and said it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars to repair. William (the owner) came out the same day, scoped the line to a confirmed the lines had NOT collapsed and was able to fix the problem for less than $850. Oh... well... well have to send a camera down there [at a $150 extra cost] or we cant even BEGIN!; oh... your pipes are too old... the only thing we can recommend [or offer] is a complete sewage pipe replacement; etc.At least from my perspective/experience/knowledge, my understanding of my 68-year-old system, and of todays particular situation, it is VERY REFRESHING to have a company come in, listen to me, examine the situation, agree, and no waste time just taking care of it.Both they and I realize that EVENTUALLY the entire sewage system of my house will need to be replaced... but, also, they realize that I just want this for now.
