    Excellent service and reasonable pricing - look no further for a plumber! Jerry responded to my call on Sunday afternoon and arrived to assess the job within 30 minutes. To start, he did not charge a service fee for his visit. He did an outstanding job fixing the leak in my master bathroom, and the cost was very reasonable. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Jerry. He’s reliable, efficient, and affordable!

    I got the contact info for POP off nextdoor, randomly, and called them first when my 24 hour long quest to unclog my toilet drain was unsuccessful.Jerry was at my house within 45 minutes to give a no-commitment quote, ended up giving me a very reasonable price, completed the repair very quickly, and went above and beyond cleaning up after himself. I asked him to do some extra work that we hadnt negotiated (toilet reinstall/wax seal) and he did that for a very minimal extra charge.Overall, Im very satisfied. Im keeping his number, and Ill be calling him again the next time I have similar problems.

    On the day he was scheduled to install our water heater, Jerry got held up in traffic coming from the other side of town, so he was much later than he hoped. He still showed up and stayed well beyond quitting time -- on a Friday -- and was meticulous about being sure everything was working perfectly and the site was cleaned up. Hes friendly, efficient and professional; a first-tier plumber I highly recommend.

    Ive used POP plumbing several times, and Im going to continue to use them. Jerry works faster and with a higher quality than anyone Ive seen. Example: I had a leaky hose attachment aerator, and he went above and beyond to relocate the irrigation system outside which required digging, and he only charged me for parts beyond the original estimate. Totally honest guy and checked with me before working beyond scope. Amazing!

    Pops plumbing came out installed me hybrid heat pump hot water tank and fixed both out side faucets. The job was one that was time consuming due to switching to a new tank system and having to be re-piped about 20 feet.The tank works fantastic and the piping he did looks great. His bid for the job was fantastic, no one came close to it, glad I hired him and would recommend him to anyone I know.Dont hesitate, grab him if you can.

    He came on time. Ran gas line for my new stove. Did a great job. Very progressional. Just gets there and starts working for hours till it’s complete. Great company. Great man. Thank you so much. Used all high grade galvanized piping, he got her right at 10am like he said and finished by 130am.

    Jerry is the best plumber I have come across. On Friday night I had an emergency and water was going everywhere in the garage and he came on short notice even though he already had a family commitment. He quickly made the water stop and Saturday he came back to properly fix the washer area and the main open and shut area. His quality of work is excellent, he is very professional and trust me no one can have better prices. Great family guy that understands hard working people.

    I was so so relieved to have Jerry come and work to find my gas leak after the city locked the meter on a newer home only 2 years old. Jerry was on time and had a very can do positive attitude after several hours of investigative work trying to locate the leak which was very intense ( in the attic etc.) I would recommend him and going to be my go to guy and going to recommend him to my friends and family here in Phoenix area.     Jerry is an amazing human! He was available same day to address the sewer smell in and around my mom’s mobile home! He located the issue and no repair was needed. He didn’t charge us for the service call something we are most thankful for, especially since my mom is on a fix income. We let him know of three future projects we had planned for her home. That includes replacing all plumbing to a shower, plumbing to the kitchen, and relocating a washing machine. We will 100% use him for these services!     Jerry came to the house to assess the hot water heater and why it was leaking. Because of another plumber doing sub-par work, it caused too much water pressure so my old water heater cracked and began leaking. Jerry replaced the hot water heater and added a tank to prevent pressure issues again. He was very nice, and did a great job. Ill definitely call Jerry for all my plumbing work in the future.     Highly recommend Pop Plumbing. Arrived to my home on time, courteous and respectful.
