Our power bill was much higher than ever before this November. The only thing we have running was our water heater. We called JMPlumbing. Jack, the owner, showed up to check our problem. He asked a few questions one of which was if our water bill had changed we said yes it was higher.Looking at our meter he discovered we were losing water at .7 gallons a minute. He turned off the hot water valve from our heater and checked again - the water meter stopped.He found the problem was not the water heater but a leak in the line.He brought in a leak detector technician who checked all our piping and found our leak using infrared equipment. Jack rerouted, bypassing the old line with new. Our water heater was never the issue. Jack serviced the heater and all checked out fine. Other plumbers were intent on selling us a new water heater and never asked any questions.Jack’s experience of 25 years paid off and saved a lot of money. He was extremely friendly, honest and very professional.JMPlumbing was timely, quick and knew what they were talking about.We highly recommend them. They were above and beyond.

My boyfriend and I just moved into an older house and some repairs were expected. Jack helped to install a new toilet since we had what looked like an older model in our master bedroom. He was professional, efficient, and gave us a great price. When he was running a bit late he made sure to communicate and if he did have to leave to pick something up he made sure to give a heads up and ETA. We had such a great experience with him that we reached out a few days later to install a waterline for our new fridge. He was even so kind to check out a small garbage disposal leak and make some adjustments free of charge. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking plumber youve found him. Hes our go-to guy now!

Jack, the owner, was prompt, knowledgeable and did great work. We were in over our heads with a 35 year old water hose spigot that broke and could get it out of the wall. So we called the professional! He is a professional gentleman that got us fixed up 100x better than what was there in the first place and made sure we will never have the same issue again! We will definitely be calling Jack for any plumbing needs in the future!

I used Jacks Plumbing services to resolve a issue with a shower cartridge not installed correctly by a previous plumber I used last August. Jack knew exactly what I was talking about and arranged a time to come by. He contacted me in advance to let me know his arrival time. He was on time, professional and very pleasant to speak to. He even checked on the water heater to make sure everything was working properly. Jack was so quick and had the job completed in no time. After Jack left I discovered an unknown prior malfunctioning shower head. I texted Jack and he returned after his next appointment and repaired the shower head better than when it was brand new! Great friendly service! Best pricing out of all the quotes we received. Responded quickly to my call, set an appointment, quote came that evening and work started a week later! They set up a new outdoor tankless water heater, combined the main house with the guest house, eliminating both a gas and electric water heater. Our attic is horrible and freshly filled with insulation, that didn’t scare them away or cause them to raise prices. We are super happy with the results, endless supplies of hot water whenever or which ever area of the house we need it! I would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Called Jack on Sunday, he answered and was at my house first thing Tuesday morning. That was decided after determining it wasn’t an emergency. He was on time, friendly and very thorough. Went out of his way and picked up a trap for my girls shower to catch their long hair. Price was reasonable and gave me estimates for future work. There were a few things I was ready to have done, but he was honest and let me know they really didn’t need done. It was quite refreshing to have someone talk you out of spending unnecessary money. We’ll definitely give him a call in the future and give his name to friends.
