I have a bathroom sink thats connected to an overflow for condensation in our HVAC system. Which means, if the sink gets backed up for any reason, the condensation overflow also backs up and water starts dripping from a nearby ceiling. So suffice to say, I really need this particular sink to flow properly! Ive used a number of other plumbers and rooter services over the years to keep the sink clear. The last time another company came out, the drip from the ceiling started again only two months later! I was extremely annoyed because they clearly had not done the job properly. I called Gary, hoping he could come out the same day because we were entertaining that evening and we needed to run the AC, which of course we always turn off once the drip starts. Gary responded to my call immediately and came to the house within a few hours. He snaked the sink, but after listening to my story of what had happened, decided to take the entire pipe out from under the sink and inspect it. He found there was heavy build-up along the inside of the pipe, which was definitely contributing to the problem. He took the pipe out to his truck where he meticulously cleaned it. I love it when a service person LISTENS to you and goes above and beyond to really solve the problem - not just goes through the motions! Gary is smart, honest, fast, reliable and a creative problem solver - not to mention he charges a reasonable rate. I think I have found my forever rooter man! Thank you Gary!!

What a life saver! I had a clogged main sewer line and hadn’t noticed until the water backed up a day before Christmas Eve! I called several places and only got answering machines and no one ever called back. I called Gary and he squeezed me in the same day! Turns out I had roots in my main line and he hydro jetted them out in no time! Very informative as well, answered my questions. I cannot say enough on how grateful I am and I recommend over and over! Definitely will be calling him again for my future plumbing needs!

I had a long night last night battling what I at first thought was a clogged toilet, but turned out to be roots in the main line at the street. I called Gary first thing in the morning and he was there with in 30 minutes getting to work, jetting the line, and saving the day. This is the third time I’ve used Gary. The first time, I was a new homeowner and he cleared out our drain to the street where our giant weeping willow had encroached on the line. Fast forward 5 years and we did a remodel on the house and had our first issue with the toilets not flushing and gargling sounds. He came out in a jiffy and helped. Unfortunately we didn’t realize we needed a new clean out because our contractor failed to add one when he built the house addition on top of what we had. So Gary was able to do that work at a very reasonable cost and took care of clearing out the pipes. And then last night, he answered the call almost immediately and we scheduled his service the following morning. His Hydrojet through the pipes cleared everything and we were back in business. I have never truly trusted anyone like I do Gary.

Gary does great work for a great price! My sewer was backing up and I got a very high quote from another company to do hydrojetting. I called Gary and he gave a much more reasonable price (literally 7x cheaper). They did a thorough job. All the roots were cleaned out and the pipes looked brand new. I like getting to see the before and after video.Gary is honest and doesnt recommend big expensive fixes if he knows they will just break down over 5 years. Ive had a great experience with him and highly recommend.

I have an old house. Gary and his team came out and sleeved my clay pipes. Took one day to complete. About 35 ft. I’ve had zero problems with the sleeve he laid down. 6 years later tree roots were getting into the clay pipes at the city connection and he cleared it right away with hydro jetting. I called Gary after my neighbor recommended his services. My neighbor had done his due diligence in finding estimates for his particular problem and said Gary came in hundreds of dollars less, efficiently fixed the problem and did not try to upsell anything. I have to say that my experience was the same. Gary arrived within the time frame he had given me and gave me a reasonable quote. I hired him on the spot. He immediately took care of the problem and was even kind enough to clean up the mess in my garden left by the plumbing issue. He did not try to upsell me anything. In fact, he actually told me about a city rebate that would help me recover some of my costs! I knew nothing of this…and neither did the water department but after some more digging by the water dept rep I was put in contact with the appropriate office and presto! Rebate on the way. I consider Gary’s service to be exceptional and would give it more stars if I could.

Today is the 3rd time (in 8 years) I have used Gary to hydro jet and inspect our sewer line. Gary is extremely responsive (came within 24 hours), arrives when he says he will and gets the job done quickly & efficiently. Our drain was clogged again because of root growth into the sewer line. The hydro jetting gives the drain a new lease of life and I strongly recommend this. Beware of plumbers that suggest you need to immediately replace your main drain line (we were quoted $10k++). I have started having Gary clean the drain every 2-3 years. Once he has hydro jetted the drain and cleared root growth, he does a full video review where he showed me the entire length of our drain line foot by foot from the street sewer back to my house, pointing out where there have been and maybe where there will be problems in the future. In terms of value for money, Garys service is the best. If you have a drain blockage (or even if you dont but want some peace of mind before you have a problem, which I think is the best approach) this is the plumber to call first - no question. I wish all contractors were so reliable, honest and efficient.

I called Gary because I had a leak in a pipe under my house, which meant I had to turn off all water to the house. Even though it was a Saturday, Gary was at my house in a few hours and repaired the pipe. It was not an easy job because the crawlspace is very narrow and it is hard to get through the space. But Gary willingly went under the house and got it done. He also noticed that the hose bib near the water shutoff was leaking and replaced it as well for the cost of the part. Over the years (10+) Gary has cleared my drains and replaced the sewer pipe that was broken and full of tree roots. Ive also referred him to friends who have been very happy with his work. Gary is responsive, reliable and trustworthy. Just a really nice guy and very easy to work with. Highly recommend calling him!

9 years ago in 2014 Gary did our sewer inspection after we got an offer accepted on a hillside house. He was always very timely with his communication, and he was very thorough with the inspection. After the inspection he uploaded the footage of our sewer line onto Youtube and sent us a link by email too, which is super convenient and we always appreciate when we work with people who are up with the times!Since then hes been my go-to guy for all sorts of plumbing issues, and he always goes above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but also prevent the problem from happening in the future. Hes also always been very easy to get a hold of, usually available same day or next day. Ive tried other plumbers here and there but I always go back to Gary.Ive gotten him to perform routine hydrojets on the main sewer line for years now too where he always does a thorough job, allowing us to inspect his work afterwards with his sewer camera.With all the services hes performed for us the pricing has always been super reasonable too. Definitely give him a call if you ever want a really honest guy to come out and help you with any plumbing issues you may have!

I have had Gary out to hydrojet our main drain line four times now. We are in a 90-year old house with original cast-iron sewer lines and have a big tree that has some roots that continue to infiltrate the main line. We dont want to loose the tree so we deal with having to actively maintain our sewer line.I have tried a bunch of different plumbers with varied results and wildly different prices for the same service- I only use Gary now. Gary always shows me on the camera what the issues are before he runs the jet and then shows me a clear line when he is done. He is fair and consistent with his prices; he has never tried to sell me more or unnecessary services either. He is good with communications on text and with calls. He runs a clean service and leaves no mess behind. Gary also shows up when he says he will and when you have a backed-up sewer line this is pretty important! I highly recommend Gary, he is great.

I’ve had other services not clean up after themselves so this was an extra plus!

Not too long ago, Gary came to my property to hydro jet my main sewer line due to invasive hedge roots. It’s the price we pay for privacy in the city. I know I will have to do this on a regular basis so I am glad I found Gary. He is efficient, communicative, and best of all, his work is CLEAN!This week, I had two plumbing issues.. an extremely stubborn clogged kitchen drain that didn’t budge with Liquid Plumber and a bathroom P-trap that needed replacing in my downstairs bathroom.My kitchen didn’t have a designated clean out so he had to snake the pipe from the roof. After working on it for a while, I’m sure the snake had gone in many many feet, the water finally drained.The P-trap for my bathroom isn’t standard. It’s not the regular pvc fittings. They are metal/chrome made to be exposed for vessel sinks. I had previously purchased all the replacement parts in preparation for Gary’s arrival and to my disappointment, was made aware that one of the parts were not compatible.Gary told me which part to buy and that he would be available to talk me through with the rest of the repair. At that point, the repair was basically completed. I just needed that one piece to complete the job. I was fine with that and that was supposed to be the end of it.NOPE, the next day.. which is today, he showed up to my house to pick up something he had left behind. While at my house.. he asks me.. “Did you get that part you needed?” I told him I hadn’t had a chance to stop by the home improvement store.He then tells me that he went to the Home Depot and bought the part for me and that he would complete the job right then and there.Of course I was in shock because no company does this! CLEARLY, Gary goes OVER, ABOVE, and BEYOND for his customers.On top of all that… he shows up on time, he is very presentable showing up in a clean, pressed, white shirt, and wears shoe booties to prevent him from tracking in dirt into my house. Weve used Garys services twice now, and he was great both times. Gary hydro jetted our sewer line both times, and was incredibly professional and detailed in what he was doing the whole time. He also took a look at our leaky garbage disposal. I thought we might have needed to take it off, reseal, and reinstall everything. Turns out it was just loose and needed some tightening. One of the bolts had fallen off, and Gary suspected it just wasnt tightened completely when it was installed. Gary didnt charge for this at all - he could have easily just thrown a small charge on top of the hydro jetting service and we would have been fine with that. The fact that he didnt has earned our respect and trust, and well continue to come back to him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Gary cleared my mainline 5 years ago, when Mike Diamond couldnt clear the roots. I had another drain stoppage, same situation where the standard rooter service wasnt cutting it, literally. He cleared the drain quickly with his hydrojet system and then showed me the entire length of the pipe was cleared using his camera system, down to the city main.
