Hi my Name is Roman I wanna say Bumble bee gave me a great experience for the second time. Sending Another of their technicians Name HECTOR LOPEZ was very professional and communicative explained everything with detail and understanding. I called in for ONE OF MY TOILETS WAS CLOGGED HECTOR CAME AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB. He unclogged my toilet and now is running good again. Thank u Hector will recommend Technician Hector very Professional and Honest Tech.Thank u Bumble bee!Roman!

Hector Lopez did an outstanding job of unclogging my toilet drain. After removing the toilet a camera inspection revealed the line was intact but full of 40+ years of gunk. The problem was tree roots had up grown up under the concrete slab, along the outside of the drain and over the toilet flange. They had grown down inside and were clogging the drain! Hector expertly removed the roots, applied root killer and replaced the flange. Then they hydro jetted the drain line to clean out all the gunk. After reinstalling the toilet a final camera inspection was done to make sure the line was clean and intact. The toilet is working great now. They warranty their work. Thank you for your great service.

Our water heater slowly stopped working. I attempted to fix it but it was beyond my skill level. I then attempted to re-ignite the gas but couldn’t. Living with two women, this was a disaster!My wife called Bumblebee, and was greeted with a friendly woman who shared her concerns. The employee said the next opening was in two days! NOPE. Well the woman on the phone kept looking at the schedule and exclaimed “we will have someone right over”. 20 minutes later a gentleman named Abraham arrived and went right to work! Within one hour he had it fixed! One hour later we had hot water! Thank you Abraham! Thank you Bumblebee! This proves there are really good, professional people that exist! They deserve a reward for caring!

He gave us great price of mind and the 3 year support on the work and ability to call him back specifically is great so I don’t have to explain anything to anyone else. If I could give this 8 stars or more I would! Vicente was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and informative and did the job perfectly. I was hesitant being in a apartment unit but it was such a smooth and easy process with him. He was fantastic representation for the company and I will definitely call Bumble Bee Plumbing for any future repairs. The schedulers were also great and easy to communicate with. I found this company easily on yelp and the responded to my quote within one minute of sending it. Thank you for all your help on a Saturday for a same day repair!

Do you know the story that people always share that catastrophes always happen at the worst moment well, that was mine. I woke and was starting to party prep for a large crowd later that day, and my sink stopped the garbage disposal stopped working. So at 7:30 in the morning, I was crossing my fingers they would answer and sure enough they did, and within an hour I had repairs being done and a bonus of a clean out drain on a bathroom shower. I am so grateful for Vincente and bumblebee plumbing. They were all wonderful professional, and I will recommend them to everybody who ever asks for a plumber.

I could not turn the water off in the bath tub. The knobs were no working so I had to turn off the main water source. Now I had no water. I felt panic and called Bumble Bee Plumbing. The gals in the office (and I spoke to many) were all fabulous. They were kind and understanding and went up and beyond to troubleshoot several issues going on. I wish I could remember everyones name so I could give all of them kudos in this review. Hats off to Ryan who spent many hours with Jesus at my home figuring out how to put in new valve hardware and decorative hardware I had purchased. I now have a brand new system that should last for years to come. Ryan and Jesus was thorough and detailed oriented. I appreciated both these qualities in anyone who works in my home. This was not the easiest install but Ryan got it done and it looks more beautiful than I imagined. Thats a girl thing :-) Ryan even took the time to visit with my lab. They did not rush and I know they spent many more hours than they had to to get everything done to my standards and liking. The guys were phenomenal. LOOK NO FURTHUR... HIRE BUMBLE BEE...YOU WONT BEE DISAPPOINTED.

Bumble Bee Plumbing immediately responded to our blocked main line! Their scheduling staff was friendly and responsive. Their service technician Brad and his crew did an excellent job at diagnosing and repairing the impacted pipe. They completed the painstaking job of using shovels to trench down to the pipe in two days! Additionally, he was able to provide a variety of solutions as well as payment options. We joined their membership and will be using Bumble Bee Plumbing again for any future plumbing/renovations!

11/2024 - Buddy Stotts did an excellent job in diagnosing our high water pressure, replacing our water heater, and replacing our old washer and dryer valves. He explained everything in easy to understand terms, provided breakdowns of prices and options, and gave his expert opinion before each of the jobs. Buddy truly is an excellent plumber, and a great guy. My wife and I would recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to anyone looking for excellent service at a reasonable price.1/2025 - Anthony thoroughly took the time to figure out what was wrong when our pipes were causing a loud crashing sound. He fixed the issue that same day, and explained everything he was doing. I again would highly recommend Bumble Bee plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthly and reliable plumbers.

Victor was awesome! He came in and quickly inspected the leaking issue I was having with my outdoor water main spigot and gave me a couple different quote options to choose from. The price was significantly better than the quotes I received prior to bumble bee coming out. Victor was very professional and was in and out within 1 hour. I highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing! This is my first time as their customer, but I will use them for all future plumbing issues! I woke up to a leaking water heater and they were able to come out to my house the same day. They called to update me throughout the day about the progress of my call and were very professional. My tech Charlie was fantastic! He was friendly, professional and provided a lot of great education. He offered great advice and tips to avoid future plumbing issues. The installation of the new water heater was relatively quick thanks to the help of Joe, one of the company apprentices. We had a leak coming from our roof and I called Bumble Bee Plumbing for assistance. From the first person I spoke with on the phone my experience was 10 out of 10. They quickly got me scheduled for a tech to come to my house same day. When the technician arrived he was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the leak and repair the problem. Initially it seemed like a pretty straight forward fix however the technician ran into multiple issues during the repair. He stayed until the job was complete and was very understanding throughout the entire process. He spent 3-4 hours in my attic in August in Arizona where it was probably 100+ degrees. He never complained or tried to charge me more for the additional work required. Our technician was Richard and he was outstanding. I will never use another plumbing company, Bumble Bee has earned a customer for life!

I contacted this company to evaluate my sewer pipe in my home. I was able to get scheduled quickly and the gentleman who visited my home was Charlie T. He arrived within the appointment window and was both friendly and knowledgeable. Charlie listened to what I needed and the evaluations of other companies I reached out to regarding sewer pipe lining. Charlie answered my questions regarding estimates and the process of getting a trenchless sewer repair. I did not opt to pay more money for the company’s camera to look into my sewer pipe as 2 other businesses already did it for free. Charlie did notice a leaking bib outside my home that I had been meaning to fix and I accepted the repair cost to resolve the issue. He was able to get this smaller repair completed immediately. Overall, the estimate based on what I conveyed was similar to other companies offering this type of service for sewer repair. I am providing a good review based on the initial visit and interaction.

They scheduled Ethan to come out immediately. Ethan did a whole house inspection and explained his findings in easy-to-understand terms, complete with photos. He was friendly, polite & respectful… a true professional. He did not try to pressure me into services I didn’t need, explained what needed taken care of right away and offered payment options to help make the necessary repairs easy to manage, if needed. We were having a heavy gas smell coming from our range/stove on a late Friday night. Bumble Bee Plumbing was the 1st of 7 companies we tried to come out to service our house on a Saturday. Charlie was our tech and he immediately noticed the odor as soon as I opened the door. We had a big gas leak within the home and he was quick to diagnose and resolve the problem especially since my 4 y/o was at home. He was able to repair the line to our gas stove in the blink of an eye. And before he left, Charlie, made sure I knew how to shut the water and gas off to my home in case my husband is unavailable to assist. The nickname 5-star Charlie is an understatement. He deserves 10 stars for working on Saturday and making sure I feel safe plumbing and gas wise within my home.

They were professional, friendly and courteous and was a real 5 star service. Cody took the time to explain the problem in an easy to understand way, and then walked us through the options and costs. We had a crazy experience with our kitchen sink plumbing. It turns out that the plumbers who did work at our house prior to our moving there, had re-piped the main line, and in the process shoved a new pipe in that broke off the kitchen sink pipe. So for years, the kitchen sink has been draining into the dirt under our house! Vicente and 2 apprentices Ryan and Jenkins, did an amazing job hauling out years worth of black goop. They then had to dig to China to find the broken off kitchen pipe. Once they found that they were able to cut and re-plumb the kitchen and toilet waste line. They did a great job filling in the huge hole in the ground and cemented the foundation again. This was a big job and these gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up beautifully. The staff who man the phones are very polite and helpful. I am thankful to have called BumbleBee Plumbing. They have a great service plan also. Thank you! Great job Gents!

When Jeff arrived, he was able to assess the problem quickly with several different options. We were able to agree on the best option for our situation. He was communicative about what he was going to do and was able to answer all of our questions. Jeff was able to complete the project before the end of the day and did so by making sure everything was in working order and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an expert plumber. We are quite good at do-it-yourself projects, but this required more than we could handle. Bumble Bee Plumbing was the third of the estimates I got to replace the PEX B pipe in my home that was beginning to leak. I got their name from the Rosie on the House website, since Ive used Rosies partners before and was not disappointed. From the first meeting with Charlie, it was clear this company was different. Instead of a salesman just telling me what they would do, Charlie listened to me about my concerns and gave me an estimate that showed me he understood. And it was Charlie himself that arrived with his two helpers, Jakan and JT less than a week later do the work. All three were very professional and friendly, and worked hard all day to complete the job, keeping me informed all the way through with what they were doing. The job was completed in one day with a minimum of mess. I was also informed by phone, email, and text about what was going to happen and when. They really epitomized their motto of Honesty-Integrity-Safety. This company was definitely different and I think I have found my future plumber!

I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Ethan, Ryan, & Joe for the work they did at my house today. From the start, Ethan was kind and respectful to my family and my 2 dogs. The entire process was what we had hoped for. The company also sent an email with the picture of the service tech who would be coming to our door, so we felt safe in answering the door. Every encounter with this company so far has been professional, courteous and just great, and the service techs (Ethan and Jakan) were extremely hard working. They knew just what to do and worked well together to get all of the work done. They were not rushed or in a hurry. It took 7 hours for them to complete the work, which was agreed upon ahead of time, and not dependent on an hourly rate. They were thorough and efficient. Charlie was able to come out same day and give us the options for repair. We contacted Bumble Bee plumbing with a blockage in our pool plumbing. It was a unique situation that a pool fitting had been lodged inside the intake pipe to our pool filter, blocking the water from flowing from the pool to filter. They were the 3rd plumber we had come out, trying to get estimates and find a solution to the problem.Charlie and James went above and beyond trying to clear the blockage, working longer and harder than any of the other plumbers. Unfortunately it could not be cleared, and we have to replace that part of the pipe to remove it but the great customer service by Charlie and James made our decision to continue the job with Bumble Bee Plumbing.

They deserve 10 stars, again!!In all honesty, they sent someone out to give an estimate and to do the work. There was some miscommunication, and I spoke with a manager, and the situation was rectified. Within the two hours, we had A new serviceman, Jose, Come out, all prepared, and got straight to work. We have a 25-year-old house, so naturally there were a few hiccups, but he adapted and fix things better than new. He was very polite, clean and left all work areas very tidy. He was very careful to explain all the work that they did, and the warrantees associated with those. I would definitely recommend bumblebee plumbing! Side-note: If you have any plumbing issues or regular ones(like we do), Then I would recommend Membership it has certainly been worth our while.

Bumblebee Plumbing has always been a good service provider, and this visit was no exception. Charlie came out early Monday morning to repair the main water line. With the temperature already near 100 degrees, he dug out the old line, and fixed the leak in a surprisingly short time. He cleaned up the site afterwards, and one would never know that there had been a big hole in the ground. We are very happy with his work and commend him for a job very well done. It was a pleasure to work with Charlie, and we hope he will help us again if we have another plumbing problem.

I am so thrilled to have found Bumble Bee Plbg. I live in Michigan and have a condo in Az. I cannot get out to the condo everytime the renters call me with a problem. Upon calling BBP I was relieved that they went out to the condo and assested the problem and gave me a fair price, the every same day. Also, had their worker call me with details of the situation. He gave me information to help me decide how to move forward with the repair in a cost efficient way. Their communication skills as a business are far above any business I have ever encountered. Timing, relayablity and helpfulness are more then unusual for our times. Wow, 5 stars!! I experienced great customer service from the moment that my initial phone call was answered. The plumber that was sent out to our home was Javier Sanchez. He did not disappoint! Javier was incredibly professional and honest when discussing how to prioritize the projects that we needed to get taken care of. He photographs everything he does both before and after and he is more than happy to show you and guide you through the process of what he will be doing even as he is doing it. All of these photos are sent to you via E-mail for your records, which we loved. Javier is extremely knowledgeable and truly a master at his craft. He was able to diagnose potential future problems and just overall inefficiencies from some shotty plumbing work that we had done a few years prior, which were now becoming serious problems. He treated our home as if it were his own every step of the way. Javier made our family feel comfortable and confident that we had made the correct choice when choosing Bumblebee! We cant imagine having any one else come out to fix our plumbing issues moving forward. He is an absolute All-Star! It was great meeting Javier and I would 100% recommend Bumblebee Plumbing to anyone!

I am a big fan of Bumblebee plumbing. Drew and his apprentice had already replaced my only toilet quickly and efficiently so that there were no surprises when company visited. Naturally, I called them when my pipe burst the last day of my vacation. They showed up the very next day, put in a patch and gave me options. I chose to replace all the plumbing in the house as we determined that, with the exception of some copper in the bathroom, most of the pipes were original (circa 1950s). The company has a team that specializes in replacing existing plumbing. Theyve been doing it for a while and it shows. Old houses always have a few surprises, but Chance and his crew were up to the task. Knowledgable, courteous, efficient and fast. They addressed all my concerns and they even clean up after themselves. Not that I want anymore plumbing surprises, but if I do, I will be calling Bumble Bee Plumbing.

I recently had an exceptional experience using Bumble Bee Plumbing and with their technician Murphy. Bumble Bee Plumbing is clearly customer service oriented. Customer satisfaction with pricing, service and communication is certainly a priority from the first interaction through the completion of the service requested.I needed to get a new water treatment system installed as well my RO that I brought from a previous house. Communication was a breeze and very flexible. I had a few companies out for quotes and Bumble Bee Plumbing was more than happy to work around my schedule, updating me several times with phone calls.Murphy was the technician that came out to discuss the options and costs. She was fantastic from the get-go. Incredibly friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. I probably took a good two hours of her time discussing options and costs and she was so patient with me the whole time. Happy to answer any of my questions and clearly making sure she was not pushing me into any decisions I was not comfortable with. Working with me on pricing and figuring out a solution that worked for me. Of all the companies I reached out to on this job, she easily sold me on her service and with using Bumble Bee Plumbing.I scheduled the service which was no problem getting the work done in a timely manner. On the day of service Murphy was out. Once again very professional. Very respective of my time, my home and any concerns. Not shying away from any questions I had. Work was done well and tested throughly. House was left in pristine condition. Couldnt ask for a better experience.Bumble Bee Plumbing was so on top of their communication, verifying the day before service, the morning of service and then calling to let me know when the technician was on their way. Then followed up after the service was complete to verify that I was completely happy with the service Murphy and the company provided. Which I was…though I have no doubt, if there were any issues or concerns they would have handled and resolved promptly and completely to my satisfaction.I will continue to use Bumble Bee Plumbing in the future and will be specifically requesting Murphy to be the technician they send out, though if their other technicians are half as good as Murphy, I would not worry about any of them. I clearly would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

I am giving Bumble Bee a 4-Star rating. I have had no issues with the Jose, who came over shortly after I moved in to repair a leak under the kitchen sink and another time for a different issue. Then I had Jose and Murphy out to install a new dishwasher and replace my kitchen faucet. Excellent service and friendly people. My reason for taking a star away is for the office. I have requested not to have someone over before 11:00 am. I am retired and I am not getting up early anymore. They said that they appreciated the transparency and made a note of it on my file. So what happens the next day at 7:51 am, I get a call from Bumble Bee saying that they have someone available in the next 20 minutes on the message they left, as I refused to answer the phone. Then about 20 minutes later I get a text stating the same thing. If they would like to share their home phone numbers I would be happy to call them between 2:00 and 3:00 AM before I go to bed. I dont feel that asking that for an afternoon appointment is asking too much, as I believe you are open until 5:00 pm.

I’ve used BumbleBee Plumbing for two years. My hot water heater stopped working. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon and they got me on the schedule for Wednesday. Jose G. and Murphy came out and evaluated the situation. I was presented with explanations for multiple repair options and recommendations for an electrician check, they were even able to recommend an electrician. They were able to perform the repair in an efficient manner to the hot water heater. I was pleased with the explanations and satisfied with the work. The entire service call was an hour and a half. Mike Probst of Bumble Bee Plumbing did a brilliant job of replacing my main waterline running from the curb, under my driveway, to the house. He was able to replace the leaking old line without the need of disturbing my driveway. He rebuilt the water and sprinkler manifold at the front of my house. He was able to improve the original unit substantially while lowering the entire mass of water pipes creating a more pleasing look. He used brass pipes and fittings. Beautiful. He exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend Mike and Bumble Bee without hesitation.
