AC started smelling like burnt chemicals. Made an appointment because a good friend highly recommended this company. I was pleased that the technician, Jay, arrived an hour early. He was friendly, transparent, and worked to resolve the issue very quickly. He provided legendary customer service for my parents. It was a great overall experience. Would ask for him by name should any problem ever arise in the future.

Bridge Plumbing has come to my rescue twice this year with separate units. Jay and Chase were helpful, friendly, informative and efficient. They walked me through options and left me feeling well taken care of. HVAC repairs in July are usually a nightmare in the making and this was anything but. Very professional and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Jay Jackson did an awesome job fixing our AC unit today. He got here less than an hour after we called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in thirty minutes. He even went out of his way to replace our air filters. He clearly explained what work he did and what to expect from the status of our AC unit. Id highly recommend Jay and Bridge plumbing for hvac work.

Jay, at Bridges Pkumbing & HVAC was beyond exceptional. We probably slowed him down more with a bunch of questions lol!, which he graciously took the time to explain to us. And he also gave us a quick demonstration of our water softening system as well. Great customer service, great field service! Bridge Plumbing & Heating will always get our call.

We actually received a referral to Robert all the way from Tulsa, OK where our eldest son solicited a referral from his contractors he uses in the aviation industry. Robert is HONEST and for most of us, this is huge. He does thorough and quality work. Weve mostly utilized his expertise for our 2 rooftop A/C units and hes fantastic in responding quickly. In our AZ heat, this is yet another huge marker he hits. Weve also had him do some plumbing work too. Hes friendly, personable and very reliable. Simply, we love Robert!

Robert was referred to us a few years ago by a mutual friend “Joe B.” At the time my air conditioner had stopped working and I thought here we go it’s time for a new one but Robert said it could be fixed and within minutes it was cooling the house down and at that time Robert let me know it might be a few years away from having to be replaced and over the next two summers he was out here repairing the air conditioner and keeping the family cool if you know what I mean it gets cooking out here in the desert Well to cut a long story short I Broke the piggy bank Called Robert and got a price On a new unit and the price was amazingly unbelievable So we set it up and had it done within a week he said he’d be here at 8:30 AM on April 21st and There he was And within a few hours the old one was gone and the new one was doing its job hopefully for the next 10 to 15 yearsAnd when it needs to be serviced you better believe will be calling Robert because I respect his knowledge and honesty !!!
